리걸AI 전문 기업 BHSN(비에이치에스엔, 대표 임정근)이 자체 개발한 국내 유일의 법률 특화 LLM(거대언어모델) ‘앨리비 아스트로(allibee astro)’를 정식 출시했다고 10일 밝혔다.
‘앨리비 아스트로’는 방대한 법령·판례·정책 데이터를 기반으로 한 지속적 사전학습(CPT, Continuous Pre-training)을 통해 리걸 전문성을 높였다. 또한 변호사 등 전문가의 의견을 반영한 인간 피드백 기반 강화학습(RLHF, Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback)으로 실제 법률 실무에 사용되는 언어 구조와 문맥을 훈련했다. 이를 통해 범용 AI 대비 법률 도메인에 특화된 높은 정확도를 구현한 것이 특징이다.
특히 질문의 맥락을 파악해 문서간 논리 관계를 파악하는 추론(Reasoning)과 BHSN이 국내 최초 상용화한 AI 계약 검토(AI Contract Review)는 앨리비 아스트로의 핵심 역량이다. 이 기능으로 평균 100장 분량의 영문 건설도급계약서(EPC, Engineering Procurement Construction)도 1분 만에 리뷰할 수 있으며, 조항 해석과 수정 방향 제안 등 법률 이해를 기반한 전문가 수준의 논리 구축이 가능하다.
뿐만 아니라 글로벌 규제 및 정책 문서의 검색과 분석도 능해 해외 무역과 투자 비중이 큰 국내 대기업, 글로벌 기업은 물론 정부와 공공기관에서도 유용하다.

한편 BHSN은 계약관리•계약리뷰•법률 질의응답 등 종합 리걸AI 서비스에 앨리비 아스트로를 선탑재했으며, 현재 CJ제일제당, 애경케미칼 등 국내 유수의 대기업에서 도입해 사용 중이다. 특히 ‘앨리비 비즈니스 에이전트’는 정책·규제·법률에 특화된 기능을 통해 공공기관의 정책 수립과 해석 업무를 지원하고 있다.
지난 해에는 과학기술정보통신부와 NIA(한국지능정보사회진흥원) 주도로 수행된 ‘초거대 AI 플랫폼 이용지원’ 사업의 공급기업으로 선정돼 한국방송광고진흥공사 등 공공기관과 리걸AI 프로젝트를 성공적으로 수행한 바 있다.

BHSN (BHSN, CEO Jeong-geun Lim), a legal AI specialized company, announced on the 10th that it has officially launched 'allibee Astro', the only legal specialized LLM (Large Language Model) in Korea that it developed itself.
'Allybee Astro' has improved its legal expertise through continuous pre-training (CPT) based on a vast amount of statutes, precedents, and policy data. In addition, it trained the language structure and context used in actual legal practice through reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), which reflects the opinions of experts such as lawyers. Through this, it is characterized by implementing high accuracy specialized in the legal domain compared to general AI.
In particular, Reasoning, which understands the context of a question and identifies logical relationships between documents, and AI Contract Review, which BHSN commercialized for the first time in Korea, are the core capabilities of Allybee Astro. With this function, an average of 100 pages of an English construction contract (EPC, Engineering Procurement Construction) can be reviewed in just 1 minute, and expert-level logic can be built based on an understanding of the law, such as clause interpretation and suggestions for modification.
In addition, it is capable of searching and analyzing global regulatory and policy documents, making it useful not only for large domestic companies and global companies with a large proportion of overseas trade and investment, but also for governments and public institutions.
Allybee Astro has proven its superior performance compared to global LLMs through pre-technical verification, and is designed to be deployed by companies and institutions that require internal security or their own legal LLM. It also has technical flexibility and high mobility that can respond to a wide range of environments, from subscription-based SaaS to installed on-premise environments.

Meanwhile, BHSN pre-installed Allybee Astro in its comprehensive legal AI services, including contract management, contract review, and legal Q&A, and is currently being introduced and used by major domestic companies, including CJ CheilJedang and Aekyung Chemical. In particular, 'Allybee Business Agent' supports policy formulation and interpretation work for public institutions through functions specialized in policy, regulation, and law.
Last year, the company was selected as a supplier for the 'Ultra-Large AI Platform Utilization Support' project led by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National Intelligence Service (NIA), and successfully carried out the Legal AI project with public institutions such as the Korea Broadcast Advertising Promotion Corporation.

リーガルAI専門企業BHSN(ビエイチエスエン、代表イム・ジョングン)が自ら開発した国内唯一の法律特化LLM(巨大言語モデル)'アリビアストロ(allibee astro)'を正式発売したと10日明らかにした。
「アリビアストロ」は膨大な法令・判例・政策データを基盤とした持続的事前学習（CPT、Continuous Pre-training）を通じてリーガル専門性を高めた。また、弁護士など専門家の意見を反映した人間フィードバック基盤強化学習（RLHF、Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback）で、実際の法律実務に使用される言語構造とコンテキストを訓練した。これにより、汎用AI対比法律ドメインに特化した高い精度を実現したのが特徴だ。

“Allybee Astro”通过基于大量法规、判例和政策数据的持续预训练（CPT）提升了法律专业技能。此外，它还通过反映律师等专家意见的人工反馈强化学习（RLHF）训练了实际法律实践中使用的语言结构和语境。由此，它的特点是比一般AI在法律领域实现了更高精度的专业化。

BHSN (BHSN, PDG Jeong-geun Lim), une société spécialisée dans l'IA juridique, a annoncé le 10 qu'elle avait officiellement lancé « allibee Astro », le seul LLM (Large Language Model) juridique spécialisé en Corée qu'elle a elle-même développé.
Allybee Astro a amélioré son expertise juridique grâce à une formation continue (CPT) basée sur une vaste quantité de lois, de précédents et de données politiques. De plus, elle a entraîné la structure du langage et le contexte utilisés dans la pratique juridique réelle grâce à l'apprentissage par renforcement à partir du retour d'information humain (RLHF), qui reflète les avis d'experts tels que des avocats. De ce fait, elle se distingue par une précision accrue, spécialisée dans le domaine juridique, par rapport à l'IA générale.
En particulier, le raisonnement, qui permet de comprendre le contexte d'une question et d'identifier les relations logiques entre les documents, et la révision de contrats par IA, commercialisée pour la première fois par BHSN en Corée, sont les principales fonctionnalités d'Allybee Astro. Grâce à cette fonctionnalité, 100 pages en moyenne d'un contrat de construction anglais (EPC, Engineering Procurement Construction) peuvent être examinées en seulement une minute, et une logique de niveau expert peut être élaborée à partir d'une compréhension du droit, notamment pour l'interprétation des clauses et les suggestions de modification.
En outre, il est capable de rechercher et d'analyser des documents réglementaires et politiques mondiaux, ce qui le rend utile non seulement pour les grandes entreprises nationales et les entreprises mondiales ayant une grande proportion de commerce et d'investissement à l'étranger, mais également pour les gouvernements et les institutions publiques.
