NC AI가 국내 대표 MCN 기업인 샌드박스네트워크와 손잡고 국내 크리에이터의 글로벌 진출을 위한 미디어 AI 지원에 나선다.
26일 NC AI에 따르면, 양사는 서울 용산 샌드박스 오피스에서 이연수 NC AI 대표와 이필성 샌드박스 대표, 크리에이터 겸 CCO 도티 등이 참석한 가운데 ‘기술지원 및 사업활동 공동협력’ 양해각서(MOU)를 체결했다. 이번 협약은 AI 기술과 크리에이터 네트워크를 결합해 콘텐츠 창작 생태계 혁신과 글로벌 경쟁력 강화에 중점을 둔다.
NC AI는 게임, 애니메이션, 광고, 숏폼, 웹툰 등 다양한 미디어 분야에 AI 솔루션을 제공하고 있으며, 음성합성, 번역, 더빙, 3D 애니메이션 생성 등 첨단 기술을 통해 창작 과정의 자동화와 효율화를 추진 중이다. 샌드박스네트워크는 2015년 설립된 국내 대표 MCN으로 200여 팀 이상의 크리에이터를 관리하며 디지털 콘텐츠 산업을 이끌고 있다.
이번 MOU를 통해 NC AI의 AI 기술력과 샌드박스의 콘텐츠 제작 및 네트워크 역량이 결합돼 시너지 효과가 기대된다. 특히 NC AI가 개발 중인 대규모 언어모델 ‘바르코 LLM’을 활용해 K-AI 프로젝트를 추진하며, 샌드박스는 해당 모델의 콘텐츠 AI 활용과 확산에 협력할 예정이다.
양사는 AI 기술을 통해 다국어 번역, 음성합성, 3D 모델링, 디자인 등 분야에서 크리에이터들의 글로벌 소통과 콘텐츠 확장을 지원한다. NC AI의 번역 기술은 게임 및 미디어 용어에 특화돼 자연스러운 실시간 다국어 번역을 제공하며, 음성 합성 기술은 단일 영상으로도 10개 언어 이상 자동 더빙이 가능해 크리에이터의 실제 목소리로 팬들과 소통할 수 있다. 또한 실시간 다국어 챗봇 기술을 통해 라이브 방송과 커뮤니티 채팅에서 국경 없는 소통이 가능하도록 지원한다.
NC AI의 3D 모델링 및 패션 AI 솔루션을 활용해 크리에이터들은 간단한 2D 이미지로 3D 아바타와 굿즈를 제작하거나 자유로운 패션 디자인이 가능하다. 이외에도 애니메이션 모션 생성, 음성 합성, 효과음 제작 등 다양한 AI 기술로 콘텐츠 제작의 품질과 효율성을 높일 수 있다.

The two companies will support creators’ global communication and content expansion in fields such as multilingual translation, voice synthesis, 3D modeling, and design through AI technology. NC AI’s translation technology specializes in game and media terminology, providing natural real-time multilingual translation, and its voice synthesis technology enables automatic dubbing in more than 10 languages even with a single video, allowing creators to communicate with fans in their actual voices. In addition, it supports borderless communication in live broadcasts and community chats through real-time multilingual chatbot technology.
Using NC AI's 3D modeling and fashion AI solutions, creators can create 3D avatars and goods with simple 2D images or freely design fashion. In addition, various AI technologies such as animation motion generation, voice synthesis, and sound effect production can be used to improve the quality and efficiency of content production.
