알리바바 그룹의 디지털 기술 및 인텔리전스 부문을 담당하는 알리바바 클라우드는 인천 소재의 첨단 솔루션 기업 유니플러스와 국내 스타트업 생태계 성장을 위한 파트너십을 체결했다고 24일 밝혔다.
이번 협력은 인천광역시의 지원을 받는 대표적 테크 스타트업인 유니플러스가 알리바바 클라우드의 공식 채널 파트너로 활동하게 되면서 시작됐다. 유니플러스는 인천 지역을 중심으로 국내 스타트업을 대상으로 알리바바 클라우드의 기술 및 서비스를 제공할 계획이다.
알리바바 클라우드는 이번 파트너십을 통해 지방자치단체와 협력하는 첫 전략적 시도를 실현했다는 점에서 의미가 크다고 설명했다. 특히 유니플러스와 협력해 자사 인프라를 기반으로 클라우드형 서비스형 블록체인(BaaS, Blockchain as a Service) 플랫폼을 공동 개발하고, 유니플러스의 블록체인 기술이 글로벌 시장에 진출할 수 있도록 지원할 예정이다.
양사는 클라우드와 블록체인 기술을 결합한 차세대 기업용 솔루션을 제공함으로써, 인천 지역 내 스타트업의 디지털 전환을 가속화하고 지역 산업의 경쟁력을 강화한다는 목표다.
윤용준 알리바바 클라우드 인텔리전스 한국 총괄 지사장은 “이번 파트너십은 지역 기반의 혁신 생태계 조성을 위한 중요한 출발점”이라며 “유니플러스와 함께 스타트업에 필요한 기술과 도구를 제공하고, 인천광역시와의 협력을 통해 지역 맞춤형 인재 육성 프로그램도 추진할 계획”이라고 밝혔다.
김도겸 유니플러스 대표는 “알리바바 클라우드와의 협업을 통해 인천 스타트업들이 글로벌 시장에서 경쟁력을 확보할 수 있는 기반을 마련하게 되어 의미가 크다”며 “스타트업들이 알리바바 클라우드의 첨단 기술과 비용 효율적인 솔루션을 활용해 보다 견고하고 확장 가능한 비즈니스 모델을 구축할 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다”고 전했다.
Alibaba Cloud Partners with Uniplus
Alibaba Cloud, the digital technology and intelligence division of Alibaba Group, announced on the 24th that it has signed a partnership with Incheon-based advanced solutions company Uniplus to grow the domestic startup ecosystem.
This collaboration began when Uniplus, a representative tech startup supported by Incheon Metropolitan City, became an official channel partner of Alibaba Cloud. Uniplus plans to provide Alibaba Cloud’s technology and services to domestic startups, focusing on the Incheon area.
Alibaba Cloud explained that this partnership is significant in that it is the first strategic attempt to cooperate with local governments. In particular, it will work with Uniplus to jointly develop a cloud-based Blockchain as a Service (BaaS) platform based on its own infrastructure, and support Uniplus’ blockchain technology to enter the global market.
The two companies aim to accelerate the digital transformation of startups in the Incheon area and strengthen the competitiveness of local industries by providing next-generation enterprise solutions that combine cloud and blockchain technologies.
“This partnership is an important starting point for creating a regional innovation ecosystem,” said Yongjun Yoon, General Manager of Alibaba Cloud Intelligence Korea. “Together with Uniplus, we plan to provide startups with the technology and tools they need, and in cooperation with Incheon Metropolitan City, we will also pursue a regional talent development program tailored to the region.”
Kim Do-gyeom, CEO of Uniplus, said, “This collaboration with Alibaba Cloud is very meaningful as it will provide a foundation for Incheon startups to secure competitiveness in the global market,” and “We will actively support startups to build more robust and scalable business models by utilizing Alibaba Cloud’s cutting-edge technology and cost-effective solutions.”

アリババグループのデジタル技術およびインテリジェンス部門を担当するアリババクラウドは、仁川素材の先端ソリューション企業ユニプラスと国内スタートアップエコシステム成長のためのパートナーシップを締結したと24日明らかにした。
今回の協力は仁川広域市の支援を受ける代表的なテクスタートアップであるユニプラスがアリババクラウドの公式チャンネルパートナーとして活動することになって始まった。ユニプラスは仁川地域を中心に国内スタートアップを対象にアリババクラウドの技術及びサービスを提供する計画だ。
アリババ・クラウドは今回のパートナーシップを通じて地方自治体と協力する最初の戦略的試みを実現したという点で意味が大きいと説明した。特にユニプラスと協力して自社インフラを基盤にクラウド型サービス型ブロックチェーン(BaaS, Blockchain as a Service)プラットフォームを共同開発し、ユニプラスのブロックチェーン技術がグローバル市場に進出できるように支援する予定だ。
両社はクラウドとブロックチェーン技術を組み合わせた次世代企業向けソリューションを提供することで、仁川地域内のスタートアップのデジタル転換を加速し、地域産業の競争力を強化するという目標だ。

阿里云与Uniplus达成合作
阿里巴巴集团数字技术和智能部门阿里云 24 日宣布，已与位于仁川的先进解决方案公司Uniplus签署合作协议，以发展韩国初创企业生态系统。
此次合作始于仁川广域市扶持的代表性科技初创企业Uniplus成为阿里云官方渠道合作伙伴。Uniplus计划以仁川地区为中心，向韩国初创企业提供阿里云的技术和服务。
阿里云表示，此次合作意义重大，是其首次与地方政府进行战略合作的尝试，尤其将与云加科技共同打造基于自身基础设施的云端区块链即服务（BaaS）平台，并助力云加科技的区块链技术走向全球市场。
两家公司旨在通过提供结合云和区块链技术的下一代企业解决方案，加速仁川地区初创企业的数字化转型，增强当地产业的竞争力。
阿里云智能韩国总经理尹永俊表示：“此次合作是打造区域创新生态系统的重要起点。我们计划与Uniplus携手，为初创企业提供所需的技术和工具，并与仁川广域市合作，推行适合该地区的区域人才培养计划。”

Alibaba Cloud, la division de technologie numérique et d'intelligence du groupe Alibaba, a annoncé le 24 avoir signé un partenariat avec la société de solutions avancées Uniplus basée à Incheon pour développer l'écosystème des startups nationales.
Cette collaboration a débuté lorsqu'Uniplus, une start-up technologique reconnue par la ville métropolitaine d'Incheon, est devenue partenaire officiel d'Alibaba Cloud. Uniplus prévoit de fournir la technologie et les services d'Alibaba Cloud aux start-ups nationales, en se concentrant sur la région d'Incheon.
Alibaba Cloud a expliqué que ce partenariat est important car il s'agit de la première tentative stratégique de coopération avec les collectivités locales. Alibaba Cloud collaborera notamment avec Uniplus pour développer conjointement une plateforme cloud de blockchain en tant que service (BaaS) basée sur sa propre infrastructure, et accompagnera la technologie blockchain d'Uniplus dans son entrée sur le marché mondial.
Les deux sociétés visent à accélérer la transformation numérique des startups de la région d'Incheon et à renforcer la compétitivité des industries locales en fournissant des solutions d'entreprise de nouvelle génération combinant les technologies cloud et blockchain.
