자연어 처리 기반 AI 기업 무하유는 자사의 AI 면접 서비스 ‘몬스터’가 과학기술정보통신부와 한국정보통신기술협회(TTA)가 주관하는 AI 신뢰성 검·인증(CAT, Certification of AI Trustworthiness) 1.0을 취득했다고 4일 밝혔다.
CAT 인증은 국내 AI 기업의 신뢰성 제고와 경쟁력 강화를 위해 AI 시스템의 위험관리 체계, 기술 거버넌스 구조 등 다양한 요소를 종합적으로 평가하는 제도로, 안전성, 보안성, 회복탄력성, 설명가능성, 편향 및 공정성, 책무성, 투명성, 안정성, 견고성 등 6가지 신뢰 속성에 대해 엄격한 심사를 거쳐야만 부여된다.
‘몬스터’는 국내 최초의 대화형 AI 면접 서비스로, 지원자의 면접 태도와 의사소통 능력뿐만 아니라 답변 내용을 실시간으로 분석해 직무 및 조직 적합도를 평가하며, 평가자의 의사결정을 지원한다. 지원자의 답변을 기반으로 자연스러운 꼬리 질문을 생성하고, 공통 문항과 자기소개서 내용을 반영한 맞춤형 질문을 제공하는 점이 특징이다.
이와 함께 무하유는 AI 서류 평가 서비스 ‘프리즘’도 운영 중이다. 프리즘은 자기소개서 분석을 통해 지원자의 직무 적합도와 기업 적합도를 파악하며, 매년 120만 건 이상의 자기소개서를 처리해 인재 채용 과정에서 기업의 효율성을 높이고 있다. 현재 스타트업부터 금융권, 대기업에 이르기까지 약 700여 개 기업이 몬스터와 프리즘을 활용하고 있다.

Muhayu 'Monster' acquires AI reliability check and certification 1.0
Muhayu, an AI company based on natural language processing, announced on the 4th that its AI interview service 'Monster' has acquired the Certification of AI Trustworthiness (CAT) 1.0 hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Telecommunications Technology Association (TTA).
CAT certification is a system that comprehensively evaluates various factors such as the risk management system and technology governance structure of AI systems to enhance the reliability and competitiveness of domestic AI companies. It is granted only after passing a strict examination of six trustworthy attributes: safety, security, resilience, explainability, bias and fairness, accountability, transparency, stability, and robustness.
'Monster' is Korea's first conversational AI interview service that analyzes the applicant's interview attitude and communication skills as well as the content of the answers in real time to evaluate the job and organizational fit and support the evaluator's decision-making. It is characterized by generating natural follow-up questions based on the applicant's answers and providing common questions and customized questions reflecting the content of the self-introduction.
In addition, Muhayu is also operating the AI document evaluation service 'Prism'. Prism analyzes the applicant's job suitability and company suitability through self-introduction analysis, and processes more than 1.2 million self-introductions every year to increase the efficiency of companies in the talent recruitment process. Currently, about 700 companies, from startups to financial institutions and large corporations, are utilizing Monster and Prism.

これとともに、無下油はAI書類評価サービス「プリズム」も運営中だ。プリズムは自己紹介分析を通じて支援者の職務適合度と企業適合度を把握し、毎年120万件以上の自己紹介書を処理して人材採用過程で企業の効率性を高めている。現在スタートアップから金融圏、大企業に至るまで約700社余りの企業がモンスターとプリズムを活用している。

Muhayu , une société d'IA basée sur le traitement du langage naturel, a annoncé le 4 que son service d'entretien d'IA « Monster » a acquis la certification de fiabilité de l'IA (CAT) 1.0 hébergée par le ministère des Sciences et des TIC et l'Association des technologies des télécommunications (TTA).
La certification CAT est un système qui évalue de manière exhaustive divers facteurs, tels que le système de gestion des risques et la structure de gouvernance technologique des systèmes d'IA, afin d'améliorer la fiabilité et la compétitivité des entreprises nationales du secteur. Elle est accordée après un examen rigoureux de six critères de confiance : sûreté, sécurité, résilience, explicabilité, partialité et équité, responsabilité, transparence, stabilité et robustesse.
Monster est le premier service d'entretien conversationnel basé sur l'IA en Corée. Il analyse en temps réel l'attitude et les compétences communicationnelles du candidat lors de l'entretien, ainsi que le contenu de ses réponses, afin d'évaluer l'adéquation entre le poste et l'organisation, et d'aider l'évaluateur à prendre ses décisions. Il se caractérise par la génération de questions complémentaires spontanées basées sur les réponses du candidat, ainsi que par des questions courantes et personnalisées reflétant le contenu de la présentation.
Muhayu exploite également le service d'évaluation de documents basé sur l'IA « Prism ». Prism analyse l'adéquation du candidat à l'emploi et à l'entreprise grâce à l'analyse des présentations personnelles et traite plus de 1,2 million de présentations personnelles chaque année afin d'améliorer l'efficacité des entreprises dans leur processus de recrutement.
