루벤티스는 20일 인도네시아 현지 소프트웨어 기업 M+ Software와 전략적 파트너십을 체결하고, 현지 맞춤형 창고관리시스템(WMS) 사업을 본격적으로 추진한다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약을 통해 양사는 인도네시아 전용 SaaS 기반 및 온프레미스(설치형) WMS 솔루션을 공동으로 개발·보급하며, 현지 유통·제조 기업의 물류 디지털 전환을 지원할 계획이다. 루벤티스는 이미 한국과 일본 시장에 SaaS 기반 물류 솔루션을 공급해온 경험을 바탕으로, 동남아시아 시장 전반으로 사업을 확장하고 있다.
M+ Software는 이번 파트너십을 계기로 물류 컨설팅 역량 강화 및 전문 인력 확보에 나서며, 루벤티스로부터 기술 이전을 받아 현지화된 물류 솔루션 제공을 준비 중이다. 양사는 향후 WMS 시스템과 인도네시아 내 ERP 솔루션 간 연동 등 다양한 형태의 협업을 모색할 방침이다.
실제 적용 사례로는, 양사는 현지 고객사인 ‘히카리(HIKARI)’에 WMS SaaS 솔루션 ‘스톡플로우(Stockflow)’의 도입을 확정했으며, 향후 2주간 물류센터 구축 및 운영 지원을 공동 수행할 예정이다. 히카리는 해당 솔루션을 통해 재고 예측 정확도를 높이고, 발주 리드타임이 긴 유럽 제품의 재고 부족 문제를 ‘발주 권고 기능’을 활용해 사전에 방지할 계획이다.
루벤티스는 이번 M+ Software와의 협력 외에도 인도네시아 ERP 전문 업체들과의 연계를 확대해 나가며, 현지 맞춤형 물류 솔루션의 보급을 강화할 방침이다. 양사는 현지 기술 지원의 중요성을 강조하며, M+ Software가 직접 컨설팅 및 유지보수를 수행할 수 있도록 개발 및 인력 인프라를 확충 중이라고 밝혔다.

Rubentis Signs Strategic Partnership with Indonesia's M+ Software
Rubentis announced on the 20th that it has signed a strategic partnership with local Indonesian software company M+ Software and will begin full-scale local customized warehouse management system (WMS) business.
Through this agreement, the two companies plan to jointly develop and distribute SaaS-based and on-premise (installed) WMS solutions exclusively for Indonesia, and support the logistics digital transformation of local distribution and manufacturing companies. Based on its experience in providing SaaS-based logistics solutions to the Korean and Japanese markets, Rubentis is expanding its business across the Southeast Asian market.
Through this partnership, M+ Software will strengthen its logistics consulting capabilities and secure professional manpower, and is preparing to provide localized logistics solutions by receiving technology transfer from Rubentis. The two companies plan to explore various forms of collaboration in the future, such as linking WMS systems with ERP solutions in Indonesia.
As a practical application case, the two companies have decided to introduce the WMS SaaS solution 'Stockflow' to local customer 'HIKARI' and will jointly carry out logistics center construction and operation support for the next two weeks. Through this solution, HIKARI plans to improve inventory forecast accuracy and prevent inventory shortages for European products with long order lead times in advance by utilizing the 'order recommendation function'.
In addition to this collaboration with M+ Software, Rubentis plans to expand its ties with Indonesian ERP specialists and strengthen the distribution of localized logistics solutions. The two companies emphasized the importance of local technical support and announced that they are expanding their development and human resources infrastructure so that M+ Software can directly perform consulting and maintenance.
Rubentis CEO Sang-Kyu Oh said, “This entry into the Indonesian market is aimed at increasing the competitiveness of the local logistics industry beyond simple WMS supply,” and added, “We will present a new standard in the Indonesian logistics market through localization strategies and technological collaboration.”

Rubentis a annoncé le 20 qu'il avait signé un partenariat stratégique avec la société de logiciels indonésienne locale M+ Software et qu'il lancerait une activité locale à grande échelle de système de gestion d'entrepôt personnalisé (WMS).
Grâce à cet accord, les deux sociétés prévoient de développer et de distribuer conjointement des solutions WMS basées sur SaaS et sur site (installées) exclusivement pour l'Indonésie, et de soutenir la transformation numérique logistique des entreprises locales de distribution et de fabrication. Rubentis étend ses activités sur le marché de l'Asie du Sud-Est, en s'appuyant sur son expérience dans la fourniture de solutions logistiques SaaS aux marchés coréen et japonais.
Grâce à ce partenariat, M+ Software renforcera ses capacités de conseil en logistique et s'assurera du personnel spécialisé, et se prépare à fournir des solutions logistiques localisées en recevant un transfert de technologie de Rubentis. Les deux sociétés prévoient d’explorer diverses formes de collaboration à l’avenir, notamment en reliant le système WMS aux solutions ERP en Indonésie.
En tant que cas d'application réel, les deux sociétés ont décidé de présenter la solution WMS SaaS « Stockflow » au client local « HIKARI » et réaliseront conjointement la construction du centre logistique et le support opérationnel pendant les deux prochaines semaines. Hikari prévoit d'améliorer la précision des prévisions d'inventaire grâce à cette solution et de prévenir de manière proactive les pénuries de stocks pour les produits européens avec des délais de commande longs en utilisant la « fonction de recommandation de commande ».
En plus de cette collaboration avec M+ Software, Rubentis prévoit d'élargir ses liens avec les spécialistes ERP indonésiens et de renforcer la distribution de solutions logistiques personnalisées locales. Les deux sociétés ont souligné l'importance du support technique local et ont annoncé qu'elles élargissaient leur infrastructure de développement et de ressources humaines afin que M+ Software puisse effectuer directement des activités de conseil et de maintenance.
Sang-Kyu Oh, PDG de Rubentis, a déclaré : « Cette entrée sur le marché indonésien vise à accroître la compétitivité du secteur logistique local au-delà de la simple fourniture de WMS », et a ajouté : « Nous présenterons une nouvelle norme sur le marché logistique indonésien grâce à des stratégies de localisation et à une collaboration technologique. »
