AI 솔루션 전문기업 ㈜지미션은 ㈜티젠소프트와 포괄적 기술 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 16일 밝혔다. 이번 협약은 양사의 기술 협력 및 공동 사업 추진을 통해 상호 발전과 실질적인 시너지를 도모하기 위해 마련됐다.
지미션은 인공지능 기반의 다양한 산업용 솔루션을 개발·제공하는 기업으로, ▲AI FAX(지능형 웹팩스) ▲DEXMA(AI 영상 분석) ▲AI CC(인공지능 컨택센터) ▲AI WEBPACK(통신 자동화 서비스) 등 다수의 자체 솔루션을 보유하고 있다. 해당 기술들은 공공기관, 금융권, 일반 기업 등 다양한 분야에 적용돼왔다.
이번 협약을 통해 양사는 각자의 기술력과 사업 인프라를 바탕으로 제품 및 서비스의 시장 확대, 공동 마케팅, 신규 고객 발굴 등에서 협력하며 시장 경쟁력을 강화할 계획이다. 특히 기술 개발뿐만 아니라 영업 및 마케팅, 고객 지원 등 전방위적인 분야에서 상호 지원 체계를 구축한다.

AI solution specialist GMision Co., Ltd. announced on the 16th that it signed a comprehensive technology business agreement (MOU) with TizenSoft Co., Ltd.
