강원창조경제혁신센터(대표이사 이해정, 이하 강원혁신센터)는 11일 ㈜제테마(대표 김재영, 남정선)와 업무협약(MOU)을 체결하고 오픈이노베이션 프로그램을 전격 운영한다고 밝혔다. 협약식은 이날 제테마 글로벌 판교 R&D센터 대회의실에서 진행됐다.
이날 협약식에는 이해정 강원혁신센터 대표이사와 남정선 제테마 대표이사를 비롯한 관계자들이 참석해, 바이오 산업 생태계 활성화 및 오픈이노베이션 프로그램의 추진 방안에 대해 논의를 진행했다.
원주에 본사를 둔 제테마는 2019년 코스닥에 상장한 에스테틱 전문 기업으로, 히알루론산 필러, 보툴리눔 톡신 등의 제품을 국내외에 판매하고 있다. 제테마는 강원혁신센터와의 오픈이노베이션을 통해 전략적 연계 가능성이 있는 우수한 기술력과 서비스 역량을 보유한 스타트업을 발굴해 주력 사업의 경쟁력을 강화하고, 차세대 혁신 기술 및 아이템 확보에도 적극 나설 계획이다. 강원혁신센터는 제테마와의 협약을 통해 오픈이노베이션 프로그램을 운영하고, 인프라 및 인적 교류를 통해 유망 스타트업을 지원할 방침이다.
이해정 강원혁신센터장은 “이번 협약과 오픈이노베이션 프로그램을 통해 강원지역 바이오 에스테틱 산업 생태계와 스타트업의 경쟁력 강화에 적극 기여할 것”이라 밝혔고, 남정선 ㈜제테마 대표이사는 “강원혁신센터와의 협력으로 잠재력 있는 스타트업을 발굴하고, 제테마의 혁신 역량을 활용해 미래 바이오 에스테틱 산업의 새로운 가능성을 함께 열어갈 것”이라 강조했다.

Gangwon Innovation Center Signs Business Agreement with Jetema
Gangwon Creative Economy Innovation Center (CEO Lee Hae-jeong, hereinafter referred to as Gangwon Innovation Center) announced on the 11th that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with Jetema Co., Ltd. Jetema plans to strengthen the competitiveness of its main business by discovering startups with excellent technology and service capabilities that have the potential for strategic collaboration through open innovation with the Gangwon Innovation Center, and actively secure next-generation innovative technologies and items. The Gangwon Innovation Center plans to operate an open innovation program through an agreement with Jetema and support promising startups through infrastructure and personnel exchanges.
Lee Hae-jeong, the head of Gangwon Innovation Center, said, “Through this agreement and open innovation program, we will actively contribute to strengthening the competitiveness of the bio-aesthetics industry ecosystem and startups in the Gangwon region,” and Nam Jeong-seon, the CEO of Jetema, emphasized, “Through cooperation with Gangwon Innovation Center, we will discover startups with potential and utilize Jetema’s innovation capabilities to open up new possibilities for the future bio-aesthetics industry together.”

江原革新センター、ジェテマと業務協約締結
江原創造経済革新センター（代表取締役イ・ヘジョン、以下、江原革新センター）は１１日（株）テーマテーマ（代表キム・ジェヨン、ナム・ジョンソン）と業務協約（ＭＯＵ）を締結し、オープンイノベーションプログラムを電撃運営すると明らかにした。協約式は同日、ジェテマグローバル板橋研究開発センター大会議室で行われた。

原州に本社を置くジェテマは、2019年にコスダックに上場したエステ専門企業で、ヒアルロン酸フィラー、ボツリヌストキシンなどの製品を国内外に販売している。ジェテマは江原革新センターとのオープンイノベーションを通じて戦略的連携の可能性がある優秀な技術力とサービス能力を保有したスタートアップを発掘し、主力事業の競争力を強化し、次世代革新技術やアイテム確保にも積極的に乗り出す計画だ。江原革新センターはジェテマとの協約を通じてオープンイノベーションプログラムを運営し、インフラと人的交流を通じて有望なスタートアップを支援する方針だ。
イ・ジョンジョン江原革新センター長は「今回の協約とオープンイノベーションプログラムを通じて、江原地域バイオエステティック産業生態系とスタートアップの競争力強化に積極的に貢献するだろう」と明らかにした。バイオエステティック産業の新たな可能性を共に開いていく」と強調した。

江原创造经济革新中心（代表理事：李海正，以下简称“江原革新中心”） 11日表示，已与株式会社Jetema（代表理事：金在永、南正善）签署了业务协议（MOU），将正式运营开放式创新项目。签约仪式当天在Jetema全球板桥研发中心会议室举行。
当天，江原道革新中心代表李海正、Jetema代表南正善等出席了签约仪式，并就如何激活生物产业生态系统、推进开放式创新项目等进行了讨论。
Jetema总部位于原州，是一家于2019年在科斯达克上市的美容公司，在国内外销售透明质酸填充剂和肉毒杆菌毒素等产品。Jetema计划通过与江原道创新中心的开放式创新，发掘拥有卓越技术和服务能力、有潜力开展战略合作的初创企业，并积极争取下一代创新技术和项目，从而增强主营业务的竞争力。江原道创新中心计划通过与Jetema达成协议，运营开放式创新项目，并通过基础设施和人员交流来支持有潜力的初创企业。
江原道创新中心负责人李海正表示，“通过此次协议和开放式创新计划，我们将为加强江原道生物美容产业生态系统和初创企业的竞争力做出积极贡献”，Jetema首席执行官南正善强调，“通过与江原道创新中心的合作，我们将发现有潜力的初创企业，并利用Jetema的创新能力，共同为未来生物美容产业开辟新的可能性。”

Le centre d'innovation de Gangwon signe un accord commercial avec Jetema
Le Centre d'innovation pour l'économie créative de Gangwon (PDG Lee Hae-jeong, ci-après dénommé « Centre d'innovation de Gangwon ») a annoncé le 11 juin la signature d'un protocole d'accord avec Jetema Co., Ltd. (PDG Kim Jae-young et Nam Jeong-seon) et la mise en œuvre complète d'un programme d'innovation ouverte. La cérémonie d'accord s'est tenue ce jour-là dans la salle de conférence du Centre de recherche et développement Jetema Global Pangyo.
Ce jour-là, la cérémonie de signature a réuni des responsables, dont Lee Hae-jeong, PDG du Gangwon Innovation Center, et Nam Jeong-seon, PDG de Jetema, et a discuté des moyens d'activer l'écosystème de l'industrie biologique et de promouvoir les programmes d'innovation ouverte.
