중소벤처기업부(이하 중기부)는 26일(월) 인도 노이다(뉴델리), 28일(수) 푸네에서 중소·벤처기업과 인도 소프트웨어 개발자 인재매칭 페스티벌을 개최했다고 밝혔다.
이번 페스티벌은 소프트웨어 전문인력 채용에 어려움을 겪고 있는 중소·벤처 업계를 위해 인도의 우수한 소프트웨어 개발자를 채용 연계하는 프로그램의 일환으로 열렸다. 중소벤처기업 100여개사와 인도 SW 경력자 1,600여명(온라인 포함)이 참여했다.
해외(인도) 소프트웨어 개발자 채용 연계사업은 ’24년 처음 도입해 중소·벤처기업 41개사에 206명의 소프트웨어 개발자를 채용 연계했으며, ’25년에도 200명 이상의 채용 연계를 목표로 추진 중이다.
중소․벤처기업과 인도 SW 개발자의 원활한 매칭을 지원하기 위하여, 인도 현지에 데스크를 설치하여 ‘인도 SW 개발자 인재 Pool 확보, 현지 SW 인력 상담, 매칭된 인력에 대한 근태 관리’ 등을 수행하고 있다.
인도 현지 데스크는 2024년 노이다(북부)와 뱅갈루루(남부)에 오픈했고, 이번에는 푸네(중서부) 지역에도 29일 신규 오픈하였다. 이어 올해 하반기에는 동부 지역에도 1개소를 더 추가할 계획이다.
한편, 벤처기업협회(회장 송병준, 운영기관)는 2024년 인도공과대학 동문재단과 MOU(양해각서)를 체결한 바 있다. 이번 행사 기간 중에도 인도 북부 최고 사립대학인 Amity University와 26일(월) MOU(양해각서)를 체결하고, 인도공과대학 델리 산하 IIT Startup Incubation Center와는 27일(화) LOI(의향서)를 체결해 인도 SW 개발자의 지속적인 한국 벤처기업 취업 연계를 위한 협력을 약속하였다.
김봉덕 벤처정책관은 “이번 매칭 페스티벌이 중소·벤처기업들의 SW 인력 구인난 해소에 큰 도움이 되었으면 한다”고 전하면서 “앞으로도 현지 네트워크와 인재 Pool을 지속 확대하여 중소·벤처기업들의 SW 개발자 선택의 폭을 더욱 넓힐 수 있도록 하겠다”라고 밝혔다.

Ministry of SMEs and Startups to Hold 'Indian Software Developer Talent Matching Festival'
The Ministry of SMEs and Startups (hereinafter referred to as the MSS) announced that it held a talent matching festival for SMEs and venture companies and Indian software developers in Noida (New Delhi), India on Monday the 26th and in Pune on Wednesday the 28th.
This festival was held as part of a program to recruit excellent Indian software developers for small and medium-sized venture companies that are having difficulty recruiting software professionals. Around 100 small and medium-sized venture companies and 1,600 Indian SW professionals (including online) participated.
The overseas (Indian) software developer recruitment linkage project was first introduced in 2024 and has recruited 206 software developers for 41 small and medium-sized and venture companies, and is currently being promoted with the goal of recruiting more than 200 people in 2025.
In order to support smooth matching between small and medium-sized venture companies and Indian SW developers, a desk has been set up in India to perform tasks such as ‘securing a talent pool of Indian SW developers, consulting on local SW personnel, and managing the attendance of matched personnel.’
The Indian local desks opened in Noida (North) and Bengaluru (South) in 2024, and this time, a new one was opened in Pune (Central West) on the 29th. One more location is planned to be added in the Eastern region in the second half of this year.
Meanwhile, the Venture Business Association (Chairman Song Byung-jun, operating organization) signed an MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) with the Indian Institute of Technology Alumni Foundation in 2024. During this event, an MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) was signed with Amity University, the top private university in northern India, on Monday the 26th, and an LOI (Letter of Intent) was signed with the IIT Startup Incubation Center under the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi on Tuesday the 27th, promising cooperation for continuous employment of Indian SW developers in Korean venture companies.
Kim Bong-deok, the venture policy officer, said, “I hope this matching festival will be of great help in resolving the shortage of SW personnel for small and medium-sized venture companies,” and added, “We will continue to expand our local network and talent pool in the future to provide small and medium-sized venture companies with a wider range of SW developers to choose from.”

中期部、「インドソフトウェア開発者人材マッチングフェスティバル」開催
中小ベンチャー企業部（以下中期部）は２６日（月）インドノイダ（ニューデリー）、２８日（水）プネで中小・ベンチャー企業とインドソフトウェア開発者人材マッチングフェスティバルを開催したと明らかにした。
今回のフェスティバルは、ソフトウェア専門人材採用に苦労している中小・ベンチャー業界のため、インドの優秀なソフトウェア開発者を採用連携するプログラムの一環として開かれた。中小ベンチャー企業100社余りとインドSWキャリア1,600人余り(オンライン含む)が参加した。
海外（インド）ソフトウェア開発者採用連携事業は「24年初めて導入し、中小・ベンチャー企業41社に206人のソフトウェア開発者を採用連携し、25年にも200人以上の採用連携を目指して推進中だ。
中小・ベンチャー企業とインドSW開発者の円滑なマッチングを支援するために、インド現地にデスクを設置し、「インドSW開発者人材プールの確保、現地SW人材相談、マッチングされた人材に対する勤怠管理」などを行っている。
インドの現地デスクは2024年にノイダ(北部)とバンガロール(南部)にオープンし、今回はプネ(中西部)地域にも29日新規オープンした。続いて今年下半期には東部地域にも１カ所をさらに追加する計画だ。
一方、ベンチャー企業協会（会長ソン・ビョンジュン、運営機関）は2024年、インド工科大学の同文財団とMOU（了解覚書）を締結した。今回の行事期間中にもインド北部最高私立大学のAmity Universityと26日(月)MOU(了解覚書)を締結し、インド工科大学デリー傘下IIT Startup Incubation Centerとは27日(火)LOI(意向書)を締結し、インドSW開発者の持続的な韓国ベンチャー企業就職。
キム・ボンドクベンチャー政策官は「今回のマッチングフェスティバルが中小・ベンチャー企業のSW人材求人難解消に大きな助けになってほしい」と伝えながら「今後も現地ネットワークと人材プールを持続拡大して中小・ベンチャー企業のSW開発者選択の幅をさらに広げることができるようにする」と明らかにした。

印度中小企业和初创企业部将举办“印度软件开发人员人才配对节”
印度中小企业和初创企业部（以下简称“MSS”）宣布，于26日星期一在印度诺伊达（新德里）、28日星期三在浦那为中小企业和风险投资公司以及印度软件开发商举办了人才匹配节。
此次盛会是为难以招募软件专家的中小企业和风险企业招募优秀的印度软件开发人员的计划的一部分。约有100家中小型风险投资公司和1,600名具有印度SW经验（包括在线）的人士参加。
海外（印度）软件开发人员招募联动项目于2024年首次推出，已为41家中小型和风险企业招募了206名软件开发人员，目前正在推进，目标是到2025年招募200人以上。
为了支持中小型风险企业与印度SW开发人员顺利匹配，在印度设立了办公室，负责“确保印度SW开发人员的人才库、对当地SW人员进行咨询、管理匹配人员的出勤等工作”。
印度本地服务台于2024年在诺伊达（北部）和班加罗尔（南部）开业，此次，又于29日在浦那（中西部）开设了新的服务台。我们计划今年下半年在东部地区再增加一个地点。
另外，风险企业协会（会长：宋秉俊，运营机构）于2024年与印度理工学院校友基金会签署了MOU（谅解备忘录）。在此次活动中，协会于26日（周一）与印度北部最好的私立大学阿米蒂大学签署了MOU（谅解备忘录），并于27日（周二）与印度理工学院德里分校下属的IIT创业孵化中心签署了LOI（意向书），承诺将持续合作，为印度SW开发人员提供韩国风险企业的就业机会。
风险政策担当金奉德表示，“希望本次匹配庆典能够为解决中小风险企业SW人才短缺问题做出贡献”，并表示，“今后将进一步扩大地区网络和人才库，为中小风险企业提供更多SW开发人员选择”。

Le ministère des PME et des startups organise un « festival indien de mise en relation des talents des développeurs de logiciels »
Le ministère des PME et des startups (ci-après dénommé MSS) a annoncé qu'il organisait un festival de mise en relation de talents pour les PME et les sociétés de capital-risque et les développeurs de logiciels indiens à Noida (New Delhi), en Inde, le lundi 26 et à Pune le mercredi 28.
Ce festival a été organisé dans le cadre d'un programme visant à recruter d'excellents développeurs de logiciels indiens pour les petites et moyennes entreprises et les industries de capital-risque qui ont des difficultés à recruter des experts en logiciels. Environ 100 petites et moyennes entreprises et 1 600 personnes ayant de l'expérience dans le SW indien (y compris en ligne) y ont participé.
Le projet de recrutement de développeurs de logiciels à l'étranger (indien) a été lancé pour la première fois en 2024 et a recruté 206 développeurs de logiciels pour 41 petites et moyennes entreprises et entreprises à capital-risque, et est actuellement promu avec l'objectif de recruter plus de 200 personnes en 2025.
Afin de favoriser une mise en relation harmonieuse entre les petites et moyennes entreprises et les développeurs de logiciels indiens, un bureau a été créé en Inde pour effectuer des tâches telles que « la constitution d'un vivier de talents de développeurs de logiciels indiens, la consultation du personnel local de logiciels et la gestion de la présence du personnel adapté ».
Les bureaux locaux indiens ont ouvert à Noida (Nord) et Bengaluru (Sud) en 2024, et cette fois, un nouveau a été ouvert à Pune (Centre-Ouest) le 29. Nous prévoyons d’ajouter un autre emplacement dans la région de l’Est au cours du second semestre de cette année.
Entre-temps, la Venture Business Association (président Song Byeong-jun, organisation opérationnelle) a signé un protocole d'accord (MOU) avec l'Indian Institute of Technology Alumni Foundation en 2024. Au cours de cet événement, un MOU (MOU) a été signé avec l'Université Amity, la meilleure université privée du nord de l'Inde, le lundi 26, et une LOI (Lettre d'intention) a été signée avec l'IIT Startup Incubation Center sous l'égide de l'Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, le mardi 27, promettant une coopération pour connecter en permanence les développeurs SW indiens à l'emploi dans les sociétés de capital-risque coréennes.
Kim Bong-deok, responsable de la politique de capital-risque, a déclaré : « J'espère que ce festival de jumelage sera d'une grande aide pour résoudre la pénurie de personnel SW pour les petites et moyennes entreprises », et a ajouté : « Nous continuerons à élargir notre réseau local et notre vivier de talents à l'avenir pour offrir aux petites et moyennes entreprises un plus large éventail de développeurs SW parmi lesquels choisir. »
