빅데이터 분석 및 인공지능(AI) 전문기업 에스투더블유(S2W, 대표 서상덕)가 코스닥시장 상장 예비심사를 통과했다고 25일 밝혔다. 회사는 증권신고서 제출을 위한 절차를 준비한 뒤, 올해 하반기 증시 입성을 목표로 기업공개(IPO) 공모 절차를 본격화할 예정이다. 상장 주관사는 대신증권이다.
2018년 설립된 S2W는 다크웹과 텔레그램 등 다양한 히든 채널에서 수집한 데이터를 바탕으로 도메인 특화 AI 기술과 비정형 빅데이터 분석 역량을 갖추고 있다. 이를 통해 수사·방위기관의 안보 경쟁력 강화와 기업의 정보보안 업무 및 데이터 운용 효율성 향상을 지원하는 AI 기반 솔루션을 개발해왔다. 주요 제품으로는 공공·정부기관용 사이버안보 빅데이터 플랫폼 ‘자비스(XARVIS)’, 기업 및 기관용 사이버위협 인텔리전스 플랫폼 ‘퀘이사(QUAXAR)’, 산업용 생성형 AI 플랫폼 ‘SAIP(S2W AI Platform)’ 등이 있다.
특히 온톨로지 기반 지식그래프를 활용한 ‘멀티도메인 교차분석’ 기술을 통해 다양한 도메인에서 데이터를 수집하고 학습 및 추론의 정확성을 높여 안보와 산업 분야 전반에서 활용 가능한 인사이트를 제공하는 점이 차별화된 경쟁력으로 평가받고 있다.
S2W는 국내외 대기업, 공공기관, 국제기구와 협력하며 시장 입지를 강화하고 있다. 2020년부터 인터폴(INTERPOL)과 협력해 국제 치안 강화에 기여하고 있으며, 유엔마약범죄사무소(UNODC) 등 국제기구의 안보 컨퍼런스에도 여러 차례 초청받아 사이버범죄 추적 AI 기술을 선보였다. 또한 일본, 싱가포르, 인도네시아 정부기관과 대만 증권거래소를 고객으로 확보하는 등 해외 시장에서의 성과도 두드러지고 있다. 지난해 해외 매출은 전년 대비 6배 이상 성장했다.

S2W passes preliminary review for KOSDAQ listing
S2W (CEO Sang-Deok Seo), a big data analysis and artificial intelligence (AI) company, announced on the 25th that it has passed the preliminary screening for listing on the KOSDAQ market. In particular, the 'multi-domain cross-analysis' technology utilizing ontology-based knowledge graphs is evaluated as a differentiated competitive edge in that it collects data from various domains and increases the accuracy of learning and inference, thereby providing insights that can be utilized across security and industrial fields.
S2W is strengthening its market position by cooperating with domestic and foreign large corporations, public institutions, and international organizations. Since 2020, it has been contributing to strengthening international security by cooperating with INTERPOL, and has been invited to several security conferences of international organizations such as the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) to present AI technology for tracking cybercrimes. It is also showing remarkable performance in overseas markets, such as securing government agencies in Japan, Singapore, and Indonesia and the Taiwan Stock Exchange as customers. Last year, overseas sales grew more than six times compared to the previous year.
Seo Sang-deok, CEO of S2W, said, “This IPO will be an opportunity to expand our business beyond Asia to the global market,” adding, “Based on our achievements in the public sector, we plan to expand into the private industry and actively support the transition to AI in the security and industrial fields.”
