올인원 HR 플랫폼 운영사 플렉스(flex)가 벤처캐피털 한리버파트너스(Han River Partners)로부터 약 100억 원 규모의 시리즈 B-1 브릿지 투자를 유치했다고 11일 밝혔다. 이번 투자를 통해 플렉스는 기업가치 5,000억 원을 인정받았다.
플렉스는 2019년 5월 설립된 HR SaaS 스타트업으로, 인사관리, 급여, 근태 등 다양한 인사 업무를 통합적으로 지원하는 플랫폼을 제공하고 있다.
이번 투자금은 인공지능(AI)을 결합한 신규 서비스 개발, 기술 및 영업 조직 확대, 핵심 인재 확보 등 차세대 사업 추진에 활용될 예정이다. 플렉스는 향후 1~2년 내 시리즈 C 투자 유치를 계획하고 있으며, 기업가치가 현재 대비 두 배로 상승할 경우 유니콘 기업(기업가치 1조 원 이상 비상장사) 진입도 가능할 것으로 전망된다.
플렉스는 지난 2022년 시리즈 B 투자 당시에도 약 3,500억 원의 기업가치를 평가받으며 빠른 성장세를 보였다. 같은 해 신용보증기금의 ‘혁신아이콘 7기’에 선정된 이후 주요 경영 지표(KPI)를 3년 연속 달성, 최대 보증한도인 200억 원까지 지원받은 바 있다. 이번 투자를 포함한 누적 투자 및 보증 지원 규모는 약 800억 원이다.
플렉스 장해남 대표는 “고객 기반의 성장을 통해 연간 반복 매출(ARR) 300억 원을 돌파했다”며, “AI 기술을 결합한 SaaS 고도화를 통해 국내 AI SaaS 시장을 선도하겠다”고 밝혔다.
한리버파트너스 프란시스 박 파트너는 “플렉스는 전략적 조직 운영을 지원하는 플랫폼으로 빠르게 진화하고 있다”며, “국내 시장에서의 성과를 기반으로 향후 글로벌 확장 가능성도 높게 평가한다”고 말했다.

Han River Partners Invests in All-in-One HR Platform Operator ‘Flex’
All-in-one HR platform operator Flex announced on the 11th that it had attracted approximately KRW 10 billion in Series B-1 bridge investment from venture capital firm Han River Partners. Through this investment, Flex was recognized as having a corporate value of KRW 500 billion.
Flex is an HR SaaS startup founded in May 2019 that provides a platform that comprehensively supports various HR tasks such as personnel management, payroll, and attendance.
This investment will be used to promote next-generation businesses such as developing new services incorporating artificial intelligence (AI), expanding technology and sales organizations, and securing key talent. Flex plans to attract Series C investment within the next 1-2 years, and if the company’s value doubles from its current level, it is expected to be able to enter the unicorn category (unlisted companies with a corporate value of 1 trillion won or more).
Flex also showed rapid growth when it received a corporate value of approximately KRW 350 billion during its Series B investment in 2022. After being selected as the '7th Innovation Icon' by the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund in the same year, it achieved key management indicators (KPIs) for three consecutive years and received support of up to the maximum guarantee limit of KRW 20 billion. The cumulative investment and guarantee support amount, including this investment, is approximately KRW 80 billion.
Flex CEO Jang Hae-nam said, “We have surpassed 30 billion won in annual recurring revenue (ARR) through customer base growth,” and “We will lead the domestic AI SaaS market through SaaS advancement combined with AI technology.”
“Flex is rapidly evolving into a platform that supports strategic organizational operations,” said Francis Park, partner at Hanriver Partners. “Based on its performance in the domestic market, we highly evaluate its potential for future global expansion.”

Flex , opérateur de plateforme RH tout-en-un, a annoncé le 11 octobre avoir levé environ 10 milliards de wons de la part de la société de capital-risque Han River Partners dans le cadre d'un financement relais de série B-1. Grâce à cet investissement, Flex a atteint une valeur d'entreprise de 500 milliards de wons.
Flex est une startup SaaS RH fondée en mai 2019 qui fournit une plate-forme prenant en charge de manière exhaustive diverses tâches RH telles que la gestion du personnel, la paie et les présences.
Cet investissement servira à promouvoir les entreprises de nouvelle génération, notamment en développant de nouveaux services intégrant l'intelligence artificielle (IA), en développant les équipes technologiques et commerciales, et en recrutant des talents clés. Flex prévoit d'attirer des investissements de série C d'ici un à deux ans. Si sa valeur double, l'entreprise devrait pouvoir entrer dans la catégorie des licornes (entreprises non cotées dont la valeur corporative est égale ou supérieure à 1 000 milliards de wons).
Flex a également connu une croissance rapide, atteignant une valeur d'entreprise d'environ 350 milliards de wons coréens (KRW) lors de son investissement de série B en 2022. Après avoir été sélectionnée comme « 7e icône de l'innovation » par le Fonds coréen de garantie de crédit la même année, elle a atteint ses indicateurs clés de gestion (KPI) pendant trois années consécutives et a bénéficié d'un soutien allant jusqu'à la limite maximale de garantie de 20 milliards de wons coréens (KRW). Le montant cumulé de l'investissement et du soutien de garantie, y compris cet investissement, s'élève à environ 80 milliards de wons coréens (KRW).
