에이아이메딕(대표이사 심은보)이 강남세브란스병원(병원장 구성욱) 건강검진센터(이하 강남세브란스헬스체크업)와 심장혈관진단 솔루션 하트메디플러스(HeartMedi+)에 대한 공급계약을 체결하고 오는 6월부터 본격 서비스 지원에 나선다고 밝혔다.
하트메디플러스는 비침습적 정밀진단 솔루션으로, 심장 CT 영상을 통해 관상동맥을 3차원 형상화시킴으로써 분획혈류예비력(FFR)을 시뮬레이션화 하는 제품이다. 환자의 관상동맥 협착 정도 등을 평가하기 위해 침습적 시술이 필요했던 과거와 달리, CT 촬영만으로 혈류 분석이 가능하고 시술 없이 정량적 위험도를 측정할 수 있어 조기 발견 및 선제적 치료 전략 수립이 가능하다.
이번 공급계약 체결로 에이아이메딕이 하트메디플러스를 강남세브란스헬스체크업에 공급함에 따라, 국내 건강검진센터 중 인공지능 기반 심장혈관 위험평가 기술을 처음으로 도입하게 됐다.
에이아이메딕 관계자는 “인공지능(AI) 기반 CT-FFR 기술이 일반 건강검진 영역에 적용된 국내 첫 사례”라며 “일반인들이 받는 정기 건강검진에서도 정밀 심장진단이 가능해진 만큼 심장혈관 질환 고위험군을 조기에 발견하고 비침습적으로 진단할 수 있는 새로운 의료 생태계를 구축했다”고 밝혔다.
이어 “보다 많은 국민이 첨단 의료기술의 혜택을 누릴 수 있도록 전국 주요 병원과의 파트너십을 적극 확대해 나갈 것”이라고 향후 계획을 밝혔다.
강남세브란스헬스체크업 윤영훈 소장(소화기내과 교수)은 “‘새로운 의료문화 혁신 리더’라는 목표를 달성하기 위해 하트메디플러스를 비롯한 다양한 AI기반 검진 프로그램을 적극적으로 도입하고 있다. 정밀도와 안전도를 강화하면서 수검자 편의를 높이는 건강검진 환경을 조성하겠다”고 말했다.
앞서 하트메디플러스는 지난 2023년 식품의약품안전처로부터 3등급 의료기기 품목허가(제허23-92호)를 받았으며, 같은 해 보건복지부 고시 제2023-202호에 따라 혁신의료기술로 지정돼 건강보험 임시등재를 완료했다. 현재 강남세브란스병원을 포함한 국내 주요 병원 외래진료에 적용되고 있다.

AImedic signs supply contract with Gangnam Severance Health Checkup
AI Medic (CEO Eun-bo Shim) announced that it has signed a supply contract with Gangnam Severance Hospital (Director Sung-wook Koo) Health Checkup Center (hereinafter Gangnam Severance Health Checkup) for the cardiovascular diagnostic solution HeartMedi+ and will begin providing full-scale service support starting in June.
HeartmediPlus is a non-invasive precision diagnosis solution that simulates fractional flow reserve (FFR) by visualizing the coronary artery in three dimensions using cardiac CT images. Unlike the past when invasive procedures were required to evaluate the degree of coronary artery stenosis in patients, blood flow analysis is possible with just a CT scan, and quantitative risk can be measured without a procedure, enabling early detection and preemptive treatment strategy establishment.
With the signing of this supply contract, AI Medic will supply Heartmedi Plus to Gangnam Severance Health Checkup, making it the first domestic health checkup center to introduce artificial intelligence-based cardiovascular risk assessment technology.
An official from AI Medical stated, “This is the first case in Korea where AI-based CT-FFR technology has been applied to the general health checkup area,” and “Since precise cardiac diagnosis is now possible even during regular health checkups for the general public, we have established a new medical ecosystem that can detect high-risk groups for cardiovascular disease early and diagnose them non-invasively.”
He then revealed his future plans, saying, “We will actively expand partnerships with major hospitals across the country so that more people can benefit from cutting-edge medical technology.”
Gangnam Severance Health Checkup Director Young-Hoon Yoon (Professor of Gastroenterology) said, “In order to achieve the goal of becoming a ‘new medical culture innovation leader,’ we are actively introducing various AI-based screening programs, including Heartmedi Plus. We will create a health screening environment that enhances accuracy and safety while increasing the convenience of examinees.”
Previously, Heartmediplus received a Class 3 medical device product approval (Approval No. 23-92) from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety in 2023, and was designated as an innovative medical technology in accordance with the Ministry of Health and Welfare Notice No. 2023-202 in the same year, completing temporary registration with health insurance. It is currently being applied to outpatient treatment at major domestic hospitals, including Gangnam Severance Hospital.

エイアイメディック(代表取締役シム・ウンボ)が江南セブランス病院(病院長構成ウク)健康検診センター(以下江南セブランスヘルスチェックアップ)と心臓血管診断ソリューションハートメディプラス(HeartMedi+)に対する供給契約を締結して来る6月から本格サービス支援に乗り出した。

今回の供給契約締結により、エイアイメディックがハートメディプラスを江南セブランスヘルスチェックアップに供給することにより、国内健康検診センターの中で人工知能ベースの心臓血管リスク評価技術を初めて導入することになった。
エイアイメディック関係者は「人工知能（AI）ベースのCT-FFR技術が一般健康検診領域に適用された国内初の事例」とし「一般人が受ける定期健康検診でも精密心臓診断が可能になっただけに心臓血管疾患高リスク群を早期に発見し、非侵襲的に診断できる新しい医療生態系を構築した。
続いて「より多くの国民が先端医療技術の恩恵を享受できるよう、全国主要病院とのパートナーシップを積極的に拡大していく」と今後の計画を明らかにした。
江南セブランスヘルスチェックのユン・ヨンフン所長（消化器内科教授）は「「新しい医療文化革新リーダー」という目標を達成するためにハートメディプラスをはじめとする様々なAI基盤検診プログラムを積極的に導入している。
これに先立ちハートメディプラスは2023年、食品医薬品安全処から3等級医療機器品目許可(第23-92号)を受け、同年保健福祉部告示第2023-202号によりイノベーション医療技術に指定され、健康保険臨時登録を完了した。現在、江南セブランス病院を含む国内主要病院外来診療に適用されている。

AImedic与江南Severance健康体检中心签订供货合同
AI Medic（代表：沈恩普）宣布，与江南Severance医院（院长：具成旭）健康体检中心（以下简称“江南Severance健康体检”）签订了心血管诊断解决方案HeartMedi+的供货合同，并将从6月起开始提供全方位的服务支持。
HeartmediPlus 是一种非侵入性精准诊断解决方案，通过使用心脏 CT 图像创建冠状动脉的三维表示来模拟血流储备分数 (FFR)。与过去需要通过侵入性手术来评估患者冠状动脉狭窄程度不同，只需进行CT扫描即可进行血流分析，无需手术即可测量定量风险，从而实现早期发现和制定预防性治疗策略。
通过此次供货合同的签订，AI Medic将向江南Severance健康体检中心供应Heartmedi Plus，使其成为韩国首家引进基于人工智能的心血管风险评估技术的健康体检中心。
AI医疗相关人士表示，“这是韩国首次将基于AI的CT-FFR技术应用于普通体检领域”，“现在即使在普通国民的定期体检中也能进行精准的心脏诊断，我们构建了能够早期发现心血管疾病高危人群，并通过非侵入性方式进行诊断的全新医疗生态系统”。
他随后透露了未来的计划，他说：“我们将积极扩大与全国各大医院的合作，让更多人能够享受到尖端医疗技术带来的益处。”
江南Severance健康体检中心主任尹英勋（消化内科教授）表示：“为了实现‘新医疗文化创新引领者’的目标，我们正在积极引进Heartmedi Plus等各种基于AI的体检项目。我们将打造一个既能提高准确性和安全性，又能提升受检者便利性的健康体检环境。”
此前，Heartmediplus于2023年获得食品医药品安全部第3类医疗器械产品批准（批准文号23-92），同年根据卫生福利部告示第2023-202号被指定为创新医疗技术，完成健康保险临时注册。目前，该技术已应用于江南Severance医院等韩国各大医院的门诊治疗。

HeartmediPlus est une solution de diagnostic de précision non invasive qui simule la réserve de débit fractionnaire (FFR) en créant une représentation tridimensionnelle de l'artère coronaire à l'aide d'images CT cardiaques. Contrairement au passé où des procédures invasives étaient nécessaires pour évaluer le degré de sténose de l'artère coronaire chez les patients, l'analyse du flux sanguin est possible avec un simple scanner et le risque quantitatif peut être mesuré sans procédure, permettant une détection précoce et l'établissement d'une stratégie de traitement préventif.
Avec la signature de ce contrat d'approvisionnement, AI Medic fournira Heartmedi Plus à Gangnam Severance Health Checkup, ce qui en fera le premier centre de bilan de santé national à introduire une technologie d'évaluation des risques cardiovasculaires basée sur l'intelligence artificielle.
Un responsable d'AI Medical a déclaré : « Il s'agit du premier cas en Corée où la technologie CT-FFR basée sur l'IA a été appliquée au domaine des examens de santé généraux » et « Étant donné qu'un diagnostic cardiaque précis est désormais possible même lors des examens de santé réguliers pour le grand public, nous avons établi un nouvel écosystème médical capable de détecter précocement les groupes à haut risque de maladies cardiovasculaires et de les diagnostiquer de manière non invasive. »
Il a ensuite révélé ses projets futurs en déclarant : « Nous allons activement élargir nos partenariats avec les principaux hôpitaux du pays afin que davantage de personnes puissent bénéficier d'une technologie médicale de pointe. »
Young-Hoon Yoon, directeur du bilan de santé de Gangnam Severance et professeur de gastroentérologie, a déclaré : « Afin d'atteindre notre objectif de devenir un nouveau leader de l'innovation en matière de culture médicale, nous déployons activement divers programmes de dépistage basés sur l'IA, dont Heartmedi Plus. Nous créerons un environnement de dépistage qui améliorera la précision et la sécurité tout en améliorant le confort des candidats. »
Auparavant, Heartmediplus avait reçu une approbation de produit de dispositif médical de classe 3 (approbation n° 23-92) du ministère de la Sécurité alimentaire et pharmaceutique en 2023, et la même année, il a été désigné comme une technologie médicale innovante selon l'avis n° 2023-202 du ministère de la Santé et du Bien-être, complétant ainsi l'enregistrement temporaire auprès de l'assurance maladie. Il est actuellement appliqué au traitement ambulatoire dans les principaux hôpitaux nationaux, notamment l'hôpital Gangnam Severance.
