프롭핀테크 기업 데브디(대표 김기태)가 아시아 스타트업 행사 ‘넥스트라이즈 2025(NextRise 2025)’에 참가해 자사의 월세 카드결제 솔루션 ‘집업페이’를 소개했다고 1일 밝혔다.
‘넥스트라이즈 2025’는 한국무역협회와 한국산업은행이 공동 주최하는 대규모 글로벌 스타트업 행사로, 올해 7회째를 맞아 약 1,600여 개 스타트업과 250여 개의 국내외 대기업·중견기업·투자사가 참여했다. 올해는 ‘AI를 중심으로 혁신을 가속화하다(Accelerate Innovation)’를 주제로 6월 26일부터 27일까지 서울 삼성동 코엑스에서 진행됐다.
데브디는 월세 카드결제 분야에서 최초로 넥스트라이즈에 참가한 기업으로, 핀테크 부문 IR 피칭 기업으로도 선정됐다. 김기태 대표는 직접 발표자로 나서 ‘집업페이’의 기술력과 시장성을 강조했다. ‘집업페이’는 임차인이 임대인의 동의 없이도 단독으로 이용 가능한 카드결제 시스템을 도입해 기존 서비스와 차별화를 뒀다. 이를 통해 사용자 편의성을 높이고, 카드 포인트 적립, 결제 일정 조정, 멤버십 서비스 등 다양한 혜택을 제공한다.
데브디는 이번 행사 기간 동안 국내외 투자사 및 파트너 기업과의 1:1 비즈니스 미팅을 통해 협력과 투자 유치에 대한 논의를 활발히 진행했다고 밝혔다.
김기태 대표는 “이번 넥스트라이즈 참가를 통해 월세 카드결제 분야의 시장성과 가능성을 알릴 수 있었다”며 “핀테크 기반 주거 서비스의 혁신을 지속해 나가겠다”고 말했다.

Devdi participates in 'Next Rise 2025'
Prop fintech company Devdi (CEO Kim Ki-tae) announced on the 1st that it participated in the Asian startup event 'NextRise 2025' and introduced its monthly rent card payment solution 'Zipup Pay'.
'NextRise 2025' is a large-scale global startup event co-hosted by the Korea International Trade Association and the Korea Development Bank. This year marks its 7th anniversary, with approximately 1,600 startups and 250 domestic and foreign large and medium-sized companies and investment firms participating. This year's event was held from June 26 to 27 at COEX in Samseong-dong, Seoul, under the theme of 'Accelerate Innovation Centered on AI.'
Devdi is the first company in the monthly rent card payment sector to participate in NextRise, and was also selected as an IR pitching company in the fintech sector. CEO Kim Ki-tae personally appeared as a presenter and emphasized the technology and marketability of 'Zipup Pay'. 'Zipup Pay' differentiates itself from existing services by introducing a card payment system that tenants can use independently without the consent of the landlord. Through this, it increases user convenience and provides various benefits such as card point accumulation, payment schedule adjustment, and membership services.
Devdi stated that during this event, they actively discussed cooperation and investment attraction through 1:1 business meetings with domestic and foreign investors and partner companies.
CEO Kim Ki-tae said, “Through our participation in NextRise, we were able to publicize the marketability and potential of the monthly rent card payment sector,” and added, “We will continue to innovate fintech-based housing services.”

デブディはウォルセーカード決済分野で初めてネクストライズに参加した企業で、フィンテック部門IRピッチング企業にも選ばれた。キム・ギテ代表は直接発表者として「集業ペイ」の技術力と市場性を強調した。 「集業ペイ」は、賃借人が賃貸人の同意なしに単独で利用可能なカード決済システムを導入し、既存サービスと差別化を行った。これによりユーザーの利便性を高め、カードポイントの獲得、決済日程調整、メンバーシップサービスなど多様な特典を提供する。
デブディは今回のイベント期間中、国内外の投資会社やパートナー企業との1:1ビジネスミーティングを通じて協力と投資誘致についての議論を活発に行ったと明らかにした。

La société fintech Devdi (PDG Kim Ki-tae) a annoncé le 1er qu'elle participait à l'événement de startups asiatiques « NextRise 2025 » et a présenté sa solution de paiement par carte de loyer mensuel « Zipup Pay ».
« NextRise 2025 » est un événement mondial d'envergure dédié aux startups, organisé conjointement par l'Association coréenne du commerce international et la Banque coréenne de développement. Cette année, il célèbre son 7e anniversaire et rassemble environ 1 600 startups et 250 grandes et moyennes entreprises et sociétés d'investissement nationales et étrangères. L'événement s'est tenu les 26 et 27 juin au COEX de Samseong-dong, à Séoul, sous le thème « Accélérer l'innovation centrée sur l'IA ».
Devdi est la première entreprise du secteur du paiement mensuel des loyers par carte à participer à NextRise et a également été sélectionnée comme agence de communication pour le secteur des technologies financières. Son PDG, Kim Ki-tae, est intervenu personnellement en tant que présentateur et a mis en avant la technologie et l'attrait commercial de « Zipup Pay ».
