로보어드바이저 전문기업 파운트는 자회사 파운트투자자문이 코스콤과 함께 태국증권거래소(SET)가 추진 중인 차세대 청산결제시스템 구축 사업에 참여해, AI 기반 위험관리시스템을 공급할 예정이라고 12일 밝혔다.
이번 사업은 한국거래소가 주관하고 코스콤이 시스템 구축을 수행하는 국제 프로젝트로, 파운트투자자문은 AI 기술을 활용한 리스크 조기 감지 시스템 설계 및 구현을 맡는다. 특히, 이 시스템은 거래소에 상장된 종목의 데이터를 실시간 분석하여 시장 위험을 자동으로 식별하고 이상 징후를 즉시 경고하는 기능을 포함한다.
딥러닝 기반의 위험 탐지 모델이 적용된 본 시스템은 기존 전통적인 위험관리 방식 대비 높은 정밀도를 확보했으며, 극단적 시장 변동성에 대한 실시간 대응 능력을 강화했다는 평가다. 또, 수백만 건의 데이터를 초 단위로 분석하면서도 24시간 무중단 환경에서도 안정적인 성능을 유지하도록 설계됐다.
이번 프로젝트는 국내 금융 IT 및 AI 기술이 동남아 주요 금융 인프라에 적용되는 사례로, 한국 금융기술의 해외 진출 가능성을 확대했다는 점에서 의미가 크다.
파운트투자자문은 지난해 글로벌 AI 반도체 기업 엔비디아(NVIDIA)의 기술 파트너십 프로그램 ‘인셉션(Inception)’에 선정된 바 있으며, 이번 태국 증권거래소 사업 수주를 통해 기술력과 사업 역량을 다시 한 번 입증하게 됐다.
파운트는 앞으로도 코스콤과의 협력 관계를 기반으로 신흥 금융시장에 특화된 AI 기반 시스템 수출을 확대해 나간다는 계획이다.

Robo-advisor specialist Pound announced on the 12th that its subsidiary Pound Investment Consulting will participate in the next-generation clearing and settlement system construction project being promoted by the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) together with KOSCOM and will supply an AI-based risk management system.
This project is an international project led by the Korea Exchange and implemented by KOSCOM, and Pound Investment Consulting is in charge of designing and implementing an early risk detection system using AI technology. In particular, this system includes a function that automatically identifies market risks and immediately warns of abnormal signs by analyzing data on stocks listed on the exchange in real time.
This system, which uses a deep learning-based risk detection model, is evaluated to have secured high precision compared to existing traditional risk management methods and to have strengthened the ability to respond in real time to extreme market volatility. In addition, it is designed to maintain stable performance even in a 24-hour non-stop environment while analyzing millions of data in seconds.
This project is significant in that it is a case of domestic financial IT and AI technology being applied to major financial infrastructure in Southeast Asia, and it expands the potential for Korean financial technology to advance overseas.
Last year, Pound Investment Consulting was selected for the technology partnership program 'Inception' by global AI semiconductor company NVIDIA, and has once again proven its technological prowess and business capabilities through this contract for the Thailand Stock Exchange business.
Pound plans to continue to expand its exports of AI-based systems specialized for emerging financial markets based on its partnership with KOSCOM.

ファウントは今後もコスコムとの協力関係を基に新興金融市場に特化したAIベースのシステム輸出を拡大していく計画だ。

Le spécialiste des robo-advisors Pound a annoncé le 12 que sa filiale Pound Investment Consulting participera au projet de construction d'un système de compensation et de règlement de nouvelle génération promu par la Bourse de Thaïlande (SET) en collaboration avec KOSCOM et fournira un système de gestion des risques basé sur l'IA.
Ce projet international, mené par la Bourse de Corée et mis en œuvre par KOSCOM, a été confié à Pound Investment Consulting pour la conception et la mise en œuvre d'un système de détection précoce des risques utilisant l'IA.
