락인컴퍼니(대표 최명규)는 SaaS(software as a Service) 형태로 제공하는 자사의 서비스 ‘리앱(LIAPP)’을 통해 코드 난독화, 위변조 방지, 디버깅 탐지 및 차단, 루팅 탐지, 해킹 툴 탐지 등 고도화된 모바일 앱 보안 기술과 솔루션을 제공하며, 캡클라우드(대표 최승억)는 글로벌에 최적화된 클라우드 인프라 구축을 통해 안정적인 서비스 환경을 제공한다. 이를 통해 게임을 비롯한 APP 개발사는 보안과 서버 그리고 서비스에 대한 걱정 없이 개발에 더 집중할 수 있다.
이번 협약은 보안 서비스 중심의 ‘리앱(LIAPP)’과 클라우드 서비스 중심의 ‘캡클라우드(capcloud)’의 상호 강점을 바탕으로 모바일 APP 산업 내 공동 성장을 위한 다양한 협력을 추진하기 위해 이뤄졌다. 양사는 ▲국내 APP 개발사의 글로벌 서비스 진출에 적극 협력, ▲모바일 APP 개발사 발굴 및 인디 개발사 네트워크 확장, ▲모바일 APP의 다양한 서비스와 산업의 데이터 분석 및 보안 서비스 개선 등 주요 분야에서 협력할 계획이다. 이번 협력으로 ‘락인컴퍼니’는 보안 서비스 관점에서 확보한 개발사 네트워크를 ‘캡클라우드’는 클라우드 서비스를 이용하는 모바일 게임, 모바일 커머스, 모바일 핀테크 등 다양한 고객 및 인력을 상호 지원하며 모바일 APP 생태계 발전을 위해 서로 협력할 예정이다.
