부동산 단기임대 플랫폼 삼삼엠투는 12일 한국해비타트와 ‘임시 주거를 위한 단기임대 지원사업‘ 후원 협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다. 이번 협약은 주거취약계층의 주거 안전망 강화를 위한 협력의 일환으로 한국해비타트가 수행하는 주택의 개보수 공사 기간 동안 임시 거처가 필요한 가구에 삼삼엠투 단기임대 주택을 제공해 주거 공백을 최소화하는 것이 주요 목표다.
국제 주거복지 비영리단체인 한국해비타트는 독립유공자 후손, 재난재해 이재민, 한부모가정, 주거취약아동가정 등 주거취약계층의 주거환경개선사업을 수행하고 있다. 지원 대상 가구는 2주에서 4주 내외의 공사 기간 동안 임시 거처를 구하지 못해 어려움을 겪는 경우가 많았다.
삼삼엠투는 이번 협약을 통해 지원 대상 가정이 공사 기간 동안 안정적이고 독립적인 공간에서 지낼 수 있도록 단기임대 주택을 지원할 계획이다.
박형준 삼삼엠투 대표는 “주거 공백이라는 긴급 상황에서 삼삼엠투가 가장 안전하고 편리하게 임시 주거지를 제공할 수 있겠다는 판단에 이번 후원을 결정하게 됐다”며 “이번 협약은 단순한 임대 제공을 넘어 독립유공자 등 주거 취약 계층의 삶의 연속성을 지키는 데 함께하는 사회적 연대의 의미를 담고 있다”고 밝혔다.
이광회 한국해비타트 사무총장은 “삼삼엠투의 후원을 통해 한국해비타트 주거환경개선사업 지원 대상 가구가 더욱 안정적이고 편안한 환경에서 새롭게 조성될 보금자리를 기대할 수 있게 되었다”며 “양 기관의 적극적 협력을 바탕으로 주거취약계층을 위한 빈틈없는 지원이 가능해질 것이라고 기대한다“고 전했다.
삼삼엠투와 한국해비타트는 이번 협약을 계기로 더 폭넓은 주거 복지 사업을 추진하며 지속 가능한 주거 복지 생태계 조성에 함께 기여할 계획이다.

Real estate short-term rental platform SamSamM2 announced on the 12th that it signed a sponsorship agreement with Korea Habitat for Humanity Korea for the ' Short-term Rental Support Project for Temporary Housing ' . This agreement is part of cooperation to strengthen the housing safety net for the housing vulnerable, and its main goal is to minimize the housing gap by providing SamSamM2 short-term rental houses to households in need of temporary housing during the housing renovation period carried out by Korea Habitat .
Habitat for Humanity Korea, an international housing welfare non-profit organization, is carrying out housing environment improvement projects for vulnerable groups such as descendants of independence activists , disaster victims , single-parent families , and families with children in housing shortages . Many of the households receiving support had difficulties finding temporary housing during the construction period of approximately two to four weeks .
Through this agreement, SamSamM2 plans to provide short-term rental housing so that eligible families can live in a stable and independent space during the construction period .

With this agreement, SamSamM2 and Korea Habitat plan to promote broader housing welfare projects and contribute together to creating a sustainable housing welfare ecosystem .

パク・ヒョンジュンのサムサムエムトゥ代表は「住居空白という緊急状況でサムサムエムトゥが最も安全で便利に臨時住宅地を提供できるという判断に今回の後援を決定することになった」とし「今回の条約は単純な賃貸提供を超えて独立有功者など住居脆弱層の生活の連続性を守る」言った。
李光会韓国ハビタット事務総長は「サムサムエムトゥの後援を通じて韓国ハビタット住宅環境改善事業支援対象世帯がより安定的で快適な環境で新たに造成される資金を期待できるようになった」とし「両機関の積極的協力をもとに住居脆弱階層のための空き隙のない」
サムサムエムトゥと韓国ハビタットは今回の条約をきっかけに、より幅広い住宅福祉事業を推進し、持続可能な住宅福祉生態系の造成に共に貢献する計画だ。
