세무 자동화 플랫폼 ‘비즈넵’을 운영하는 지엔터프라이즈가 시리즈 C 투자 라운드에서 총 260억 원 규모의 자금을 유치하며 누적 투자금액을 355억 원으로 늘렸다고 9일 밝혔다.
이번 투자 유치에는 NH투자증권과 NH벤처투자가 공동 운용하는 엔에이치디지털얼라이언스 펀드를 중심으로 기존 투자사인 우신벤처투자뿐만 아니라 신한벤처투자, 마젤란기술투자, 지앤텍벤처투자, 케이투인베스트먼트 등 다수의 신규 투자자가 참여했다. 또한 DSC인베스트먼트는 기존 고릴라프라이빗에쿼티펀드가 보유하던 주식을 전량 인수하며 투자에 동참했다.
투자금은 비즈넵의 핵심 서비스 및 기술 고도화, 비즈넵 케어 서비스 확대, 마케팅 강화, 금융기관 및 대형 플랫폼과의 전략적 제휴 확대에 활용될 계획이다. 더불어 세무 특화 실시간 AI 서비스 ‘비즈넵 SeNa’ 고도화와 법인사업자 대상 서비스 확장, 빅데이터 기반 신규 비즈니스 모델 개발에도 투자가 집중된다.
이번 투자를 주도한 NH투자증권 신기술금융투자부 관계자는 “지엔터프라이즈는 국내 Tax-tech 분야에서 높은 성장 잠재력과 차별화된 기술력을 갖춘 기업”이라며 “복잡한 세법 자동화 기술과 세무 대리인 협업 체계를 통해 경쟁 우위를 확보했으며, 구독형 모델을 통한 안정적인 수익 창출이 기대된다”고 말했다.
지엔터프라이즈 이성봉 대표는 “이번 투자 유치를 통해 비즈넵의 기술력과 비즈니스 모델이 시장과 투자자들에게 인정받았다”며 “앞으로도 AI 기반 기술 혁신과 서비스 고도화, 브랜드 강화에 집중해 시장 내 리더십을 더욱 공고히 하겠다”고 밝혔다.

G-Enterprise attracts 26 billion won in investment
GEnterprise, which operates the tax automation platform 'Biznap', announced on the 9th that it has raised a total of 26 billion won in Series C investment round, increasing the cumulative investment amount to 35.5 billion won.
This round of investment attracted the participation of NH Digital Alliance Fund, jointly managed by NH Investment & Securities and NH Venture Investment, as well as existing investor Wooshin Venture Investment, Shinhan Venture Investment, Magellan Technology Investment, G&Tech Venture Investment, and K2 Investment, among many new investors. In addition, DSC Investment participated in the investment by acquiring all of the shares previously held by Gorilla Private Equity Fund.
The investment will be used to improve Biznep’s core services and technologies, expand Biznep care services, strengthen marketing, and expand strategic partnerships with financial institutions and large platforms. In addition, investment will be focused on improving the tax-specialized real-time AI service ‘Biznep SeNa’, expanding services for corporate businesses, and developing new business models based on big data.
An official from the New Technology Finance Investment Department of NH Investment & Securities, which led this investment, said, “G Enterprise is a company with high growth potential and differentiated technological prowess in the domestic tax-tech field,” adding, “It has secured a competitive edge through complex tax law automation technology and a tax agent collaboration system, and we expect it to generate stable profits through a subscription model.”
G Enterprise CEO Lee Seong-bong said, “Through this investment, Biznep’s technological prowess and business model have been recognized by the market and investors,” and added, “We will continue to focus on AI-based technological innovation, service advancement, and brand strengthening to further solidify our leadership in the market.”

税務自動化プラットフォーム「ビズネック」を運営するGYエンタープライズがシリーズC投資ラウンドで総260億ウォン規模の資金を誘致し、累積投資金額を355億ウォンに増やしたと9日明らかにした。
今回の投資誘致には、NH投資証券とNHベンチャー投資家が共同運用するエンエイチデジタルアライアンスファンドを中心に既存の投資会社であるウシンベンチャー投資だけでなく、新韓ベンチャー投資、マゼラン技術投資、ジーアンテックベンチャー投資、ケイトインベストメントなど多数の新規投資家が参加した。また、DSCインベストメントは既存のゴリラプライベートエクイティファンドが保有していた株式を全量買収して投資に参加した。
投資金はビズネックのコアサービスと技術の高度化、ビズネックケアサービスの拡大、マーケティング強化、金融機関および大型プラットフォームとの戦略的提携拡大に活用される計画だ。さらに、税務特化リアルタイムAIサービス「ビズネックSeNa」の高度化と法人事業者向けサービスの拡張、ビッグデータベースの新規ビジネスモデルの開発にも投資が集中する。
今回の投資を主導したNH投資証券新技術金融投資部の関係者は「ジエンタープライズは国内Tax-tech分野で高い成長潜在力と差別化された技術力を備えた企業」とし「複雑な税法自動化技術と税務代理人の協業体系を通じて競争優位を確保し、購読型モデルを通じた安定した。
ジエンタープライズイ・ソンボン代表は「今回の投資誘致を通じてビズネックの技術力とビジネスモデルが市場と投資家に認められた」とし「今後もAIベースの技術革新とサービスの高度化、ブランド強化に集中し、市場内のリーダーシップをさらに強固にする」と明らかにした。

GEnterprise, qui exploite la plateforme d'automatisation fiscale « Biznap », a annoncé le 9 avoir levé un total de 26 milliards de wons lors d'un tour d'investissement de série C, portant le montant cumulé de l'investissement à 35,5 milliards de wons.
