기술보증기금(이하 ‘기보’)은 12일(목) 서울 마곡 코엑스 르웨스트홀에서 중소벤처기업의 개방형 기술혁신 지원을 위해 ‘스마트 테크브릿지가 함께하는 2025년 상반기 기보 기술거래 페스타’를 개최했다고 밝혔다.
기보는 기술이전을 통한 개방형 혁신을 희망하는 중소벤처기업을 대상으로 2023년부터 매 반기마다 기술거래 페스타를 열고 있다. 이번 행사는 기존의 사업화 유망 공공기술 소개와 기술이전·금융지원 상담에 더해, 글로벌 진출과 공동R&D 매칭을 위한 상담 및 스케일업을 위한 M&A 상담까지 포함한 기술사업화 전주기 지원 프로그램으로 구성됐다.
이날 행사에는 기술이전과 유망기술 도입에 관심있는 중소기업과 기술거래 유관기관 관계자 등 200여 명이 참석해 성황을 이뤘으며, ▲기술이전 설명회 ▲기술이전·금융 상담회 등 두 개 세션으로 진행됐다.
기술이전 설명회에는 한국생산기술연구원, 한국전자통신연구원, 숙명여대, 연세대 등 18개 공공연구기관이 참여해 총 100건의 사업화 유망기술을 선보였다. 중소벤처기업들은 이들 기술에 대한 1:1 기술 상담과 함께 기보의 금융 지원 상담을 통해 맞춤형 정보를 제공받았다.
기보는 지난해 독일의 선도 연구기관 프라운호퍼와 국내 중소벤처기업 간 공동R&D 매칭을 성사시키고, 베트남 기업과 기술이전 MOU 8건을 체결하는 등 가시적인 글로벌 협력 성과를 거둔 바 있다. 이번 행사에서도 프라운호퍼와의 1:1 공동R&D 상담을 비롯해 글로벌 기술이전 및 현지 진출을 위한 다양한 상담이 이어졌다.
또한 기보는 지난 3월 민관협력 M&A 플랫폼을 구축해 중소벤처기업의 M&A를 본격적으로 지원하고 있다. 이번 행사에서는 M&A지원제도에 대한 안내와 함께 개별 상담을 병행해 중소벤처기업의 성공적인 개방형 기술혁신을 위한 연계지원 체계를 한층 강화했다.
이상창 기보 이사는 “이번 기술거래 페스타는 글로벌 진출과 M&A 등 중소벤처기업들이 평소 접하기 어려운 분야의 정보를 폭넓게 제공할 수 있도록 준비했다”며, “앞으로도 기보는 중소벤처기업의 기술거래 사업화 시장을 활성화하기 위한 다양한 지원방안을 마련하고, 기술거래 페스타가 실질적인 도움이 될 수 있도록 프로그램의 내실화를 지속 추진하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Kibo, '2025 First Half Kibo Technology Transaction Festa with Smart Tech Bridge' Held
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (hereinafter referred to as 'KIBO') announced that it held the '2025 KIBO Technology Transaction Festa in the First Half of the Year with Smart Tech Bridge' at the Le West Hall in COEX, Magok, Seoul on the 12th (Thursday) to support open technological innovation of small and medium-sized venture companies.
Kibo has been holding a technology transaction festival every six months since 2023 for small and medium-sized venture companies that hope to achieve open innovation through technology transfer. This event consists of a technology commercialization full cycle support program that includes consultations for global expansion and joint R&D matching, and M&A consultations for scale-up, in addition to the introduction of promising public technologies for commercialization and consultations for technology transfer and financial support.
The event was a great success, with approximately 200 people in attendance, including small and medium-sized enterprises interested in technology transfer and introduction of promising technologies, as well as officials from technology transaction-related organizations, and was held in two sessions: ▲technology transfer briefing session and ▲technology transfer and financial consultation session.
At the technology transfer briefing, 18 public research institutes including the Korea Institute of Industrial Technology, the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute, Sookmyung Women's University, and Yonsei University participated and presented a total of 100 promising technologies for commercialization. Small and medium-sized venture companies received customized information through 1:1 technology consultations on these technologies and financial support consultations from Kibo.
Last year, Kibo achieved visible global cooperation results, such as successfully matching joint R&D between Fraunhofer, a leading German research institute, and domestic small and medium-sized venture companies, and signing eight technology transfer MOUs with Vietnamese companies. At this event, various consultations were held for global technology transfer and local advancement, including 1:1 joint R&D consultations with Fraunhofer.
In addition, Kibo established a public-private cooperation M&A platform in March to fully support M&A of small and medium-sized venture companies. At this event, we provided guidance on the M&A support system along with individual consultations to further strengthen the linkage support system for successful open technology innovation of small and medium-sized venture companies.
Lee Sang-chang, CEO of Kibo, said, “We have prepared this Technology Transaction Festa to provide a wide range of information on areas that small and medium-sized venture companies usually have difficulty accessing, such as global expansion and M&A,” and added, “Going forward, Kibo will prepare various support measures to vitalize the technology transaction commercialization market for small and medium-sized venture companies, and will continue to pursue the substantive advancement of the program so that the Technology Transaction Festa can provide practical help.”

技術保証基金（以下「棋保」）は、12日（木）ソウルマゴックCOEX ルウェストホールで中小ベンチャー企業の開放型技術革新支援のために「スマートテックブリッジが共にする2025年上半期の棋保技術取引フェスタ」を開催したと明らかにした。
ギボは技術移転を通じた開放型イノベーションを希望する中小ベンチャー企業を対象に、2023年から半年ごとに技術取引フェスタを開いている。今回の行事は、既存の事業化有望公共技術紹介と技術移転・金融支援相談に加え、グローバル進出と共同R&Dマッチングのための相談およびスケールアップのためのM&A相談まで含めた技術事業化全周期支援プログラムで構成された。
この日の行事には技術移転と有望技術導入に関心のある中小企業と技術取引関連機関関係者など200人余りが参加して盛況を成し、▲技術移転説明会▲技術移転・金融相談会など2つのセッションで行われた。
技術移転説明会には、韓国生産技術研究院、韓国電子通信研究院、宿命女子大学、延世大学など18の公共研究機関が参加し、合計100件の事業化有望技術を披露した。中小ベンチャー企業は、これらの技術に対する1：1の技術相談とともに、ギボの金融支援相談を通じてカスタマイズされた情報を提供された。
ギボは昨年ドイツの先導研究機関のフラウンホーファーと国内中小ベンチャー企業間の共同R&Dマッチングを実現し、ベトナム企業と技術移転MOU 8件を締結するなど、可視的なグローバル協力成果を収めた。今回のイベントでもフラウンホーファーとの1:1共同R&D相談をはじめ、グローバル技術移転や現地進出のための多様な相談が続いた。
また、ギボは去る3月、民官協力M&Aプラットフォームを構築し、中小ベンチャー企業のM&Aを本格的に支援している。今回のイベントでは、M&A支援制度の案内とともに個別相談を並行して中小ベンチャー企業の成功した開放型技術革新のための連携支援体系を一層強化した。

Kibo举办“2025年上半年Kibo技术交易盛会暨Smart Tech Bridge”
韩国技术金融公社（以下简称“KIBO”）宣布，为支持中小风险企业的开放式技术创新，于12日（星期四）在首尔麻谷COEX Le West大厅举办了“2025 KIBO上半年技术交易盛会与Smart Tech Bridge”。
Kibo自2023年起，每半年举办一次技术交易节，面向希望通过技术转移实现开放式创新的中小型风险企业。该活动除了介绍有前景的公共技术进行商业化、提供技术转移及资金支持咨询外，还提供全球扩张咨询、联合研发匹配咨询、规模化并购咨询等技术商业化全周期支持计划。
本次活动取得了圆满成功，约有200人参加，其中包括对技术转让和前景技术引进感兴趣的中小企业以及技术交易相关机构的官员，活动分为两场：▲技术转让说明会和▲技术转让和金融咨询会。
在技术转移说明会上，韩国产业技术研究院、电子通信研究院、淑明女子大学、延世大学等18家公共研究机构共计展示了100项有望实现商业化的技术。中小风险企业通过“希望”号提供的一对一技术咨询和资金支持咨询，获得了定制化的信息。
去年，Kibo取得了显著的全球合作成果，例如成功促成德国顶尖研究机构弗劳恩霍夫协会与越南中小型风险企业的联合研发，并与越南企业签署了8份技术转让谅解备忘录。在本次活动上，双方就全球技术转让和本地化发展举行了各种磋商，其中包括与弗劳恩霍夫协会进行一对一联合研发磋商。
此外，Kibo于3月设立了官民合作并购平台，全力支持中小型创业公司并购。本次活动，我们不仅提供并购支持体系指导，还提供个别咨询，旨在进一步强化联动支持体系，助力中小型创业公司成功开展开放式技术创新。
Kibo代表李相昌表示，“我们准备了此次技术交易盛会，为中小风险企业提供全球扩张、并购等通常难以进入的领域的广泛信息”，并补充道，“Kibo今后将制定各种支持措施，为中小风险企业搞活技术交易商业化市场，并将继续推进该计划的实质性进展，使技术交易盛会能够提供切实的帮助。”

Kibo, « Festa des transactions technologiques Kibo du premier semestre 2025 avec Smart Tech Bridge »
La Korea Technology Finance Corporation (ci-après dénommée « KIBO ») a annoncé qu'elle organisait le « 2025 KIBO Technology Transaction Festa in the First Half of the Year with Smart Tech Bridge » au Le West Hall du COEX, Magok, Séoul, le 12 (jeudi) pour soutenir l'innovation technologique ouverte des petites et moyennes entreprises.
Depuis 2023, Kibo organise tous les six mois un festival de transactions technologiques destiné aux PME souhaitant innover ouvertement grâce au transfert de technologie. Cet événement propose un programme complet d'accompagnement à la commercialisation des technologies, incluant des consultations pour l'expansion internationale et la mise en relation de R&D conjointe, ainsi que des consultations sur les fusions et acquisitions pour la croissance externe. Il propose également la présentation de technologies publiques prometteuses pour la commercialisation, des consultations pour le transfert de technologie et un soutien financier.
L'événement a été un grand succès, avec environ 200 personnes présentes, y compris des petites et moyennes entreprises intéressées par le transfert de technologie et l'introduction de technologies prometteuses, ainsi que des responsables d'organisations liées aux transactions technologiques, et s'est déroulé en deux sessions : ▲séance d'information sur le transfert de technologie et ▲séance de consultation sur le transfert de technologie et les finances.
Lors de la réunion d'information sur le transfert de technologie, 18 instituts de recherche publics, dont l'Institut coréen de technologie industrielle, l'Institut de recherche en électronique et télécommunications, l'Université féminine de Sookmyung et l'Université Yonsei, ont participé et présenté un total de 100 technologies prometteuses pour la commercialisation. Les PME ont bénéficié d'informations personnalisées grâce à des consultations individuelles sur ces technologies et à un soutien financier de Kibo.
L'année dernière, Kibo a obtenu des résultats tangibles en matière de coopération internationale, notamment en associant avec succès des activités de R&D conjointes entre Fraunhofer, un institut de recherche allemand de premier plan, et des PME vietnamiennes, et en signant huit protocoles d'accord de transfert de technologie avec des entreprises vietnamiennes. Lors de cet événement, diverses consultations ont été organisées pour le transfert de technologie à l'échelle mondiale et le développement local, notamment des consultations individuelles de R&D conjointes avec Fraunhofer.
Par ailleurs, Kibo a mis en place en mars une plateforme de coopération public-privé dédiée aux fusions-acquisitions afin de soutenir pleinement les PME dans leurs opérations de fusions-acquisitions. Lors de cet événement, nous avons fourni des conseils sur le système de soutien aux fusions-acquisitions, ainsi que des consultations individuelles, afin de renforcer le système de soutien aux liens pour une innovation technologique ouverte réussie pour les PME.
Lee Sang-chang, PDG de Kibo, a déclaré : « Nous avons préparé ce Technology Transaction Festa pour fournir un large éventail d'informations sur des domaines auxquels les petites et moyennes entreprises ont généralement du mal à accéder, tels que l'expansion mondiale et les fusions et acquisitions », et a ajouté : « À l'avenir, Kibo préparera diverses mesures de soutien pour dynamiser le marché de la commercialisation des transactions technologiques pour les petites et moyennes entreprises, et continuera à poursuivre l'avancement substantiel du programme afin que le Technology Transaction Festa puisse fournir une aide pratique. »
