㈜브릴스는 자동화 시스템 통합(SI) 전문기업 ㈜에이치케이텍과 자동차 부품 제조 분야의 로봇 시스템 개발 및 공급 확대를 위한 전략적 파트너십을 체결했다고 13일 밝혔다.
양사는 이번 협약을 통해 브릴스의 협동로봇 및 산업용 로봇 기술과 에이치케이텍의 자동차 생산 라인 자동화 구축 역량을 결합해, 자동차 부품 제조 시장 내 로봇 시스템 확대에 공동으로 나설 예정이다. 협약 체결식은 6월 12일 서울 코엑스에서 개최된 ‘스마트테크 코리아 2025’ 로보테크쇼 브릴스 부스에서 진행됐으며, 양사 주요 관계자들이 참석했다.
양사는 그간 축적된 기술과 경험을 바탕으로 컬럼 조립기, 성능검사기, 리크테스터기, 샤프트 인서트 장비, 사출 어셈블리 검사 장비 등 다양한 자동화 설비 구축 경험을 공유하고, 조향장치 부품 생산 라인을 비롯한 팔레타이징, VH박리기, 스크류 체결 등 로봇 기반 시스템의 공동 개발과 상용화를 추진할 계획이다.
브릴스는 산업용 및 협동로봇 기술을 바탕으로 다양한 제조업 분야에서 생산 효율성을 높이는 로봇 응용 솔루션을 제공하고 있으며, 이번 협력을 통해 자동차 부품 산업 분야에서의 시장 경쟁력을 한층 강화할 수 있을 것으로 기대하고 있다.
전진 브릴스 대표는 “자동차 산업은 스마트팩토리 전환 속도가 빠른 대표적인 분야로, 에이치케이텍과의 협력을 통해 고도화된 로봇 솔루션을 제공할 수 있는 기반을 마련하게 됐다”며 “양사의 전문성과 기술력이 결합되어 제조 현장의 자동화 수준을 더욱 높이고, 고객에게 실질적인 생산성 향상 효과를 제공할 것”이라고 말했다.

Brils and HK Tech Form Strategic Partnership
Brils Co., Ltd. announced on the 13th that it has signed a strategic partnership with HK Tech Co., Ltd., a specialized automation system integration (SI) company, to develop and expand the supply of robot systems in the automotive parts manufacturing sector.
Through this agreement, the two companies will work together to expand robot systems in the automotive parts manufacturing market by combining Brils’ collaborative robot and industrial robot technology with HK Tech’s capabilities in building automated automobile production lines. The agreement signing ceremony was held at the Brils booth at the ‘Smart Tech Korea 2025’ robot tech show held at COEX in Seoul on June 12, and key executives from both companies attended.
Based on the technology and experience accumulated so far, the two companies plan to share their experience in building various automated facilities, including column assemblers, performance testers, leak testers, shaft insert equipment, and injection assembly inspection equipment, and to jointly develop and commercialize robot-based systems, including palletizing, VH peeling, and screw fastening, as well as steering device parts production lines.
Brils provides robot application solutions that increase production efficiency in various manufacturing fields based on industrial and collaborative robot technologies, and expects that this collaboration will further strengthen its market competitiveness in the automotive parts industry.

両社は今回の協約を通じてブリルスの協同ロボット及び産業用ロボット技術とエイチケイテックの自動車生産ライン自動化構築能力を結合し、自動車部品製造市場内のロボットシステム拡大に共同で出る予定だ。協約締結式は6月12日、ソウルCOEXで開催された「スマートテックコリア2025」ロボテクショーブリルスブースで行われ、両社の主要関係者が参加した。
両社はこれまで蓄積された技術と経験をもとにカラム組立機、性能検査機、リークテスター機、シャフトインサート装置、射出組立検査装置など多様な自動化設備構築経験を共有し、操舵装置部品生産ラインをはじめとするパレタイジング、VH剥離機、スクリュー締結などロボット基盤システムの共同開発と商用化。
ブリルスは、産業用および協同ロボット技術をもとに様々な製造業分野で生産効率を高めるロボット応用ソリューションを提供しており、今回の協力を通じて自動車部品産業分野での市場競争力を一層強化できると期待している。

Brils et HK Tech forment un partenariat stratégique
Brils Co., Ltd. a annoncé le 13 avoir signé un partenariat stratégique avec HK Tech Co., Ltd., une société spécialisée dans l'intégration de systèmes d'automatisation (SI), pour développer et étendre l'offre de systèmes robotisés dans le secteur de la fabrication de pièces automobiles.
Grâce à cet accord, les deux entreprises collaboreront pour développer les systèmes robotisés sur le marché de la fabrication de pièces automobiles en combinant la technologie robotique collaborative et industrielle de Brils avec les compétences de HK Tech en matière de construction de lignes de production automobile automatisées. La cérémonie de signature s'est tenue sur le stand de Brils lors du salon des technologies robotiques « Smart Tech Korea 2025 » qui s'est tenu au COEX de Séoul le 12 juin, en présence de dirigeants clés des deux entreprises.
Sur la base de la technologie et de l'expérience accumulées jusqu'à présent, les deux sociétés prévoient de partager leur expérience dans la construction de diverses installations automatisées, notamment des assembleurs de colonnes, des testeurs de performances, des testeurs de fuites, des équipements d'insertion d'arbre et des équipements d'inspection d'assemblage par injection, et de développer et de commercialiser conjointement des systèmes robotisés, notamment la palettisation, le pelage VH et la fixation par vis, ainsi que des lignes de production de pièces de dispositifs de direction.
