K-유산균 대장암 치료 혁신 ‘듀오락(DUOLAC)’이 5월 20일부터 22일(현지 시각)까지 스페인 바르셀로나에서 열린 ‘비타푸드 유럽 2025(Vitafoods Europe 2025)’에 참가했다고 밝혔다. 이번 박람회에서 쎌바이오텍 듀오락은 K-유산균의 우수성을 알리기 위해 독립 부스로 참여했으며, 유럽 시장 수출 확대를 목표로 다양한 비즈니스 기회를 모색했다.
‘비타푸드 유럽’은 1997년부터 시작된 세계 최대 규모의 건강기능식품 박람회로, 전 세계 트렌드와 기술 발전을 한눈에 조망할 수 있는 중요한 행사다. 올해 박람회에는 162개국 1400개 기업이 참가하고, 2만명 이상의 업계 전문가들이 모여 건강기능식품 분야의 최신 동향을 공유했다.
쎌바이오텍은 신제품 2종 ‘듀오락 브레인 가드(DUOLAC Brain Guard)’와 ‘듀오락 슬림펫(DUOLAC Slim Pet)’을 가장 혁신적인 제품들을 모아 소개하는 ‘뉴 프로덕트 존(New Product Zone)’과 ‘펫 뉴트리션 존(Pet Nutrition Zone)’에 선보였다.
이 외에도 쎌바이오텍은 K-유산균을 활용한 대장암 혁신 신약 ‘PP-P8’의 임상 개시, 미국 FDA GRAS 세계 최다 등재, ‘오케이 코셔(OK Kosher)’ 인증 추가 획득 등 유산균 개발 기술력과 제조 노하우를 소개하며 글로벌 경쟁력을 강조했다.
