모두를 위한 AI 교육 전문기업 에이블런(대표 박진아)이 국내 AI 교육업계 최초로 AI 리터러시 역량평가도구를 공개했다. 생성형 AI가 빠르게 확산 중이지만, 지금까지는 사용자가 스스로 이해 수준을 확인하거나 학습 방향을 가늠할 수 있는 기준이 없었다. 에이블런은 이번 진단 방식을 통해 AI 학습의 출발점을 구체화하고, 개인과 조직이 필요한 질문을 점검할 수 있도록 했다.
평가 문항은 UNESCO가 제시한 AI 역량 기준과 독일 본 대학교병원 의학교육연구소의 연구를 참고해 구성했다. 해당 연구는 AI 교육 분야의 글로벌 전문가 53명이 다단계 검토와 델파이 연구를 통해 문항을 체계화한 사례다. 에이블런은 실제 연구를 진행한 해외 박사 연구진의 자문을 바탕으로 국내 환경에 적합한 문항 구조와 해석 체계를 새롭게 설계했으며, 국내 대학 교수와 AI 교육 실무진이 개발 과정에 함께 참여했다. 문항 해석과 척도 조정은 에이블런 내부 교육 설계팀이 주도했으며, 최종 응답 결과는 항목별 분석과 시각화 자료로 제공할 예정이다. 사용자는 이를 통해 자신의 AI 활용 이해도 수준을 점검하고, 이후 학습을 설계할 수 있는 실질적인 기준을 확보할 수 있게 됐다.
특히, 이번 평가 방식은 기술적 숙련도보다 AI를 받아들이는 사용자의 태도와 활용 방식에 초점을 맞춘 것이 특징이다. 이를 위해 평가 문항은 일상이나 업무에서 AI를 어떻게 바라보고 판단하는지를 묻는 방식으로 구성됐으며, AI가 익숙하지 않은 사람도 무리 없이 참여할 수 있도록 실생활에 가까운 예시로 설계됐다. 이렇듯 이해 중심의 접근을 바탕으로 AI 활용에 막연했던 개인에게 구체적인 학습 동기를 제공하고자 했다.
에이블런은 해당 역량 평가를 통해 학습을 시작하려는 개인은 물론 조직 안에서 구성원의 이해 수준을 파악하려는 실무자에게도 새로운 기준을 제시하고자 했다. 현재는 에이블런 수강생을 대상으로 먼저 제공되고 있으며, 기업과 기관 요청에 따라 공동 활용도 가능하다.

Ablerun (CEO Jinah Park), an AI education company for all, has released the first AI literacy competency assessment tool in the domestic AI education industry. Generative AI is rapidly spreading, but until now, there has been no standard for users to check their own level of understanding or gauge their learning direction. Through this diagnostic method, Ablerun has concretized the starting point of AI learning and enabled individuals and organizations to check the questions they need.
The evaluation items were composed with reference to the AI competency standards presented by UNESCO and the research of the Institute of Medical Education at the University Hospital of Bonn in Germany. The study is a case in which 53 global experts in the field of AI education systematized the items through multi-stage reviews and Delphi studies. Based on the advice of overseas doctoral researchers who conducted the actual research, Ableun newly designed the item structure and interpretation system suitable for the domestic environment, and domestic university professors and AI education practitioners participated in the development process. Ableun's internal education design team led the item interpretation and scale adjustment, and the final response results will be provided as item-by-item analysis and visualization data. Through this, users will be able to check their level of understanding of AI utilization and secure practical standards for designing future learning.
In particular, this evaluation method is characterized by focusing on the user's attitude toward accepting AI and the way it is used rather than technical proficiency. To this end, the evaluation questions were designed to ask how AI is viewed and judged in daily life or work, and were designed with examples close to real life so that even those unfamiliar with AI can participate without difficulty. Based on this understanding-centered approach, we aimed to provide specific learning motivation to individuals who were vague about using AI.
Ablerun aims to provide a new standard for individuals who want to start learning through this competency assessment, as well as practitioners who want to understand the level of understanding of members within an organization. It is currently being provided to Ablerun students first, and can also be used jointly by companies and institutions upon request.

特に、今回の評価方式は、技術的熟練度よりもAIを受け入れるユーザーの態度と活用方式に焦点を当てたのが特徴だ。具体的な学習動機を提供しようとした。

评估项目参考了联合国教科文组织（UNESCO）的人工智能能力标准以及德国波恩大学医院医学教育研究所的研究成果。本研究是由53位全球人工智能教育领域的专家通过多阶段评审和德尔菲法研究对项目进行系统化整理的案例。Ableun根据实际研究的海外博士研究员的建议，重新设计了适合国内环境的项目结构和解读体系，并邀请国内大学教授和人工智能教育从业者参与开发。Ableun内部的教育设计团队主导了项目解读和量表调整，最终的反馈结果将以逐项分析和可视化数据的形式提供。通过此举，用户将能够了解自身对人工智能应用的理解程度，并为设计未来的学习提供实用的标准。
值得一提的是，该评估方法的特点在于，它更注重用户对人工智能的接受态度及其使用方式，而非技术熟练程度。为此，评估问题旨在探讨人们在日常生活或工作中如何看待和评价人工智能，并采用贴近现实的例子，以便即使不熟悉人工智能的人也能轻松参与。基于这种以理解为中心的方法，我们旨在为那些对人工智能的使用尚不明确的个人提供具体的学习动力。

Ablerun (PDG : Jinah Park), entreprise de formation en IA pour tous, a lancé le premier outil d'évaluation des compétences en IA du secteur national de la formation en IA. L'IA générative se répand rapidement, mais jusqu'à présent, il n'existait aucune norme permettant aux utilisateurs de vérifier leur niveau de compréhension ou d'évaluer leur orientation d'apprentissage. Grâce à cette méthode de diagnostic, Ablerun a concrétisé le point de départ de l'apprentissage de l'IA et a permis aux particuliers et aux organisations de répondre aux questions qui leur étaient posées.
Les items d'évaluation ont été élaborés en se référant aux normes de compétences en IA présentées par l'UNESCO et aux recherches de l'Institut d'éducation médicale de l'hôpital universitaire de Bonn, en Allemagne. L'étude est un cas où 53 experts internationaux en éducation à l'IA ont systématisé les items par le biais d'évaluations en plusieurs étapes et d'études Delphi. S'appuyant sur les conseils de doctorants étrangers ayant mené la recherche, Ableun a repensé la structure des items et le système d'interprétation adaptés à l'environnement national. Des professeurs d'université et des praticiens de l'éducation à l'IA nationaux ont participé au processus de développement. L'équipe interne de conception pédagogique d'Ableun a piloté l'interprétation des items et l'ajustement de l'échelle. Les résultats finaux seront fournis sous forme d'analyse et de visualisation item par item. Ainsi, les utilisateurs pourront vérifier leur niveau de compréhension de l'utilisation de l'IA et définir des normes pratiques pour la conception des futurs apprentissages.
Cette méthode d'évaluation se caractérise notamment par l'importance accordée à l'acceptation de l'IA et à son utilisation par l'utilisateur, plutôt qu'à ses compétences techniques. À cette fin, les questions d'évaluation ont été conçues pour interroger la perception et l'évaluation de l'IA dans la vie quotidienne ou professionnelle, et s'appuient sur des exemples concrets, permettant ainsi aux personnes non familiarisées avec l'IA de participer sans difficulté. Grâce à cette approche centrée sur la compréhension, nous avons cherché à motiver spécifiquement les personnes peu familiarisées avec l'IA.
Ablerun vise à fournir une nouvelle norme aux personnes souhaitant se former grâce à cette évaluation des compétences, ainsi qu'aux praticiens souhaitant comprendre le niveau de compréhension des membres d'une organisation. Actuellement, cette norme est proposée en priorité aux étudiants d'Ablerun et peut également être utilisée conjointement par les entreprises et les institutions sur demande.
