IoT 기술 기반 주거 통합 플랫폼을 개발·운영하는 HT비욘드(대표 이건구)가 최근 70억 원 규모의 시리즈 B 투자를 완료했다고 3일 밝혔다. 이번 투자 라운드에는 퍼즐인베스트먼트코리아, 산업은행, ES인베스터 등이 참여했다.
HT비욘드는 스마트홈과 생활 편의 기능을 통합한 주거 플랫폼 ‘바이비(BYEBY)’를 운영하고 있다. 이번 투자 유치를 통해 회사는 데이터 분석 기능 고도화, IoT 인프라 확장 등 플랫폼 고도화에 박차를 가할 계획이다.
HT비욘드는 2019년 ‘바이비’를 출시해 공동현관 출입, 엘리베이터 호출, 방문 주차 예약, 커뮤니티 시설 이용, 공지사항 및 민원 처리, 전기차 충전 등 다양한 기능을 하나의 앱으로 통합한 주거 솔루션을 제공하고 있다. 또한 수리·청소, 건강관리 등 생활 밀착형 서비스를 통해 입주민 편의를 높이고 있으며, 지역 상권과의 연계를 통해 서비스 범위를 확장하고 있다.

IoT技術ベースの住宅統合プラットフォームを開発・運営するHTビヨンド（代表イ・ゴング）が最近70億ウォン規模のシリーズB投資を完了したと3日明らかにした。
HTビヨンドはスマートホームと生活便宜機能を統合した住宅プラットフォーム「BYEBY」を運営している。
HTビヨンドは2019年「バイビー」を発売し、共同玄関出入、エレベーター通話、訪問駐車予約、コミュニティ施設利用、お知らせ及び苦情処理、電気自動車充電など多様な機能を一つのアプリに統合した住居ソリューションを提供している。連携を通じてサービス範囲を拡大している。
