넥스원소프트는 국세청 AI상담센터에 자사의 통합인증 서비스 ‘넥스비싸인(NexBe Sign)’을 제공했다고 10일 밝혔다.
‘넥스비싸인’은 한국인터넷진흥원(KISA)의 간편인증 인터페이스 가이드라인에 따라 설계된 클라우드 기반(SaaS) 통합인증 솔루션으로, 다양한 전자서명인증사업자의 통신 규격을 반영해 안정적인 인증 중계 서비스를 제공하는 것이 특징이다. 다양한 인증 수단과의 연동이 가능해 공공기관 및 민간 영역 모두에서 적용 범위를 확대할 수 있다.
넥스원소프트는 이번 구축을 통해 국세청 AI상담센터의 보이는 ARS 시스템에 ▲종합소득세 ▲근로장려금 ▲자녀장려금 등 주요 서비스 메뉴에 통합인증 체계를 구현했다. 해당 시스템은 사용자 인증 과정을 전자서명 및 간편인증 기능을 활용해 보안성과 사용자 편의성을 동시에 강화했다.
기존에는 휴대전화 인증만 가능했던 국세청 AI상담센터의 인증 환경이 ‘넥스비싸인’ 도입을 통해 다양한 인증서를 활용할 수 있도록 개선됐다. 이에 따라 인증 수단 다변화가 가능해졌으며, 인증서 장애 발생 시에도 안정적인 서비스 제공이 가능하게 됐다. 네이버, 카카오, 토스 등 주요 인증서를 통합 지원함으로써 국민의 인증 접근성을 높이고, 고령자나 장애인 등 디지털 소외계층의 편의성도 함께 향상시켰다.
국세청 보이는 ARS 시스템은 시청각 정보를 동시에 제공하는 방식으로 청각장애인을 비롯한 디지털 취약계층에게도 행정 접근성을 높인 서비스로, 대표번호 126을 통해 ARS 앱에서 사용할 수 있다.
이번 인증 시스템은 넥스원소프트와 콜게이트 간의 협력을 통해 도입됐다. 콜게이트 이강민 대표는 “통합인증 서비스를 통해 보안성과 사용자 중심 인증 편의성이 강화됐다”며, “다양한 인증서의 통합 제공을 통해 차별화된 사용자 경험을 실현하고 있다”고 전했다.
최덕훈 넥스원소프트 대표는 “넥스비싸인은 간편인증, 전자서명, 본인확인 등 세 가지 인증 기능을 하나의 서비스로 통합 제공해 활용도가 높다”며, “기존 인증 수단과 병행 사용이 가능해 단일 인증 체계의 한계를 보완할 수 있다. 앞으로도 민·관 협력을 통해 안전하고 신뢰할 수 있는 비대면 인증 환경 구축에 기여할 것”이라고 밝혔다.

The system simultaneously enhanced security and user convenience by utilizing electronic signature and simple authentication functions in the user authentication process.
The authentication environment of the National Tax Service AI Counseling Center, which previously only allowed mobile phone authentication, has been improved to allow the use of various certificates through the introduction of 'Nexvisign'. Accordingly, authentication methods have become diversified, and stable service provision has become possible even in the event of a certificate failure. By supporting major certificates such as Naver, Kakao, and Toss, accessibility to authentication has been improved for the public, and convenience for the digitally excluded, such as the elderly and the disabled, has also been improved.
The National Tax Service's visible ARS system is a service that improves administrative accessibility for the hearing impaired and other digitally vulnerable groups by providing audiovisual information simultaneously, and can be used on the ARS app by dialing the representative number 126.
This authentication system was introduced through collaboration between NexoneSoft and Colgate. Colgate CEO Lee Kang-min said, “The integrated authentication service has enhanced security and user-centered authentication convenience,” and “We are realizing a differentiated user experience through the integrated provision of various certificates.”
