AI 매니지드 서비스 전문 기업 베스핀글로벌(대표 허양호)은 금융 AI 솔루션 기업 쿠파(대표 노명헌)와 차세대 금융 AI 플랫폼 공동 사업 추진을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 10일 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 양사의 기술력과 운영 역량을 결합해 금융 산업의 디지털 전환을 가속화하고, 생성형 AI 기반 금융 플랫폼 시장에서 새로운 표준을 제시하기 위한 전략적 협력의 일환이다.
협약에 따라 양사는 쿠파의 금융 특화 AI 플랫폼 ‘옴니 AI’와 베스핀글로벌의 ‘헬프나우 에이전틱 AI 플랫폼’을 연동해 차세대 금융 AI 솔루션을 공동 개발할 계획이다. 해당 솔루션은 신뢰도 높은 고객 응대, 기업 업무 효율성 향상 등을 목표로 하며, 양사는 공동 비즈니스 기회를 발굴하고 프로젝트 수행 전반에서 협력하게 된다. 또한 금융을 포함한 다양한 산업군으로 AI 플랫폼 적용 범위를 확대해 나갈 예정이다.
쿠파는 자체 LLM 기반 금융 AI 플랫폼 ‘옴니 AI’를 통해 기업 분석, 투자 등급 평가, 공시 요약, 뉴스 브리핑, 이상 거래 탐지 등 다양한 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 특히 하나증권에 공급 중인 ‘AI 월가 인사이트’를 통해 실시간 투자 리서치 리포트와 투자 전략 시뮬레이션 서비스를 상용화한 바 있다. 플랫폼은 멀티모달 분석, 다국어 실시간 처리 기능을 지원하며 최근에는 음악 산업 등 비금융 분야로의 AI 확장 적용도 시도하고 있다.
베스핀글로벌의 ‘헬프나우 에이전틱 AI 플랫폼’은 다양한 산업군에서 활용 가능한 LLM 기반 AI 어시스턴트 개발·운영 플랫폼으로, 멀티 LLM 연동, RAG 기반 응답 시스템, 멀티 에이전트 생성 등 고도화된 기능을 제공하고 있다. 금융을 포함한 교육, 공공, 제조, 관광 분야 등에서도 실제 적용 사례가 증가하고 있다.
