㈜쏘카는 한국전력공사(이하 한전)와 ‘업무용 공유 차량 서비스 제공’을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 26일 밝혔다. 협약식은 지난 23일 서울 서초구 한전아트센터에서 진행됐으며, 쏘카 남궁호 최고사업책임자(CBO)와 한전 안중은 부사장 등 양사 주요 관계자들이 참석했다.
이번 협약에 따라 한전은 기존의 법인 차량 운영 방식 대신 쏘카의 차량 공유 서비스를 도입해 출장과 외근 등 모든 업무용 이동 수단으로 활용할 계획이다. 쏘카는 한전 임직원을 대상으로 법인 전용 서비스인 ‘쏘카비즈니스’를 제공하며, 이를 통해 주중에는 60%, 주말에는 50%의 차량 대여 할인 혜택을 상시 적용한다.
또한 쏘카는 한전 임직원의 접근성을 높이기 위해 올해 안에 전국 52개 한전 사업소에 전용 차량 대여 구역인 ‘쏘카존’을 신규 설치하고 차량을 배치할 예정이다.
한전 안중은 부사장은 “이번 협약은 업무 효율성을 높이고, 불필요한 비용을 절감하기 위한 한전의 노력을 보여주는 사례”라며 “앞으로도 업무 방식 개선을 통해 지속적인 혁신과 비용 절감을 추진해 나가겠다”고 말했다.
쏘카 남궁호 CBO는 “이번 협력은 공공기관에서의 차량 공유 서비스 도입 확대를 위한 중요한 계기가 될 것”이라며 “쏘카는 앞으로도 다양한 공공 및 민간 파트너와의 협력을 통해 지속 가능한 모빌리티 생태계 조성에 기여하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Socar signs business agreement with Korea Electric Power Corporation
Socar Co., Ltd. announced on the 26th that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with Korea Electric Power Corporation (hereinafter referred to as KEPCO) for the ‘provision of business-use shared vehicle services.’ The agreement signing ceremony was held on the 23rd at the KEPCO Art Center in Seocho-gu, Seoul, and was attended by key officials from both companies, including Socar Chief Business Officer (CBO) Nam Goong-ho and KEPCO Vice President Ahn Joong-eun.
Under this agreement, KEPCO will introduce Socar’s car sharing service instead of its existing corporate vehicle operation method and use it as a means of transportation for all business trips and field work. Socar will provide a corporate-only service called ‘Socar Business’ to KEPCO employees, and through this, a 60% discount on car rentals on weekdays and 50% on weekends will be applied at all times.
In addition, to increase accessibility for KEPCO employees, SOCAR plans to newly install 'SOCAR Zones', dedicated vehicle rental areas, and deploy vehicles at 52 KEPCO business offices nationwide within this year.
Hanwha Corp. Vice President Ahn Jung-eun said, “This agreement is an example of Hanwha Corp.’s efforts to increase work efficiency and reduce unnecessary costs,” adding, “We will continue to pursue continuous innovation and cost reduction through improvements in our work methods.”

(株)ソカは韓国電力公社(以下韓電)と「業務用共有車両サービス提供」のための業務協約(MOU)を締結したと26日明らかにした。協約式は去る23日ソウル瑞草区韓電アートセンターで行われ、ソカ南宮湖最高事業責任者(CBO)と韓電安重は副社長など両社主要関係者らが参加した。
今回の条約により、韓電は既存の法人車両運営方式の代わりにソカの車両共有サービスを導入し、出張や外勤などすべての業務用移動手段として活用する計画だ。ソカは韓電役職員を対象に法人専用サービス「ソカビジネス」を提供し、これを通じて平日には60％、週末には50％のレンタカー割引を常時適用する。
また、ソカは韓電役職員のアクセシビリティを高めるため、今年中に全国52の韓電事業所に専用車両レンタルエリア「ソカゾン」を新規設置して車両を配置する予定だ。
韓電安重は副社長は「今回の条約は業務効率性を高め、不要なコストを削減するための韓電の努力を示す事例」とし「今後も業務方式の改善を通じて持続的な革新とコスト削減を推進していく」と話した。
ソカナムグンホCBOは「今回の協力は公共機関での車両共有サービス導入拡大のための重要な契機になるだろう」とし「ソカは今後も多様な公共および民間パートナーとの協力を通じて持続可能なモビリティ生態系の造成に寄与する」と明らかにした。

Socar株式会社26日宣布，与韩国电力公司（以下简称韩电）签署了“以事业为目的提供共享汽车服务”的事业协议（MOU）。签约仪式23日在首尔瑞草区韩华艺术中心举行，Socar首席商务官（CBO）南宫浩、韩华副社长安贞恩等两家公司主要负责人出席了仪式。
