알뜰폰 요금제 비교 플랫폼 ‘모요(moyo)’는 국제 정보보호 인증인 ISO/IEC 27001:2022와 개인정보보호 인증인 ISO/IEC 27701:2019를 동시에 취득했다고 25일 밝혔다. 이는 지난 4월 정보보호관리체계(ISMS) 인증을 취득한 데 이어 확보한 추가 인증이다.
ISO/IEC 27001은 정보 자산 보호를 위한 관리 체계와 운영 절차의 적절성을 평가하는 국제 표준이며, ISO/IEC 27701은 개인정보 수집, 처리, 저장, 파기 등 전 과정에 대한 보호 체계 구축 여부를 검증하는 인증이다.
이번 인증은 모요가 제공 중인 ▲휴대폰 요금제 추천 및 가입 서비스 ▲인터넷 요금제 비교 서비스 ▲USIM 구매·배송 서비스 전반에 걸쳐 정보보호 및 개인정보보호 체계가 국제적 기준을 충족하고 있음을 공식적으로 인정받은 결과다. 특히, ISO/IEC 27701의 인증 범위에는 개인정보처리자로서 모요의 PII(개인 식별 정보) 운영 체계가 명확히 포함됐다.
모요는 최근 알뜰폰 요금제 비교를 넘어 통신 소비 전반으로 사업 영역을 확장하고 있으며, 이에 따라 다양한 사용자 접점에서의 보안 강화를 선제적으로 추진해왔다.
모요 정보보호최고책임자(CISO) 위성욱 이사는 “이번 국제 인증 획득은 모요가 통신 소비 과정 전반에서 사용자 신뢰를 기반으로 서비스를 운영하고 있음을 의미한다”며 “앞으로도 보안과 개인정보보호 역량을 지속 강화해, 고객이 안심하고 이용할 수 있는 플랫폼 환경을 조성해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

Moyo, ISO/IEC 27001·27701 certification acquired simultaneously
Moyo, a platform for comparing mobile phone plans, announced on the 25th that it has simultaneously obtained the international information security certification ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and the personal information protection certification ISO/IEC 27701:2019. This is an additional certification obtained following the Information Security Management System (ISMS) certification obtained last April.

This certification is the result of Moyo's official recognition that its information protection and personal information protection systems across the ▲mobile phone plan recommendation and subscription service ▲internet plan comparison service ▲USIM purchase and delivery service meet international standards. In particular, the scope of ISO/IEC 27701 certification clearly includes Moyo's PII (personally identifiable information) operation system as a personal information processor.
Moyo has recently expanded its business beyond comparing mobile phone plans to encompass all aspects of telecommunications consumption, and has proactively pursued security enhancements at various user touchpoints.

Moyo, plateforme de comparaison de forfaits mobiles, a annoncé le 25 avoir obtenu simultanément la certification internationale de sécurité de l'information ISO/IEC 27001:2022 et la certification de protection des données personnelles ISO/IEC 27701:2019. Il s'agit d'une certification complémentaire obtenue après la certification du Système de management de la sécurité de l'information (SMSI) obtenue en avril dernier.
ISO/IEC 27001 est une norme internationale qui évalue l'adéquation des systèmes de gestion et des procédures opérationnelles pour la protection des actifs informationnels, et ISO/IEC 27701 est une certification qui vérifie si un système de protection a été mis en place pour l'ensemble du processus, y compris la collecte, le traitement, le stockage et la destruction des informations personnelles.
Cette certification résulte de la reconnaissance officielle par Moyo de la conformité de ses systèmes de protection des informations et des données personnelles (services de recommandation et d'abonnement de forfaits mobiles, service de comparaison de forfaits internet, achat et livraison de cartes SIM USIM) aux normes internationales.
