전문가 매칭 HR테크 플랫폼 커리어데이(대표 강경민)는 KB금융그룹이 주관하는 글로벌 진출 지원 프로그램 ‘2025 KB스타터스 싱가포르 프로그램’ 참가 기업에 선정됐다고 20일 밝혔다.
커리어데이는 이번 선발을 계기로 글로벌 시장 진출에 본격적으로 박차를 가한다.
KB스타터스 싱가포르 프로그램은 유망 스타트업의 동남아 시장 진출을 지원하는 KB금융그룹의 전략적 액셀러레이션 프로그램이다.
커리어데이를 포함하여 총 15개 스타트업이 선정되었으며, 이 회사들은 싱가포르 현지에서 벤처캐피탈(VC)을 대상으로 사업을 설명하고 투자를 제안하는 IR 피칭 기회를 가진다. 현지 네트워킹, 기술검증(PoC), 현지화 컨설팅 등도 제공받게 된다.
커리어데이는 AI 기반의 전문가 매칭 기술을 기반으로 IT부터 금융･바이오･반도체 등 다양한 분야의 전문가와 현직자를 기업에 단기 프로젝트로 연결해주는 HR테크 플랫폼이다. 현재 커리어데이에서 활동하는 전문가와 현직자 수는 2만5천여명을 돌파했으며, 누적 매칭 건수는 5천건을 넘어 업계 최상위권을 유지하고 있다.
최근에는 커리어 고민을 현직자와의 전화 통화로 해결할 수 있는 ‘경력 상담’ 보이스콜 서비스를 출시해 대기업 및 IT기업･스타트업 재직자들 사이에서 화제다. 경력 상담 서비스에서는 이직하고 싶은 회사의 현직자 또는 선망하는 커리어를 달성한 사람과 전화 통화를 하면서 궁금한 점을 물어보고 정보를 취득할 수 있다.
스파크랩, 디캠프, 신용보증기금, 비에이파트너스, 유성전자 등 유수의 투자사와 벤처캐피털(VC)이 커리어데이에 투자했다. 커리어데이는 지난해 중소벤처기업부의 기술창업 투자 프로그램 팁스(TIPS)에 선정되기도 했다.

Career Day Selected for '2025 KB Starters Singapore Program'
Career Day (CEO Kang Kyung-min) , a professional matching HR tech platform, announced on the 20th that it had been selected as a participating company in the '2025 KB Starters Singapore Program', a global expansion support program hosted by KB Financial Group.

The number of professionals and incumbents currently working on Career Day has exceeded 25,000, and the cumulative number of matches has exceeded 5,000, maintaining the top ranks in the industry.
Recently, the 'career consultation' voice call service, which allows you to solve your career concerns through a phone call with a current employee, has become a hot topic among employees of large companies, IT companies, and startups. Through the career consultation service, you can ask questions and obtain information while talking on the phone with a current employee of the company you want to transfer to or someone who has achieved the career you desire.
Leading investment firms and venture capitals (VCs) such as Sparklab, Decamp, Credit Guarantee Fund, BA Partners, and Yoo Sung Electronics have invested in Career Day. Last year, Career Day was also selected for the Ministry of SMEs and Startups’ technology startup investment program TIPS.
Career Day CEO Kang Kyung-min said, “Singapore, where talents from all over the world gather, is a very suitable country for Career Day, a leader in HR tech innovation, to advance into, so we have high expectations.” He added, “We plan to use Singapore as our first bridgehead and accelerate our global advancement and expansion.”
