한국보건복지인재원(원장 배금주, 이하 인재원)은 7월 2일 순천향대학교(총장 송병국)와 AI의료융합 분야 전문 인력 양성과 교육 프로그램 공동 개발·운영을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
협약식은 순천향대학교 본관 중회의실에서 진행됐으며, 양 기관은 보건의료와 인공지능(AI) 기술의 융합이 가속화되는 흐름에 대응해 현장 실무 중심의 융합형 전문 인재를 체계적으로 양성하는 데 협력하기로 했다.
이번 협약에 따라 양 기관은 ▲AI의료융합 및 보건복지 분야의 현장 맞춤형 인재 양성 ▲직무역량 강화를 위한 특화 교육 모델 공동 개발 및 운영 ▲학술 교류 및 공동 연구 추진 ▲AI의료융합 특화단지 조성 시 인적·물적 자원 공동 활용 ▲글로컬대학 사업의 성공적 운영을 위한 협력체계 구축 등을 주요 협력 과제로 삼을 예정이다.
인재원은 이번 협력을 통해 그동안 축적한 보건복지 교육 전문성과 경험을 바탕으로 지역사회, 학계, 산업 현장을 연결하는 인재 양성 허브로서의 역할을 확대할 계획이다.
배금주 인재원 원장은 “AI 기술이 보건복지 분야 전반에 영향을 미치는 상황에서, 인재원은 국가 보건복지 인재양성의 중심기관으로서 융합형 전문 인력을 체계적으로 육성하는 데 기여하겠다”고 말했다.

Korea Health and Welfare Human Resources Development Institute and Soonchunhyang University Sign Business Agreement
The Korea Human Resources Development Institute (President Bae Geum-ju, hereinafter referred to as the Human Resources Development Institute) announced on July 2 that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with Soonchunhyang University (President Song Byung-guk) for joint development and operation of education programs and training of experts in the field of AI medical convergence.
The signing ceremony was held in the medium-sized conference room of the main building of Soonchunhyang University, and the two institutions agreed to cooperate in systematically fostering convergence-type specialized talents centered on field work in response to the accelerating trend of convergence between healthcare and artificial intelligence (AI) technology.
According to this agreement, the two organizations plan to pursue the following key cooperation tasks: ▲ training customized talents in the AI medical convergence and health and welfare fields; ▲ jointly developing and operating specialized education models to strengthen job competencies; ▲ promoting academic exchanges and joint research; ▲ jointly utilizing human and material resources when creating an AI medical convergence specialized complex; and ▲ establishing a cooperative system for the successful operation of the global university project.
Through this collaboration, Injaewon plans to expand its role as a talent development hub that connects local communities, academia, and industry based on the expertise and experience in health and welfare education it has accumulated so far.
Bae Geum-ju, the head of the Injaewon, said, “In a situation where AI technology is affecting the entire health and welfare sector, the Injaewon will contribute to systematically fostering convergence-type specialized personnel as a central institution for nurturing national health and welfare talents.”

韓国保健福祉人材院(院長配金株、以下人材院)は7月2日順天郷大学(総長ソンビョングク)とAI医療融合分野専門人材養成と教育プログラム共同開発・運営のための業務協約(MOU)を締結したと明らかにした。
協約式は順天郷大学本館中会議室で行われ、両機関は保健医療と人工知能（AI）技術の融合が加速する流れに対応し、現場実務中心の融合型専門人材を体系的に養成することに協力することにした。
今回の条約により、両機関は▲AI医療融合及び保健福祉分野の現場カスタマイズ型人材養成▲職務能力強化のための特化教育モデル共同開発及び運営▲学術交流及び共同研究推進▲AI医療融合特化団地造成時の人的・物的資源共同活用予定だ。
人材院は今回の協力を通じてこれまで蓄積した保健福祉教育専門性と経験をもとに、地域社会、学界、産業現場を結ぶ人材養成ハブとしての役割を拡大する計画だ。
配禁株人材院院長は「AI技術が保健福祉分野全般に影響を及ぼす状況で、人材院は国家保健福祉人材養成の中心機関として融合型専門人材を体系的に育成することに寄与する」と話した。

韩国人才开发院（院长：裴金柱，以下简称人才开发院） 7月2日表示，与顺天乡大学（校长：宋秉国）签署了关于共同开发和运营教育项目及培养AI医疗融合领域专家的事业合作协议（MOU）。
签约仪式在顺天乡大学主楼中型会议室举行，两校同意在医疗保健与人工智能（AI）技术融合加速的趋势下，合作培养以现场工作为中心的融合型专业人才。

L'Institut coréen de développement des ressources humaines (président Bae Geum-ju, ci-après dénommé l'Institut de développement des ressources humaines) a annoncé le 2 juillet avoir signé un accord commercial (MOU) avec l'Université Soonchunhyang (président Song Byung-guk) pour le développement et l'exploitation conjoints de programmes d'éducation et de formation d'experts dans le domaine de la convergence médicale de l'IA.
La cérémonie de signature a eu lieu dans la salle de conférence de taille moyenne du bâtiment principal de l'Université Soonchunhyang, et les deux institutions ont convenu de coopérer pour encourager systématiquement les talents spécialisés de type convergence centrés sur le travail sur le terrain en réponse à la tendance accélérée de convergence entre les soins de santé et la technologie de l'intelligence artificielle (IA).
