AI 기술에 대한 법률 업계의 인식도 변화하고 있다. 방영선 대표는 “2023년에는 AI에 대한 기대가 중심이었다면, 2024년에는 실제 활용이 본격화되었고, 2025년인 지금은 AI를 도입하지 않으면 오히려 뒤처질 수 있다는 위기의식이 자리잡고 있다”고 진단했다.
실제로 톰슨로이터 조사에 따르면 아시아 및 신흥시장 전문가의 80%는 AI가 자신의 업무에 긍정적 영향을 줄 것이라고 응답했으며, 글로벌 전문가의 78%도 AI의 영향력을 매우 높게 평가하고 있다. 하지만 동시에 전문가의 37%는 AI의 실질적 도입 속도가 여전히 너무 느리다고 우려하고 있어, 기술 도입의 시기와 전략이 중요한 화두로 떠오르고 있다.

AI 기술 도입의 핵심은 단순한 시스템 구축이 아니라, 비즈니스 전반의 유기적 연결과 신뢰 기반의 콘텐츠 통합이다. 실제로 아시아 지역 약 200명의 법률 전문가와 함께한 ‘AEM AI Skill Challenge’ 워크숍에서 조사한 바에 따르면, AI 기술 도입을 가로막는 주요 세 가지 질문으로 콘텐츠의 신뢰성, 자사 요구에 맞춘 전문성, 기술 적용 통합성 등을 꼽았다: n이 기술은 신뢰할 수 있는 콘텐츠에 기반하고 있는가? n우리의 복잡한 법률적 요구사항을 이해하고 소통할 전문가가 존재하는가? n현재 사용하는 기술 환경과 통합이 가능한가?

In fact, according to a Thomson Reuters survey, 80% of professionals in Asia and emerging markets responded that AI will have a positive impact on their work, and 78% of global professionals also rate the impact of AI as very high. However, at the same time, 37% of professionals are concerned that the actual adoption speed of AI is still too slow, so the timing and strategy of technology adoption are emerging as important topics.

These questions imply that AI should not be a simple automation technology, but a connected technology infrastructure that should be linked to the expertise of the entire company. 実際、トンプソンロイターの調査によると、アジアおよび新興市場の専門家の80％はAIが自分の仕事にプラスの影響を与えると答え、グローバル専門家の78％もAIの影響力を非常に高く評価している。しかし同時に専門家の37％はAIの実質導入速度が依然として遅すぎると懸念しており、技術導入の時期と戦略が重要な話題に浮上している。

Ces questions impliquent que l'IA ne doit pas être une simple technologie d'automatisation, mais une infrastructure technologique connectée, liée à l'expertise de l'ensemble de l'entreprise.
