한국인공지능·소프트웨어산업협회(KOSA, 회장 조준희)는 6월 30일 인공지능산업협회(KAIIA, 회장 김인석)와 서울 강남구 페르소나AI 본사에서 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 2일 밝혔다.
KOSA는 국내 AI·소프트웨어 산업을 대표하는 단체로, 다양한 관련 협단체와 협력하며 산업계의 목소리를 대변하고 생태계 발전을 주도하고 있다. KAIIA는 국내외 AI 산업의 연구 및 발전을 선도하며, 데이터 분석과 생성형 AI 기술 연구개발을 통해 안전하고 신뢰성 있는 AI 산업 생태계 조성에 기여하고 있다.
협약식에는 KOSA 서성일 상근부회장, KAIIA 김인석 회장, 유승재 부회장(페르소나AI 대표) 등 양 기관 주요 관계자들이 참석했다.
양 협회는 이번 협약을 바탕으로 인공지능 분야 연구개발과 사업 협력을 강화하고, 국내 AI 산업 생태계 발전을 위해 상호 협력하기로 했다. 공동 연구와 정책 발굴, 회원사 간 교류 활성화, 공동 프로젝트 추진, 해외 진출 지원 등 다양한 협력 사업을 전개할 계획이다. 또한 AI 인재 양성을 위한 협력 사업도 적극 추진한다.
서성일 KOSA 상근부회장은 “이번 협약으로 양 협회의 네트워크와 전문성이 결합돼 국내 AI 산업의 외연이 확대될 것”이라며 “서로의 강점을 활용한 협력 기회를 넓히고, 국내 AI 생태계 발전을 위한 기반을 마련하겠다”고 말했다.

Korea Artificial Intelligence and Software Industry Association and Artificial Intelligence Industry Association Sign Business Agreement
The Korea Artificial Intelligence and Software Industry Association (KOSA, Chairman Cho Jun-hee) announced on the 2nd that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with the Korea Artificial Intelligence Industry Association (KAIIA, Chairman Kim In-seok) at the Persona AI headquarters in Gangnam-gu, Seoul on June 30th.
KOSA is an organization representing the domestic AI and software industry, and is cooperating with various related associations to represent the voice of the industry and lead the development of the ecosystem. KAIIA is leading the research and development of the domestic and international AI industry, and is contributing to the creation of a safe and reliable AI industry ecosystem through data analysis and generative AI technology research and development.
The signing ceremony was attended by key officials from both organizations, including KOSA Executive Vice President Seong-il Seo, KAIIA Chairman In-seok Kim, and Vice President Seung-jae Yoo (CEO of Persona AI).
Based on this agreement, the two associations agreed to strengthen research and development and business cooperation in the field of artificial intelligence and to cooperate with each other for the development of the domestic AI industry ecosystem. They plan to carry out various cooperative projects such as joint research and policy development, activation of exchanges between member companies, promotion of joint projects, and support for overseas expansion. They will also actively pursue cooperative projects to foster AI talent.
Seong-il Seo, Executive Vice President of KOSA, said, “This agreement will combine the networks and expertise of both associations, expanding the scope of the domestic AI industry,” adding, “We will expand opportunities for cooperation by leveraging each other’s strengths and lay the foundation for the development of the domestic AI ecosystem.”

韓国人工知能・ソフトウェア産業協会（ＫＯＳＡ、会長チョ・ジュンヒ）は６月３０日、人工知能産業協会（ＫＡＩＩＡ、会長キム・インソク）とソウル江南区ペルソナＡＩ本社で業務協約（ＭＯＵ）を締結したと２日、明らかにした。
KOSAは国内AI・ソフトウェア産業を代表する団体で、様々な関連協団体と協力して産業界の声を代弁し、生態系の発展を主導している。 KAIIAは国内外のAI産業の研究開発を先導し、データ分析と生成型AI技術研究開発を通じて安全で信頼性の高いAI産業エコシステムの構築に貢献している。
協約式には、KOSAソ・ソンイル常勤副会長、KAIIAキム・インソク会長、ユ・スンジェ副会長(ペルソナAI代表)など両機関の主要関係者が参加した。
両協会は今回の条約を基に、人工知能分野の研究開発と事業協力を強化し、国内AI産業生態系発展のために相互協力することにした。共同研究と政策発掘、会員社間交流活性化、共同プロジェクト推進、海外進出支援など多様な協力事業を展開する計画だ。また、AI人材養成のための協力事業も積極的に推進する。
ソ・ソンイルKOSA常勤副会長は「今回の協約で両協会のネットワークと専門性が結合され、国内AI産業の外縁が拡大するだろう」とし「相互の強みを活用した協力機会を広げ、国内AIエコシステム発展のための基盤を設ける」と話した。

KOSA是代表韩国人工智能和软件行业的组织，正与各相关协会合作，代表行业声音，引领生态系统发展。KAIIA则引领国内外人工智能行业的研发，并通过数据分析和生成式人工智能技术的研发，为构建安全可靠的人工智能行业生态系统做出贡献。
双方主要官员出席了签字仪式，包括 KOSA 执行副总裁 Seong-il Seo、KAIIA 主席 In-seok Kim 和副总裁 Seung-jae Yoo（Persona AI 首席执行官）。
基于此协议，两协会同意加强人工智能领域的研发和业务合作，并携手共建国内人工智能产业生态系统。双方计划开展各种合作项目，例如联合研究和政策制定、促进会员企业间的交流、推动联合项目、支持海外拓展等。此外，双方还将积极开展人工智能人才培养合作项目。
KOSA 执行副总裁 Seong-il Seo 表示：“该协议将结合两个协会的网络和专业知识，扩大韩国国内人工智能产业的范围，”他补充道，“我们将利用彼此的优势扩大合作机会，为韩国国内人工智能生态系统的发展奠定基础。”

L'Association coréenne de l'industrie de l'intelligence artificielle et du logiciel (KOSA, président Cho Jun-hee) a annoncé le 2 qu'elle avait signé un accord commercial (MOU) avec l'Association coréenne de l'industrie de l'intelligence artificielle (KAIIA, président Kim In-seok) au siège de Persona AI à Gangnam-gu, Séoul, le 30 juin.
KOSA est une organisation représentant l'industrie nationale de l'IA et des logiciels. Elle coopère avec diverses associations concernées pour représenter le secteur et piloter le développement de l'écosystème. KAIIA pilote la recherche et le développement de l'industrie nationale et internationale de l'IA et contribue à la création d'un écosystème industriel sûr et fiable grâce à l'analyse des données et à la recherche et au développement de technologies d'IA génératives.
La cérémonie de signature a été suivie par des responsables clés des deux organisations, dont le vice-président exécutif de KOSA, Seong-il Seo, le président de KAIIA, In-seok Kim, et le vice-président Seung-jae Yoo (PDG de Persona AI).
Sur la base de cet accord, les deux associations ont convenu de renforcer la recherche et le développement ainsi que la coopération commerciale dans le domaine de l'intelligence artificielle, et de coopérer pour le développement de l'écosystème industriel national de l'IA. Elles prévoient de mener divers projets de coopération, tels que la recherche conjointe et l'élaboration de politiques, l'activation des échanges entre les entreprises membres, la promotion de projets communs et le soutien à l'expansion internationale. Elles s'engageront également activement dans des projets de coopération visant à encourager les talents en IA.
Seong-il Seo, vice-président exécutif de KOSA, a déclaré : « Cet accord combinera les réseaux et l'expertise des deux associations, élargissant ainsi la portée de l'industrie nationale de l'IA », ajoutant : « Nous élargirons les opportunités de coopération en tirant parti des forces de chacun et jetterons les bases du développement de l'écosystème national de l'IA. »
