제주창조경제혁신센터(이하 제주센터)가 제주특별자치도, 한화시스템과 협력해 ‘2025년 우주항공 오픈그라운드 밋업’을 6월 18일 제주시 W360에서 개최했다고 밝혔다. 이번 행사는 우주항공 분야 스타트업의 발굴과 육성, 도민의 산업에 대한 이해 제고를 목표로 마련됐다.
‘2025 우주항공 오픈그라운드 프로그램’은 스타트업의 성장 단계에 따라 맞춤형으로 구성된 ‘부스터 트랙’과 ‘빌더 트랙’으로 운영된다. 프로그램을 통해 유망 기술을 보유한 스타트업을 발굴하고, 산업 수요에 기반한 실증 및 사업화를 지원할 계획이다.
이번 밋업에는 총 12개의 우주항공 관련 스타트업이 참여했다. 행사 1부에서는 제주특별자치도가 지역 우주항공산업의 추진 방향과 하원테크노캠퍼스 운영 계획을 발표했으며, 한화시스템은 우주사업 관련 수요과제와 중장기 비전을 소개했다. 이어 2부에서는 스타트업과 수요기관 간 1:1 비즈니스 미팅이 진행돼 실질적인 협력 논의가 이루어졌다.
제주센터는 밋업을 통해 매칭된 스타트업을 대상으로 ▲최대 1천만 원 상당의 PoC(기술검증) 자금 ▲센터의 시드머니 및 투자조합 연계 ▲입주공간 지원 ▲성장 단계별 액셀러레이팅 프로그램 등 후속 지원을 제공할 예정이다. 해당 프로그램은 올해 12월까지 운영된다.
제주센터 관계자는 “우주항공 분야의 개방형 협업(오픈이노베이션)을 통해 제주가 관련 산업의 테스트베드로서 기능할 수 있도록 기반을 강화해 나갈 계획”이라고 밝혔다.

Jeju Center to hold '2025 Aerospace Open Ground Meetup'
Jeju Center for Creative Economy and Innovation (hereinafter referred to as Jeju Center) announced that it held the '2025 Aerospace Open Ground Meetup' on June 18 at W360 in Jeju City in cooperation with Jeju Special Self-Governing Province and Hanwha Systems . This event was organized with the goal of discovering and fostering startups in the aerospace industry and enhancing the residents' understanding of the industry.
The '2025 Aerospace Open Ground Program' will be operated as a 'booster track' and a 'builder track' that are customized according to the growth stage of the startup. Through the program, we plan to discover startups with promising technologies and support verification and commercialization based on industrial demand.
A total of 12 aerospace-related startups participated in this meetup. In the first part of the event, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province announced the direction of the local aerospace industry and the Hawon Techno Campus operation plan, and Hanwha Systems introduced space business-related demand tasks and mid- to long-term vision. In the second part, 1:1 business meetings were held between startups and demand organizations to discuss practical cooperation.
Jeju Center plans to provide follow-up support to startups matched through meetups, including ▲PoC (Proof of Concept) funds worth up to 10 million won ▲Center’s seed money and investment association linkage ▲support for space for moving in ▲acceleration programs for each stage of growth. The program will run until December of this year.
A Jeju Center official said, “We plan to strengthen the foundation so that Jeju can function as a test bed for related industries through open collaboration (open innovation) in the aerospace field.”

「2025宇宙航空オープングラウンドプログラム」は、スタートアップの成長段階に応じてカスタマイズされた「ブースタートラック」と「ビルダートラック」で運営される。プログラムを通じて有望技術を保有したスタートアップを発掘し、産業需要に基づく実証及び事業化を支援する計画だ。
今回のミットアップには合計12の宇宙航空関連スタートアップが参加した。イベント1部では、済州特別自治道が地域宇宙航空産業の推進方向と河原テクノキャンパス運営計画を発表し、ハンファシステムは宇宙事業関連の需要課題と中長期ビジョンを紹介した。続いて、2部ではスタートアップと需要機関間の1:1ビジネスミーティングが行われ、実質的な協力議論が行われた。
済州センターはミットアップを通じてマッチングされたスタートアップを対象に▲最大1千万ウォン相当のPoC(技術検証)資金▲センターのシドマニ及び投資組合連携▲入居空間支援▲成長段階別アクセラレーティングプログラムなど後続支援を提供する予定だ。このプログラムは今年12月まで運営される。
済州センター関係者は「宇宙航空分野の開放型コラボレーション（オープンイノベーション）を通じて済州が関連産業のテストベッドとして機能できるように基盤を強化していく計画」と明らかにした。

济州创造经济革新中心（以下简称“济州中心”）宣布，于6月18日在济州市W360与济州特别自治道及韩华Systems联合举办了“2025航空航天开放场地见面会”。此次活动旨在发掘和培育航空航天领域的初创企业，并加深居民对航空航天行业的理解。
“2025航空航天开放地面计划”将根据初创企业的成长阶段，以“助推器轨道”和“构建器轨道”的形式运营。我们计划通过该计划，发掘拥有良好前景的技术初创企业，并根据行业需求，为其验证和商业化提供支持。
共有12家航空航天相关初创企业参加了此次见面会。活动第一部分，济州特别自治道公布了当地航空航天产业的发展方向和河原科技园区的运营计划，韩华系统则介绍了航天事业相关的需求课题和中长期愿景。第二部分，初创企业与需求机构举行了一对一商务洽谈，探讨了具体的合作事宜。
济州中心计划为通过见面会配对的初创企业提供▲最高1000万韩元的PoC（概念验证）基金、▲中心种子基金及投资协会合作、▲入驻场地支持、▲针对各成长阶段的加速项目等后续支持。该计划将持续到今年12月。
济州中心相关人士表示，“计划通过在航空航天领域的开放式合作（开放式创新），进一步夯实基础，使济州成为相关产业的试验田”。

Le Jeju Center organise le « 2025 Aerospace Open Ground Meetup »
Le Centre de Jeju pour l'économie créative et l'innovation (ci-après dénommé « Centre de Jeju ») a annoncé l'organisation du « 2025 Aerospace Open Ground Meetup » le 18 juin au W360 de la ville de Jeju, en coopération avec la province autonome spéciale de Jeju et Hanwha Systems . Cet événement a été organisé dans le but de découvrir et de promouvoir les startups du secteur aérospatial, et d'améliorer la compréhension du secteur par les habitants.
Le « Programme Open Ground Aérospatial 2025 » sera un programme de « booster track » et un programme de « builder track », personnalisés en fonction du stade de croissance de la startup. Ce programme vise à identifier des startups aux technologies prometteuses et à soutenir la validation et la commercialisation en fonction de la demande industrielle.
Douze startups du secteur aérospatial ont participé à cette rencontre. Lors de la première partie, la province autonome spéciale de Jeju a présenté l'orientation de l'industrie aérospatiale locale et le plan d'exploitation du campus technologique de Hawon. Hanwha Systems a quant à elle présenté les tâches liées à la demande dans le secteur spatial et sa vision à moyen et long terme. Lors de la deuxième partie, des rencontres d'affaires individuelles ont été organisées entre les startups et les organismes demandeurs afin d'aborder la coopération pratique.
Le Jeju Center prévoit d'apporter un soutien complémentaire aux startups mises en relation lors de rencontres, notamment : un financement PoC (Proof of Concept) pouvant atteindre 10 millions de wons, un financement d'amorçage et un lien avec les associations d'investissement, un soutien à l'installation et des programmes d'accélération pour chaque étape de croissance. Le programme se poursuivra jusqu'en décembre de cette année.
Un responsable du Jeju Center a déclaré : « Nous prévoyons de renforcer les fondations afin que Jeju puisse fonctionner comme un banc d'essai pour les industries connexes grâce à une collaboration ouverte (innovation ouverte) dans le domaine aérospatial. »
