IT 보안·인증 플랫폼 기업 라온시큐어(대표 이순형, 이정아)는 7월 4일 한국인공지능협회(회장 김현철), 한국디지털인증협회(회장 이기혁)와 ‘AI 인재 인증을 위한 디지털 신원 및 자격증명 사업 업무협약(MOU)’을 체결했다고 밝혔다. 협약식은 서울 여의도 라온시큐어 본사에서 진행됐다.
이번 협약은 정부의 ‘AI 세계 3대 강국 도약’ 전략에 따라 급성장하는 AI 산업 내 인재 인증의 전문성과 신뢰성을 확보하기 위한 목적으로 체결됐다. 3개 기관은 블록체인 기반 디지털 ID 기술을 활용해 AI 인재의 자격 인증 및 관리 체계를 공동 구축하고, 인재 양성에 필요한 기반을 마련할 계획이다.
라온시큐어는 자사 ‘옴니원 디지털아이디(OmniOne Digital ID)’와 ‘옴니원 배지(OmniOne Badge)’를 활용해 AI 인재 자격 정보의 발급, 관리, 검증을 지원한다. 한국인공지능협회는 이를 인재 매칭 센터 사업에 도입하며, 한국디지털인증협회는 Open DID 기술 기반의 글로벌 AI 인재 인증 생태계 확산에 기여할 예정이다.
이번 협력을 통해 AI 인재들은 공정하고 투명한 인증 절차를 거쳐 자신의 역량을 객관적으로 증명할 수 있게 되며, 교육 및 채용, 경력 전환 등 다양한 분야에서 균형 잡힌 기회가 제공될 것으로 기대된다. 기관과 기업은 보다 효율적으로 인재를 발굴할 수 있을 전망이다.
세 기관은 국내외 대학과 산업계, 국제기관 등에서 활용 가능한 글로벌 수준의 AI 인재 인증 인프라를 구축하고, 국제 호환이 가능한 디지털 신원 인증 체계 모델도 제시할 계획이다.
라온시큐어 김태진 CTO는 “AI 산업 경쟁력 강화를 위해서는 신뢰성 있는 인재 인증 및 검증 체계가 필수적”이라며 “블록체인 기반 디지털 ID 기술을 바탕으로 글로벌 AI 인재 인증 생태계 조성에 적극 기여하겠다”고 말했다.

LaonSecure Signs MOU with Korea Artificial Intelligence Association and Korea Digital Certification Association
IT security and authentication platform company Laonsecure (CEO Lee Soon-hyung and Lee Jeong-ah) announced on July 4 that it signed a 'MOU on digital identity and certification business for AI talent authentication' with the Korea Artificial Intelligence Association (Chairman Kim Hyeon-cheol) and the Korea Digital Certification Association (Chairman Lee Ki-hyeok) . This agreement was signed in order to secure expertise and reliability in talent certification in the rapidly growing AI industry in line with the government’s strategy of ‘leap forward to become one of the top three AI powers in the world.’ The three organizations plan to jointly build a qualification certification and management system for AI talent using blockchain-based digital ID technology and establish the foundation necessary for talent cultivation.
Laonsecure supports the issuance, management, and verification of AI talent qualification information using its 'OmniOne Digital ID' and 'OmniOne Badge'. The Korea Artificial Intelligence Association will introduce this to its talent matching center business, and the Korea Digital Certification Association will contribute to the expansion of the global AI talent certification ecosystem based on Open DID technology.
Through this collaboration, AI talents will be able to objectively prove their capabilities through a fair and transparent certification process, and it is expected that balanced opportunities will be provided in various fields such as education, employment, and career transition. Institutions and companies will be able to discover talent more efficiently.
The three organizations plan to build a global-level AI talent certification infrastructure that can be utilized by domestic and international universities, industries, and international organizations, and also present a model for a digital identity authentication system that is internationally compatible.
“In order to strengthen the competitiveness of the AI industry, a reliable talent authentication and verification system is essential,” said Taejin Kim, CTO of Laonsecure. “We will actively contribute to creating a global AI talent authentication ecosystem based on blockchain-based digital ID technology.”

ラオンセキュアのキム・テジンCTOは「AI産業競争力強化には信頼性のある人材認証および検証体系が必須」とし、「ブロックチェーンベースのデジタルID技術をもとにグローバルAI人材認証生態系の造成に積極的に貢献する」と述べた。

三方计划构建国内外高校、产业界、国际组织均可利用的全球水平的人工智能人才认证基础设施，并提出与国际接轨的数字身份认证体系模型。

Laonsecure, société de plateforme de sécurité informatique et d'authentification (PDG Lee Soon-hyung et Lee Jeong-ah), a annoncé le 4 juillet la signature d'un protocole d'accord sur l'identité numérique et la certification des talents IA avec l' Association coréenne d'intelligence artificielle (président Kim Hyeon-cheol) et l'Association coréenne de certification numérique (président Lee Ki-hyeok) . La cérémonie de signature s'est tenue au siège de Laonsecure à Yeouido, Séoul.
Cet accord a été signé afin de garantir l'expertise et la fiabilité en matière de certification des talents dans le secteur de l'IA en pleine croissance, conformément à la stratégie du gouvernement visant à « faire un bond en avant pour devenir l'une des trois premières puissances mondiales de l'IA ». Les trois organisations prévoient de construire conjointement un système de certification et de gestion des qualifications pour les talents de l'IA en utilisant la technologie d'identification numérique basée sur la blockchain et d'établir les bases nécessaires à la culture des talents.
Laonsecure prend en charge l'émission, la gestion et la vérification des informations de qualification des talents en IA grâce à ses « OmniOne Digital ID » et « OmniOne Badge ». L'Association coréenne d'intelligence artificielle intégrera cette fonctionnalité à son centre de mise en relation de talents, et l'Association coréenne de certification numérique contribuera au développement de l'écosystème mondial de certification des talents en IA grâce à la technologie Open DID.
Grâce à cette collaboration, les talents en IA pourront prouver objectivement leurs compétences grâce à un processus de certification équitable et transparent. Les trois organisations prévoient de construire une infrastructure de certification des talents en IA de niveau mondial qui peut être utilisée par les universités, les industries et les organisations internationales nationales et internationales, et présentent également un modèle de système d'authentification d'identité numérique compatible au niveau international.
« Pour renforcer la compétitivité du secteur de l'IA, un système fiable d'authentification et de vérification des talents est essentiel », a déclaré Taejin Kim, directeur technique de Laonsecure. « Nous contribuerons activement à la création d'un écosystème mondial d'authentification des talents IA basé sur la technologie d'identification numérique basée sur la blockchain. »
