센트비는 국내 체류 외국인 근로자의 금융 접근성 확대 및 지원 강화를 위해 전국고용서비스협회(이하 전고협)와 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 28일 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 고용허가제(E-9) 및 방문취업제(H-2) 등을 통한 외국인 근로자 수요 증가와 함께, 이들의 안전하고 효율적인 해외 송금 수요가 확대되는 시장 상황을 반영해 추진됐다. 전고협은 전국 약 1,800개 직업소개소 및 외국인 고용 관련 기관이 소속된 협의체로, 외국인 근로자와의 초기 접점 역할을 수행하고 있다.
양측은 이번 협약을 통해 외국인 근로자 대상 ▲금융 편의성 확대를 위한 공동 사업 발굴 ▲합법 송금 서비스에 대한 정보 제공 및 교육 ▲설명회 및 캠페인 공동 진행 등을 추진할 계획이다. 특히, 외국인 근로자가 입국 초기 단계부터 안정적으로 금융 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 지원한다는 방침이다.
협약식은 5월 27일 전고협 대회의실에서 진행됐으며, 센트비 최성욱 대표와 류은경 C2C 비즈니스 부문 이사, 전고협 이원장 회장, 오견성 부회장, 길민주 사무총장 등이 참석했다.
센트비는 외국인 고객을 주요 사용자층으로 확보하고 있으며, 본국 송금과 같은 실질적 금융 수요를 충족시키기 위한 다양한 서비스를 운영 중이다. 회사는 전고협과의 협업을 통해 외국인 근로자의 생활 안정과 금융 접근성 향상에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대하고 있다.
센트비 최성욱 대표는 “외국인 근로자는 센트비의 핵심 고객층 중 하나이며, 이번 협약은 고객 중심의 서비스 철학을 사회적 협력으로 확장하는 계기”라며 “앞으로도 금융 취약계층의 서비스 접근성 개선을 위한 활동을 지속적으로 확대해 나갈 계획”이라고 밝혔다.
전고협 이원장 회장은 “해외 송금은 외국인 근로자의 가족 생계를 위한 중요한 수단”이라며 “현장 접점을 갖춘 전고협과 기술력을 갖춘 센트비의 협력은 외국인 근로자의 금융 생활 안정에 실질적인 도움이 될 것”이라고 말했다.

Sentbee Signs Business Agreement with National Employment Service Association
Sentbee announced on the 28th that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with the National Employment Service Association (hereafter referred to as the National Employment Service Association) to expand financial accessibility and strengthen support for foreign workers residing in Korea.
This agreement was promoted to reflect the market situation where the demand for safe and efficient overseas remittances is increasing along with the increase in demand for foreign workers through the Employment Permit System (E-9) and the Visiting Employment System (H-2). The Korean Federation of Employment Agencies is a council that includes approximately 1,800 employment agencies and foreign employment-related organizations nationwide, and serves as the initial point of contact for foreign workers.
Through this agreement, the two sides plan to ▲ discover joint projects to expand financial convenience for foreign workers ▲ provide information and education on legal remittance services ▲ jointly conduct briefing sessions and campaigns. In particular, the goal is to support foreign workers so that they can use financial services stably from the initial stage of their entry into the country.
The signing ceremony was held on May 27th in the Jeon Gohyup conference room, and was attended by Sentbe CEO Choi Seong-wook, C2C Business Division Director Ryu Eun-kyung, Jeon Gohyup Chairman Lee Won-jang, Vice Chairman Oh Gyeon-seong, and Secretary General Gil Min-ju.
Sentbe has secured foreign customers as its main user base and is operating various services to meet practical financial needs such as remittances to their home countries. The company expects that through collaboration with the Korean Federation of Banks, it will be able to contribute to the stability of the lives of foreign workers and improved financial accessibility.
Sentbe CEO Sungwook Choi said, “Foreign workers are one of Sentbe’s core customer bases, and this agreement is an opportunity to expand our customer-centered service philosophy into social cooperation,” adding, “We plan to continue expanding our activities to improve service accessibility for the financially vulnerable.”
Lee Won-jang, Chairman of the Korean Federation of Trade Unions, said, “Overseas remittances are an important means for the livelihood of foreign workers’ families,” and added, “The collaboration between the Korean Federation of Trade Unions, which has a presence in the field, and Sentbee, which has the technological prowess, will provide practical help in stabilizing the financial lives of foreign workers.”

セントビーは国内在留外国人労働者の金融アクセシビリティ拡大及び支援強化のために全国雇用サービス協会（以下、全高協）と業務協約（ＭＯＵ）を締結したと２８日、明らかにした。
今回の条約は、雇用許可制(E-9)および訪問就業制(H-2)などを通じた外国人労働者の需要増加とともに、これらの安全で効率的な海外送金需要が拡大する市場状況を反映して推進された。初期接点の役割を果たしている。
両側は今回の協約を通じて外国人労働者対象▲金融利便性拡大のための共同事業発掘 ▲合法送金サービスに対する情報提供及び教育 ▲説明会及びキャンペーン共同進行などを推進する計画だ。

Sentbee 28日宣布，与中央就业服务协会（以下简称中央就业服务协会）签署了业务协议（MOU），以扩大金融可及性并加强对居住在韩国的外国劳动者的支持。
此次协议的达成，是为了反映通过就业许可制度（E-9）和访问就业制度（H-2）引进外国劳动者的需求不断增加的市场状况，以及对安全、高效的海外汇款的需求。韩国就业机构联合会是一个咨询机构，由全国约 1,800 家就业机构和与外国工人就业相关的组织组成，是外国工人的初始联系点。
通过此次协议，双方计划▲探索扩大外国劳动者金融便利性的共同项目▲提供合法汇款服务的信息和教育▲共同举办说明会和宣传活动。特别是，该政策支持外国劳动者从入境初期起稳定地使用金融服务。
签约仪式于5月27日在全高协会议室举行，Sentbe首席执行官崔成旭、C2C事业本部长柳恩庆、全高协会长李元章、副会长吴庆成、秘书长吉敏珠出席了仪式。

Sentbee a annoncé le 28 avoir signé un accord commercial (MOU) avec la National Employment Service Association (ci-après dénommée la National Employment Service Association) pour élargir l'accessibilité financière et renforcer le soutien aux travailleurs étrangers résidant en Corée.
Cet accord a été promu pour refléter la situation du marché où la demande de travailleurs étrangers par le biais du système de permis de travail (E-9) et du système d'emploi de visite (H-2) augmente, ainsi que la demande de transferts de fonds à l'étranger sûrs et efficaces. La Fédération coréenne des agences pour l'emploi est un organisme consultatif composé d'environ 1 800 agences et organisations pour l'emploi liées à l'emploi des travailleurs étrangers à travers le pays et sert de point de contact initial pour les travailleurs étrangers.
Grâce à cet accord, les deux parties prévoient de ▲ découvrir des projets communs visant à accroître la commodité financière des travailleurs étrangers ▲ fournir des informations et une éducation sur les services de transfert de fonds légaux ▲ mener conjointement des séances d'information et des campagnes. En particulier, la politique vise à aider les travailleurs étrangers à utiliser les services financiers de manière stable dès le stade initial de leur entrée dans le pays.
La cérémonie de signature a eu lieu le 27 mai dans la salle de conférence de Jeon Gohyup, en présence du PDG de Sentbe, Choi Seong-wook, du directeur de la division commerciale C2C, Ryu Eun-kyung, du président de Jeon Gohyup, Lee Won-jang, du vice-président Oh Gyeon-seong et du secrétaire général Gil Min-ju.
Sentbe a constitué sa principale base d'utilisateurs auprès de clients étrangers et exploite divers services pour répondre à des besoins financiers pratiques tels que les transferts de fonds vers les pays d'origine. L'entreprise espère que grâce à sa collaboration avec la Fédération coréenne des syndicats, elle pourra contribuer à la stabilité de la vie des travailleurs étrangers et à une meilleure accessibilité financière.
Le PDG de Sentbe, Sungwook Choi, a déclaré : « Les travailleurs étrangers constituent l'une des principales clientèles de Sentbe, et cet accord est une opportunité d'étendre notre philosophie de service centrée sur le client à la coopération sociale », ajoutant : « Nous prévoyons de continuer à étendre nos activités pour améliorer l'accessibilité des services aux personnes financièrement vulnérables. »
Lee Won-jang, président de la Fédération coréenne des syndicats, a déclaré : « Les transferts de fonds à l'étranger sont un moyen important de subsistance pour les familles des travailleurs étrangers », et a ajouté : « La collaboration entre la Fédération coréenne des syndicats, qui est présente sur le terrain, et Sentbee, qui possède les prouesses technologiques, apportera une aide pratique pour stabiliser la vie financière des travailleurs étrangers. »
