기술보증기금(이사장 김종호, 이하 ‘기보’)은 역량 있는 혁신창업기업(예비창업자 포함)을 집중 육성하기 위해 ‘제17기 기보벤처캠프’ 참여기업을 이달 15일(화)까지 모집한다고 밝혔다.
‘기보벤처캠프’는 중소벤처기업부의 ‘국내 스타트업 생태계 활성화 정책’에 발맞춰 민간 액셀러레이터와 협력해 운영하는 창업지원 프로그램이다. 기술창업 지원에 대한 기보의 풍부한 경험과 민간의 전문 역량을 결합해 혁신창업기업을 발굴·육성하고 있으며, 현재까지 누적 840여 개 스타트업에 대한 맞춤형 성장지원과 후속 투자연계를 이끌어왔다.
모집대상은 공고일 기준 창업 후 3년 이내의 혁신창업기업 또는 예비창업자이며, 1차 서류평가와 2차 발표평가를 거쳐 최종 50개 내외 기업이 최종 선정될 예정이다. 기보는 일반전형 외에도 ▲지역균형 ▲ESG ▲新성장 4.0 ▲예비창업 특별전형을 통해 다양한 기업을 모집함으로써 지역 균형발전 및 사회적 가치 창출에도 기여할 계획이다.
선정된 기업에는 약 3개월간 ▲스타트업 맞춤형 성장전략 수립을 위한 종합 컨설팅 ▲분야별 전문가 경험 및 성공 노하우 전수 ▲액셀러레이터, VC 및 엔젤 투자 연계, VC와의 네트워킹 등 다양한 프로그램이 전액 무료로 제공된다. 특히, ESG 전형을 통해 선정된 기업은 2050 탄소중립녹색성장위원회의 ‘넷제로 챌린지X 프로젝트’에 참여할 수 있는 기회도 주어진다.
또한, 기보는 벤처캠프 수료기업에 대해 보증·투자 등 금융서비스와 함께 R&D지원·기술이전 등 비금융서비스를 패키지로 연계 제공하며, 우수 참여기업으로 선정될 경우 최대 15억원의 보증과 5억원의 조건부지분인수계약 방식(SAFE) 투자 지원도 검토된다.

Kibo, recruiting participating companies for the '17th Kibo Venture Camp'
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Chairman Jong-ho Kim, hereinafter referred to as “KIBO”) announced that it will recruit participating companies for the “17th KIBO Venture Camp” until the 15th (Tuesday) of this month in order to intensively foster capable innovative startups (including prospective startups).
'Kibo Venture Camp' is a startup support program operated in cooperation with private accelerators in line with the 'Domestic Startup Ecosystem Activation Policy' of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. It discovers and fosters innovative startups by combining Kibo's abundant experience in supporting technology startups with the private sector's professional capabilities, and has led customized growth support and follow-up investment linkages for approximately 840 startups to date.
The recruitment target is an innovative startup or prospective startup that has been established for less than 3 years as of the announcement date, and approximately 50 companies will be selected through the first document evaluation and the second presentation evaluation. In addition to the general selection process, Kibo plans to recruit various companies through ▲regional balance ▲ESG ▲new growth 4.0 ▲preliminary startup special selection processes, thereby contributing to regional balanced development and social value creation.
The selected companies will be provided with various programs completely free of charge for approximately 3 months, including ▲comprehensive consulting for establishing a growth strategy tailored to startups ▲transfer of experience and know-how from experts in each field ▲connection with accelerators, VCs, and angel investments, and networking with VCs. In particular, companies selected through the ESG selection process will also be given the opportunity to participate in the 2050 Carbon Neutral, Green Growth Committee's 'Net Zero Challenge X Project'.
In addition, KIBO will provide a package of non-financial services such as R&D support and technology transfer along with financial services such as guarantees and investments to companies that have completed the venture camp, and if selected as an excellent participating company, it will also consider providing up to KRW 1.5 billion in guarantees and KRW 500 million in conditional equity acquisition agreement (SAFE) investment support.
Kibo CEO Lee Sang-chang said, “Kibo Venture Camp is a key program that supports the successful startup and scale-up of innovative technology companies,” and added, “Kibo will continue to expand various support policies for participating companies and do its best to help startups with innovative technologies make even greater leaps toward becoming future unicorn companies.”

韩国技术金融公团（会长金钟浩，以下简称“KIBO”）表示，为了集中培养具有实力的创新型初创企业（包括有潜力的初创企业），将截至本月15日（周二）招募“第17届KIBO创业营”的参加企业。
“Kibo Venture Camp”是韩国中小企业部“国内初创企业生态系统激活政策”下，与民间加速器合作运营的初创企业扶持项目。该项目结合Kibo丰富的科技初创企业扶持经验和民间专业能力，发现并培育创新型初创企业，迄今已为约840家初创企业提供定制化成长支持和后续投资对接。
招募对象为截至公告发布日成立未满3年的创新型创业公司或潜在创业公司，将通过第一次文件评估和第二次演示评估，遴选出约50家公司。除了一般遴选流程外，Kibo还计划通过▲区域均衡▲ESG▲新增长4.0▲初创企业特别遴选流程，招募各类公司，从而为区域均衡发展和创造社会价值做出贡献。
入选企业将获得约3个月的免费项目，包括▲制定适合初创企业成长战略的综合咨询服务、▲各领域专家的经验和知识传授、▲与加速器、风险投资、天使投资的对接以及与风险投资的交流等。尤其值得一提的是，通过ESG评选流程入选的企业还将有机会参与2050年碳中和绿色增长委员会的“净零挑战X项目”。
此外，KIBO还将向完成创业营的企业提供担保、投资等金融服务以及研发支持、技术转让等非金融服务，如果被选为优秀参与企业，还将考虑提供最高15亿韩元的担保和5亿韩元的有条件股权收购协议(SAFE)投资支持。

La Korea Technology Finance Corporation (président Jong-ho Kim, ci-après dénommée « KIBO ») a annoncé qu'elle recruterait des entreprises participantes pour le « 17e KIBO Venture Camp » jusqu'au 15 (mardi) de ce mois afin de favoriser intensivement les startups innovantes et compétentes (y compris les startups potentielles).
Le « Kibo Venture Camp » est un programme de soutien aux startups, mis en œuvre en coopération avec des accélérateurs privés, conformément à la « Politique d'activation de l'écosystème national des startups » du ministère des PME et des Startups. Il permet de découvrir et de soutenir les startups innovantes en combinant la riche expérience de Kibo dans l'accompagnement des startups technologiques avec les compétences professionnelles du secteur privé. À ce jour, il a accompagné sur mesure la croissance et accompagné environ 840 startups dans leur suivi d'investissement.
Le recrutement cible les startups innovantes ou en devenir, établies depuis moins de trois ans à la date de l'annonce. Environ 50 entreprises seront sélectionnées après une première évaluation des dossiers et une deuxième évaluation des présentations. Outre la sélection générale, Kibo prévoit de recruter diverses entreprises via des processus de sélection préliminaires spécifiques aux startups, axés sur l'équilibre régional, les critères ESG, la nouvelle croissance 4.0, et contribuant ainsi au développement équilibré régional et à la création de valeur sociale.
Les entreprises sélectionnées bénéficieront de divers programmes entièrement gratuits pendant environ trois mois, comprenant : un conseil complet pour l'élaboration d'une stratégie de croissance adaptée aux startups, un transfert d'expérience et de savoir-faire d'experts dans chaque domaine, une mise en relation avec des accélérateurs, des investisseurs en capital-risque et des business angels, ainsi qu'une mise en réseau avec ces derniers. Les entreprises sélectionnées dans le cadre du processus de sélection ESG auront notamment la possibilité de participer au projet « Net Zero Challenge X » du Comité pour une croissance verte et neutre en carbone à l'horizon 2050.
En outre, KIBO fournira un ensemble de services non financiers tels que le soutien à la R&D et le transfert de technologie ainsi que des services financiers tels que des garanties et des investissements aux entreprises qui ont terminé le camp de capital-risque, et si elle est sélectionnée comme une excellente entreprise participante, elle envisagera également de fournir jusqu'à 1,5 milliard de KRW en garanties et 500 millions de KRW en soutien à l'investissement dans le cadre d'un accord d'acquisition de capitaux propres conditionnel (SAFE).
Le PDG de Kibo, Lee Sang-chang, a déclaré : « Kibo Venture Camp est un programme clé qui soutient le démarrage et le développement réussis d'entreprises technologiques innovantes », et a ajouté : « Kibo continuera à étendre diverses politiques de soutien aux entreprises participantes et fera de son mieux pour aider les startups dotées de technologies innovantes à faire des progrès encore plus importants pour devenir de futures licornes. »
