대전창조경제혁신센터(대표이사 박대희, 이하 대전혁신센터)의 보육기업 ㈜필상(대표 강필상)이 지난 4일 천안시청소년재단과 청소년의 디지털 범죄 예방 및 기술 실증을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다.
㈜필상은 AI, 사이버 보안, 핀테크의 융합 기술을 기반으로 모바일 보안 솔루션과 악성 URL 탐지 기술을 2021년부터 개발해 온 선도 기업으로 AI기반 피싱 차단 앱 ‘싹다잡아’를 운영하고 있다.
이번 업무협약은 디지털 범죄로부터 청소년을 보호하고 사회공헌 활동을 통해 스마트하고 안전한 디지털 환경을 조성하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다.
주요 협력 내용은 ▲싹다잡아 앱을 활용해 청소년들의 성인, 도박 등 유해사이트 접속 차단 ▲가족 피싱 알림 기능 통한 자녀들의 모바일 생활 보호 ▲디지털 금융 및 피싱 예방교육 프로그램 운영 협력 등이다. 이번 협력은 기술과 공공의 결합을 통해 청소년 디지털 복지의 새로운 모델을 제시하며, 전국 단위로의 확장 가능성도 기대되고 있다.
강필상 ㈜필상 대표는 “기술이 아이들을 지켜줘야 한다”라며 “이번 협약을 통해 기술 기업으로서의 사회적 책임을 강화하고, 청소년이 안전하게 디지털 세상에 참여할 수 있는 발판을 만들겠다”는 포부를 밝혔다.
박대희 대전혁신센터장은 “앞으로도 혁신 기술과 성장 잠재력이 높은 지역의 스타트업을 발굴하여 지속 성장할 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다”라고 전했다.

大田創造経済革新センター(代表取締役パク・デヒ、以下大田革新センター)の保育企業(株)筆賞(代表講筆賞)が去る4日、天安市青少年財団と青少年のデジタル犯罪予防及び技術実証のための業務協約(MOU)を締結した。
（株）フィール賞は、AI、サイバーセキュリティ、フィンテックの融合技術を基盤にモバイルセキュリティソリューションと悪性URL検出技術を2021年から開発してきた大手企業としてAI基盤フィッシングブロックアプリ「シュートキャッチ」を運営している。
今回の業務協約は、デジタル犯罪から青少年を保護し、社会貢献活動を通じてスマートで安全なデジタル環境を造成することを目指している。
主な協力内容は▲つかまえてアプリを活用して青少年たちの大人、ギャンブルなど有害サイト接続遮断▲家族フィッシング通知機能による子供たちのモバイル生活保護▲デジタル金融及びフィッシング予防教育プログラム運営協力などだ。今回の協力は技術と公共の結合を通じて青少年デジタル福祉の新しいモデルを提示し、全国単位への拡張可能性も期待されている。

必尚株式会社是一家从2021年起基于AI、网络安全、金融科技融合开发移动安全解决方案和恶意URL检测技术的领先企业，并运营基于AI的网络钓鱼拦截应用程序“Ssakdajab-a”。
此次业务协议旨在通过社会贡献活动，保护青少年免受数字犯罪侵害，并创建智能、安全的数字环境。
主要合作领域为▲利用Ssakdajab应用程序阻止青少年访问对成年人有害的网站、赌博等▲通过家庭钓鱼通知功能保护儿童的手机生活▲在数字金融和网络钓鱼预防教育项目等方面开展合作。此次合作通过技术与公共部门的结合，为青少年数字福利带来了新的模式，预计有在全国范围内推广的潜力。
