AI 에이전트 개발사 달파는 동원건설산업과 공동 개발한 ‘AI 스마트 견적 프로그램’의 현장 적용을 완료했다고 8일 밝혔다.
이번에 도입된 프로그램은 건축 입찰 시 사용하는 공(空) 내역서 입력 단계에서 과거 유사 공사 견적서와 공공 단가 데이터 등을 분석해 주요 세부 품목의 단가를 추천하는 기능을 제공한다. 사용자는 제시된 단가 후보 중 적절한 항목을 선택해 견적서를 작성할 수 있다.
동원건설산업은 해당 프로그램 도입 이후, 평균적으로 4명의 인력이 8시간이 소요되던 견적서 작성 업무를 약 2시간 내에 완료할 수 있게 되어 약 75%의 시간 절감 효과를 확인했다고 밝혔다.
기존에는 견적 산출 기준이 인력에 따라 상이하고, 관련 노하우가 파일 단위로 분산되어 있어 통합 관리에 어려움이 있었다. 이번 시스템 적용을 통해 견적 작성 기준을 AI 기반 파이프라인으로 표준화하고, 전문가 경험을 체계적으로 반영할 수 있는 기반을 마련했다는 설명이다.
달파 측은 “건설업 내 실제 업무에 적용 가능한 AI 솔루션을 개발하고 현장에 적용한 점에서 의미 있는 결과”라고 평가하며, “다양한 산업 분야로 도메인 특화형 AI 솔루션을 확산해 나갈 계획”이라고 밝혔다.

AI agent developer Dalpa announced on the 8th that it has completed the field application of the 'AI Smart Estimate Program' jointly developed with Dongwon Construction & Industry .
The program introduced this time provides a function that recommends unit prices for major detailed items by analyzing past similar construction estimates and public unit price data at the stage of entering the vacancy details used in construction bidding. Users can select appropriate items from the suggested unit price candidates and create an estimate.
Dongwon Construction & Industry announced that since the introduction of the program, it has confirmed a time saving effect of approximately 75%, with the work of preparing an estimate that used to take an average of 4 people 8 hours now being completed in approximately 2 hours.
Previously, the quotation calculation criteria were different depending on the workforce, and the related know-how was distributed by file unit, making it difficult to manage in an integrated manner. The explanation is that through the application of this system, the quotation preparation criteria have been standardized into an AI-based pipeline, and a foundation has been established to systematically reflect expert experience.
Dalpa evaluated the result as “a meaningful result in that we developed an AI solution applicable to actual work in the construction industry and applied it to the field,” and said, “We plan to expand domain-specific AI solutions to various industrial fields.”

ダルパ側は「建設業内の実際業務に適用可能なAIソリューションを開発し、現場に適用した点で意味のある結果」と評価し、「様々な産業分野にドメイン特化型AIソリューションを拡散していく計画」と明らかにした。

AI代理开发商Dalpa 8日宣布，已完成与东远建设产业共同开发的“AI智能估算程序”的现场应用。
本次推出的程序，在工程招标时，输入空置房信息时，通过分析以往类似工程的估算数据和公开单价数据，提供主要细目单价推荐功能。用户可以从推荐的单价候选项目中，选择合适的项目进行估算。

Grâce à ce système, les critères de préparation des devis ont été standardisés dans un pipeline basé sur l'IA, et une base a été établie pour refléter systématiquement l'expérience des experts.
Dalpa a évalué le résultat comme « un résultat significatif dans la mesure où nous avons développé une solution d'IA applicable au travail réel dans le secteur de la construction et l'avons appliquée sur le terrain », et a déclaré : « Nous prévoyons d'étendre les solutions d'IA spécifiques à un domaine à divers domaines industriels. »
