글로벌 패션 ODM 전문기업 한세실업(공동대표 김익환, 김경)은 국내 ESG 평가기관 서스틴베스트가 발표한 ‘2025년 상반기 기업 ESG 평가’에서 ‘ESG 베스트 기업’으로 선정됐다고 1일 밝혔다. 한세실업은 이번 평가에서 최고 등급인 ‘AA’를 취득했다.
서스틴베스트는 매년 상·하반기 두 차례에 걸쳐 코스피·코스닥 상장사 및 일부 비상장사 약 1,300개 기업을 대상으로 ESG 역량을 평가하고 있다. 이번 평가는 2023년 말 기준 사업보고서를 바탕으로 지배구조 부문에 중점을 두고 이뤄졌으며, 기업 규모에 따라 총자산 기준으로 세 그룹으로 나눠 차등 평가됐다.
한세실업은 총자산 5천억 원 이상 2조 원 미만 그룹에 포함되어, 이 그룹 내 30개 베스트 기업 중 6위에 올랐다. 특히 ▲이사회의 독립성 강화 ▲감사위원회의 전문성 확보 ▲핵심 지표 준수율 향상 등 지배구조 부문에서 안정적인 평가를 받았다. 실제로 회사는 감사위원 전원을 사외이사로 구성하고, 회계 및 재무 전문가를 포함시키는 등 지배구조 개선을 위한 제도적 기반을 마련해왔다.
환경 및 사회 부문에서도 지속적인 개선 노력이 반영됐다. 한세실업은 해외 생산 거점을 중심으로 태양광 발전 설비 구축, 재생에너지인증서(REC) 구매, 바이오 연료 사용 등을 통해 탄소중립 실현에 나서고 있다. 사회공헌 활동도 활발히 전개하고 있다. 베트남 법인에서는 2017년부터 매년 100개 초등학교에 도서를 기부해 총 1만 권을 전달했으며, 국내 본사에서는 임직원 참여형 온라인 자선 경매 수익을 다문화 가정 아동에게 기부하는 캠페인을 진행해왔다.

Hansae Industrial Co., Ltd. Receives 'AA' Grade from Sustainbest ESG Evaluation
Global fashion ODM company Hansae Industrial (Co-CEOs Ikhwan Kim and Kyung Kim) announced on the 1st that it was selected as the 'ESG Best Company' in the '2025 First Half Corporate ESG Evaluation' announced by domestic ESG evaluation agency Sustainbest. Hansae Industrial received the highest grade of 'AA' in this evaluation.
SustainVest evaluates ESG capabilities of approximately 1,300 KOSPI/KOSDAQ listed companies and some unlisted companies twice a year, once in the first half and once in the second half. This evaluation was conducted based on business reports as of the end of 2023, focusing on the governance sector, and was evaluated differentially by dividing the companies into three groups based on total assets according to their size.
Hansae Industrial was included in the group with total assets of 500 billion won or more but less than 2 trillion won, and ranked 6th among the 30 best companies in this group. In particular, it received a stable evaluation in the governance sector, including ▲strengthening the independence of the board of directors, ▲securing the expertise of the audit committee, and ▲improving the compliance rate of key indicators. In fact, the company has laid the institutional foundation for improving the governance structure, such as composing all audit committee members as outside directors and including accounting and financial experts.
Continuous improvement efforts are also reflected in the environmental and social sectors. Hansae Industrial is working to achieve carbon neutrality by building solar power generation facilities, purchasing renewable energy certificates (RECs), and using biofuels, focusing on overseas production bases. It is also actively engaged in social contribution activities. Since 2017, its Vietnamese subsidiary has donated books to 100 elementary schools, delivering a total of 10,000 books, and its domestic headquarters has been conducting a campaign to donate the proceeds from an online charity auction with employee participation to children from multicultural families.
Hansae Industrial Vice Chairman Kim Ik-hwan said, “I believe that our company-wide efforts to achieve sustainable management have led to a positive evaluation,” and added, “We will continue to make continuous improvements and manage responsibly to establish ourselves as a trustworthy company in all areas of the environment, society, and governance.”

韓税失業は総資産5千億ウォン以上2兆ウォン未満のグループに含まれ、このグループ内30のベスト企業のうち6位に上がった。特に▲理事会の独立性強化▲監査委員会の専門性確保▲核心指標遵守率向上など支配構造部門で安定した評価を受けた。実際、会社は監査委員全員を社外取締役として構成し、会計及び財務専門家を含めるなど、支配構造改善のための制度的基盤を設けてきた。
環境・社会部門でも継続的な改善努力が反映された。ハンセ失業は海外生産拠点を中心に太陽光発電設備の構築、再生エネルギー認証書（REC）の購入、バイオ燃料の使用などを通じて炭素中立の実現に乗り出している。社会貢献活動も活発に展開している。ベトナム法人では2017年から毎年100の小学校に図書を寄付して合計1万冊を配信し、国内本社では役職員参加型オンラインチャリティオークション収益を多文化家庭児童に寄付するキャンペーンを進めてきた。

韩世产业株式会社荣获Sustainbest ESG评估“AA”级
全球时尚ODM企业韩世产业（联合代表：金益勋、金庆） 1日宣布，在韩国ESG评估机构Sustainbest发布的“2025年上半年企业ESG评估”中，被评选为“ESG最佳企业”。韩世产业在本次评估中获得了最高等级“AA”。
SustainVest每年对约1,300家KOSPI/KOSDAQ上市公司及部分非上市公司进行两次ESG能力评估，分别在上半年和下半年进行。评估以截至2023年底的经营报告为依据，以公司治理领域为重点，并根据公司规模，按总资产规模分为三组，进行差异化评估。
韩世产业被纳入总资产5000亿韩元以上、2万亿韩元以下的集团，并在该集团30强企业中位列第六。尤其是在治理方面，该公司获得了稳定的评价，例如▲强化了董事会的独立性、▲确保了审计委员会的专业性、▲提高了关键指标的达标率。事实上，该公司已经为完善治理结构奠定了制度基础，例如所有审计委员会成员均为外部董事，并吸纳了会计和财务专家。

Hansae Industrial, entreprise mondiale de fabrication de produits de mode (ODM) dirigée par Ikhwan Kim et Kyung Kim, a annoncé le 1er janvier avoir été sélectionnée comme « Meilleure entreprise ESG » lors de l'évaluation ESG du premier semestre 2025, publiée par l'agence nationale d'évaluation ESG Sustainbest. Hansae Industrial a obtenu la note maximale « AA » lors de cette évaluation.
SustainVest évalue les compétences ESG d'environ 1 300 sociétés cotées au KOSPI/KOSDAQ et de certaines sociétés non cotées deux fois par an, une fois au premier semestre et une fois au second semestre. Cette évaluation a été réalisée sur la base des rapports d'activité à fin 2023, en se concentrant sur le secteur de la gouvernance, et a été évaluée de manière différenciée en répartissant les sociétés en trois groupes en fonction de leur actif total et de leur taille.
Hansae Industrial fait partie d'un groupe dont le total des actifs est compris entre 500 milliards de wons et 2 000 milliards de wons, et se classe 6e parmi les 30 meilleures entreprises du groupe. Elle bénéficie notamment d'une évaluation stable en matière de gouvernance, notamment grâce au renforcement de l'indépendance du conseil d'administration, à la garantie de l'expertise du comité d'audit et à l'amélioration du taux de conformité aux indicateurs clés. L'entreprise a d'ailleurs posé les bases institutionnelles nécessaires à l'amélioration de sa structure de gouvernance, notamment en nommant tous les membres du comité d'audit parmi des administrateurs externes et en incluant des experts comptables et financiers.
Les efforts d'amélioration continue se reflètent également dans les secteurs environnemental et social. Hansae Industrial s'efforce d'atteindre la neutralité carbone en construisant des centrales solaires, en achetant des certificats d'énergie renouvelable (CER) et en utilisant des biocarburants, en privilégiant les sites de production à l'étranger. L'entreprise est également activement engagée dans des activités de contribution sociale. Depuis 2017, sa filiale vietnamienne a fait don de livres à 100 écoles primaires, pour un total de 10 000 livres. Son siège national mène également une campagne de don des bénéfices d'une vente aux enchères caritative en ligne, avec la participation des employés, à des enfants de familles multiculturelles.
Le vice-président de Hansae Industrial, Kim Ik-hwan, a déclaré : « Je crois que nos efforts à l'échelle de l'entreprise pour parvenir à une gestion durable ont conduit à une évaluation positive », et a ajouté : « Nous continuerons à apporter des améliorations continues et à gérer de manière responsable pour nous établir comme une entreprise digne de confiance dans tous les domaines de l'environnement, de la société et de la gouvernance. »
