시흥산업진흥원(원장 임창주)은 2025년 6월 24일 시흥창업센터 1층 다목적홀에서 ‘2025년 시흥 혁신 포럼 – 협업형 시흥 마이스터 창업 활성화 방안’을 개최했다.
이번 포럼은 시흥시 산업 특성과 연계한 협업형 마이스터 창업 전략을 모색하고, 이를 정책 및 지원사업으로 연계하기 위한 목적으로 마련됐다. 특히 지역 제조산업의 고도화와 기술 창업 기반 조성을 위한 민관 협력 방안이 중점적으로 논의됐다.
기조연사로는 형용준 KAIST K-School 초빙교수와 이용관 블루포인트파트너스 대표가 참여했다. 이용관 대표는 기업과 스타트업 간 협업 전략과 제조기업의 AI 기술 활용 방안을 제시했으며, 형용준 교수는 시흥산업단지 산업 구조 분석을 바탕으로 ‘Manufacturing Network화’ 전략을 소개하며 미래형 산업 모델의 실현 가능성을 강조했다.
포럼에는 시흥시 경제국장, 미래전략담당관, 기업지원과 등 시 관계자와 시흥산업진흥원, 시흥시기업인협회, 시흥시소부장경영인협회, 에스엘즈(SLZ), 준스엔지니어링, SBHE, 로드원 등 지역 AI 및 제조 스타트업 관계자 30여 명이 참석해 현장 중심의 의견을 교환하고, 향후 창업 지원 정책과 지역 산업 방향성에 대해 논의했다.
임창주 시흥산업진흥원 원장은 “포럼에서 도출된 협업형 창업 전략과 정책 아이디어를 구체적인 지원사업으로 추진해 지역 기술기반 창업 생태계 활성화에 기여하겠다”고 밝혔다.
Siheung Industrial Promotion Agency, '2025 Siheung Innovation Forum – Collaborative Siheung Meister Startup Activation Plan' held
Siheung Industrial Promotion Agency (Director Lim Chang-ju) held the '2025 Siheung Innovation Forum – Collaborative Siheung Meister Startup Activation Plan' at the multipurpose hall on the first floor of Siheung Startup Center on June 24, 2025.
This forum was organized to seek collaborative Meister startup strategies linked to Siheung City’s industrial characteristics and to link these to policies and support projects. In particular, public-private cooperation plans for the advancement of local manufacturing industries and the creation of a technology startup foundation were discussed in detail.
Keynote speakers included Professor Yongjun Hyung of KAIST K-School and CEO Yongkwan Lee of Bluepoint Partners. CEO Yongkwan Lee presented a collaboration strategy between companies and startups and a way for manufacturing companies to utilize AI technology, while Professor Yongjun Hyung introduced the ‘Manufacturing Networkization’ strategy based on an analysis of the industrial structure of Siheung Industrial Complex and emphasized the feasibility of a future industrial model.
The forum was attended by approximately 30 people including Siheung City Economic Bureau Director, Future Strategy Officer, Corporate Support Division, and other city officials, as well as Siheung Industrial Promotion Agency, Siheung City Entrepreneurs Association, Siheung City Small and Medium Business Owners Association, SLZ, Juns Engineering, SBHE, and Road One, who exchanged opinions centered on the field and discussed future startup support policies and the direction of the local industry.
Lim Chang-ju, the president of Siheung Industrial Promotion Agency, said, “We will promote the collaborative startup strategies and policy ideas derived from the forum as specific support projects to contribute to revitalizing the local technology-based startup ecosystem.”
始興産業振興院、「2025年始興イノベーションフォーラム – コラボレーション型始興マイスター創業活性化案」開催
始興産業振興院(院長イム・チャンジュ)は2025年6月24日始興創業センター1階多目的ホールで「2025年始興イノベーションフォーラム – 協業型始興マイスター創業活性化案」を開催した。
今回のフォーラムは、始興時の産業特性と連携した協業型マイスター創業戦略を模索し、これを政策及び支援事業に連携するための目的で設けられた。特に地域製造産業の高度化と技術創業基盤づくりのための民官協力案が重点的に議論された。
基調講演ではヒョン・ヨンジュンKAIST K-School招待教授と利用館ブルーポイントパートナー代表が参加した。イ・ヨングァン代表は企業とスタートアップ間のコラボレーション戦略と製造企業のAI技術活用方案を提示し、ヒョン・ヨンジュン教授は始興産業団地産業構造分析に基づいて「Manufacturing Network化」戦略を紹介し、未来型産業モデルの実現可能性を強調した。
フォーラムには、始興市経済局長、未来戦略担当官、企業支援課など市関係者と始興産業振興院、始興市企業人協会、始興市小部長経営人協会、エスエルズ（SLZ）、ジュンスエンジニアリング、SBHE、ロードウォンなど地域名および製造スタートアップ関係者の意見、今後、創業支援政策と地域産業の方向性について議論した。
イム・チャンジュ始興産業振興院院長は「フォーラムから導出された協業型創業戦略と政策アイデアを具体的な支援事業として推進し、地域技術基盤創業生態系の活性化に寄与する」と明らかにした。
始兴产业振兴院举办‘2025始兴革新论坛-始兴明星创业合作激活计划’
始兴产业振兴院(理事长任昌柱)于2025年6月24日在始兴创业中心1楼多功能大厅举办了‘2025始兴革新论坛-合作始兴明星创业活化计划’。
本次论坛旨在寻求契合始兴市产业特色的“明星创业”合作战略，并将其与政策和扶持项目对接。论坛特别就推进地方制造业发展和设立科技创业基金会的官民合作方案进行了深入探讨。
主题演讲嘉宾包括韩国科学技术院（KAIST）K-School教授Yongjun Hyung和Bluepoint Partners首席执行官Yongkwan Lee。Yongkwan Lee首席执行官介绍了企业与初创企业的合作战略以及制造业企业如何利用人工智能技术；Yongjun Hyung教授则基于对始兴工业园区产业结构的分析，介绍了“制造业网络化”战略，并强调了未来产业模式的可行性。
始兴市经济局局长、未来战略担当、企业支援科等市政府相关人员，以及始兴市产业振兴院、始兴市创业者协会、始兴市中小企业主协会、SLZ、Juns Engineering、SBHE、Road One等约30人参加了本次论坛，围绕领域交换了意见，并对未来的创业支援政策和地方产业的发展方向进行了探讨。
始兴市产业振兴院院长林昌柱表示，“我们将把本次论坛上提出的合作创业战略和政策构想作为具体的扶持项目进行推广，为振兴地区技术型创业生态系统做出贡献。”
Agence de promotion industrielle de Siheung, « Forum d'innovation Siheung 2025 – Plan d'activation collaborative des startups Siheung Meister »
L'Agence de promotion industrielle de Siheung (directeur Lim Chang-ju) a organisé le « Forum d'innovation Siheung 2025 – Plan d'activation de startup collaboratif Siheung Meister » dans la salle polyvalente au premier étage du Siheung Startup Center le 24 juin 2025.
Ce forum a été organisé pour identifier des stratégies collaboratives pour les startups Meister, adaptées aux spécificités industrielles de la ville de Siheung, et les associer aux politiques et aux projets de soutien. Les projets de coopération public-privé pour le développement des industries manufacturières locales et la création d'une fondation pour les startups technologiques ont notamment été discutés en détail.
Parmi les intervenants principaux figuraient le professeur Yongjun Hyung de la KAIST K-School et le PDG de Bluepoint Partners, Yongkwan Lee. Le PDG, Yongkwan Lee, a présenté une stratégie de collaboration entre entreprises et startups, ainsi qu'un moyen pour les entreprises manufacturières d'utiliser l'IA. Le professeur Yongjun Hyung a quant à lui présenté la stratégie de « Réseautage de fabrication » basée sur une analyse de la structure industrielle du complexe industriel de Siheung et a souligné la faisabilité d'un futur modèle industriel.
Le forum a réuni environ 30 personnes, dont le directeur du bureau économique de la ville de Siheung, le responsable de la stratégie future, la division de soutien aux entreprises et d'autres responsables de la ville, ainsi que l'agence de promotion industrielle de Siheung, l'association des entrepreneurs de la ville de Siheung, l'association des propriétaires de petites et moyennes entreprises de la ville de Siheung, SLZ, Juns Engineering, SBHE et Road One, qui ont échangé des opinions centrées sur le domaine et discuté des futures politiques de soutien aux startups et de l'orientation de l'industrie locale.
Lim Chang-ju, président de l'Agence de promotion industrielle de Siheung, a déclaré : « Nous allons promouvoir les stratégies collaboratives de démarrage et les idées politiques issues du forum en tant que projets de soutien spécifiques pour contribuer à revitaliser l'écosystème local des startups basées sur la technologie. »
