쿠팡풀필먼트서비스(이하CFS)는 성결대학교와 산학협력 업무협약(MOU)을 체결하고, 물류전문 인재 양성에 나선다고 15일 밝혔다.
협약식은 14일 경기도 안양시 성결대학교에서 정종철 CFS 대표이사와 정희석 성결대학교 총장 등 양 기관 주요 관계자들이 참석한 가운데 진행됐다.
이번 협약을 통해 양 기관은 ▲현장 맞춤형 커리큘럼 공동 운영 ▲학생 현장실습 및 인턴십 운영 ▲정규직 채용 연계 등 다양한 분야에서 협력하기로 했다.
CFS는 성결대 교과목에 ‘쿠팡 물류의 이해’를 개설하여 학생들에게 물류 현장의 생생한 경험을 전달하기로 했다. 또한 학생들은 방학 기간을 이용한 쿠팡 풀필먼트센터(Fulfillment Center) 인턴십을 통해 현장 경험을 쌓고, 정규직 취업 기회도 얻을 수 있다.
정희석 성결대학교 총장은 “CFS 실무진이 참여하는 강의는 현장성과 전문성을 갖춘 교육으로, 단순한 이론 교육을 넘어 방학 중 인턴십과 정규직 연계 채용까지 이어지는 실질적인 커리어 플랫폼이 될 것”이라며 “성결대 학생들이 쿠팡과 함께 최고의 물류 전문가로 성장하길 기대한다”고 전했다.
정종철 CFS 대표이사는 “쿠팡은 물류 자동화와 AI 기반 스마트물류를 이끌며 새로운 일자리를 창출하고 있다”며 “청년 인재들이 수도권으로 쏠리는 현상을 방지하고, 지역에서 정착할 수 있도록 지역 중심 대학과 지속적으로 협력할 예정”이라고 말했다.

Coupang Fulfillment Service Signs Business Agreement with Sungkyul University
Coupang Fulfillment Service (hereinafter referred to as CFS) announced on the 15th that it signed an industry-academic cooperation business agreement (MOU) with Sungkyul University and will begin training logistics experts.
The agreement signing ceremony was held on the 14th at Sungkyul University in Anyang, Gyeonggi Province, with the attendance of key officials from both organizations, including CFS CEO Jeong Jong-cheol and Sungkyul University President Jeong Hee-seok.
Through this agreement, the two organizations agreed to cooperate in various areas, including ▲joint operation of a customized curriculum for the field, ▲operation of student field training and internships, and ▲linkage to regular employment recruitment.
CFS decided to provide students with a vivid experience in the logistics field by opening an 'Understanding Coupang Logistics' course in the Sungkyul University curriculum. In addition, students can gain field experience through an internship at Coupang Fulfillment Center during vacation periods and also get a chance to get a full-time job.
President Jeong Hee-seok of Sungkyul University said, “The lectures in which CFS practitioners participate are educational programs with practicality and expertise, and will go beyond simple theoretical education to become a practical career platform that leads to internships during vacations and full-time employment.” He added, “I hope that Sungkyul University students will grow into top logistics experts together with Coupang.”
Jeong Jong-cheol, CEO of CFS, said, “Coupang is creating new jobs by leading logistics automation and AI-based smart logistics,” and added, “We will continue to cooperate with regional universities to prevent young talent from flocking to the metropolitan area and to help them settle in the region.”

クパンフルフィルメントサービス(以下CFS)は、聖結大学と産学協力業務協約(MOU)を締結し、物流専門人材養成に乗り出すと15日明らかにした。
協約式は14日、京畿道安養市聖結大学でチョン・ジョンチョルCFS代表取締役とチョン・ヒソク聖結大学総長など両機関の主要関係者が参加した中で行われた。
今回の協約を通じて、両機関は▲現場カスタマイズ型カリキュラム共同運営▲学生現場実習及びインターンシップ運営▲正規職採用連携など多様な分野で協力することにした。
CFSは聖結大教科目に「クパン物流の理解」を開設し、学生たちに物流現場の鮮やかな経験を伝えることにした。また、学生は休暇期間を利用したクーパンフルフィルメントセンター（Fulfillment Center）インターンシップを通じて現場経験を積み、正規職就職機会も得ることができる。
チョン・ヒソク聖結大学総長は「CFS実務陣が参加する講義は現場性と専門性を備えた教育で、単純な理論教育を超えて休暇中にインターンシップと正規職連携採用まで続く実質的なキャリアプラットフォームになるだろう」とし「聖結隊の学生たちがクパンと共に最高の物流専門家に成長することを期待した。
チョン・ジョンチョルCFS代表取締役は「クパンは物流自動化とAIベースのスマート物流を導いて新しい雇用を創出している」とし「青年人材が首都圏に集まる現象を防止し、地域で定着できるように地域中心大学と継続的に協力する予定」と話した。

Coupang Fulfillment Service与成均大学签署业务协议
Coupang Fulfillment Service（以下简称CFS）15日宣布，与成均大学签署了产学合作事业协议（MOU），将开始培养物流专家。
签约仪式于14日在京畿道安养市成均大学举行，CFS首席执行官郑钟哲和成均大学校长郑熙锡等两家机构的主要官员出席了仪式。
通过此次协议，两家机构同意在▲共同运营该领域定制课程、▲运营学生实地培训和实习、▲与定期招聘挂钩等多个领域开展合作。
CFS决定在成均大学课程中开设“理解Coupang物流”课程，为学生提供生动的物流实践体验。此外，学生还可以利用假期在Coupang物流中心实习，积累实践经验，并有机会获得全职工作。
成均大学校长郑熙锡表示：“CFS从业者参加的讲座是兼具实践性和专业性的教育项目，将超越简单的理论教育，成为能够利用假期实习、正式就职的实用性职业平台。”他还表示：“希望成均大学的学生能够与Coupang一起成长为顶尖的物流专家。”
CFS代表郑钟哲表示，“Coupang通过引领物流自动化和基于AI的智能物流，正在创造新的就业岗位”，并补充道，“我们将继续与地方大学合作，防止年轻人才涌向首都圈，并帮助他们在当地定居”。

Coupang Fulfillment Service signe un accord commercial avec l'Université Sungkyul
Coupang Fulfillment Service (ci-après dénommé CFS) a annoncé le 15 avoir signé un accord de coopération industrielle et universitaire (MOU) avec l'Université Sungkyul et commencera à former des experts en logistique.
La cérémonie de signature de l'accord a eu lieu le 14 à l'Université Sungkyul d'Anyang, dans la province du Gyeonggi, en présence de responsables clés des deux organisations, dont le PDG du CFS, Jeong Jong-cheol, et le président de l'Université Sungkyul, Jeong Hee-seok.
Par cet accord, les deux organisations ont convenu de coopérer dans divers domaines, notamment ▲l'exploitation conjointe d'un programme d'études personnalisé pour le domaine, ▲l'exploitation de formations et de stages sur le terrain pour les étudiants, et ▲le lien avec le recrutement d'emplois réguliers.
Le CFS a décidé d'offrir aux étudiants une expérience concrète du secteur de la logistique en proposant un cours « Comprendre la logistique Coupang » au sein du cursus de l'Université Sungkyul. De plus, les étudiants peuvent acquérir une expérience pratique grâce à un stage au centre de distribution de Coupang pendant les vacances et avoir la possibilité de décrocher un emploi à temps plein.
Le président de l'Université Sungkyul, Jeong Hee-seok, a déclaré : « Les cours auxquels participent les praticiens du CFS sont des programmes éducatifs axés sur la pratique et l'expertise. Ils dépasseront le simple enseignement théorique pour devenir une plateforme de carrière pratique menant à des stages pendant les vacances et à un emploi à temps plein. » Il a ajouté : « J'espère que les étudiants de l'Université Sungkyul deviendront des experts en logistique de haut niveau aux côtés de Coupang. »
Jeong Jong-cheol, PDG de CFS, a déclaré : « Coupang crée de nouveaux emplois en étant à la pointe de l'automatisation logistique et de la logistique intelligente basée sur l'IA », et a ajouté : « Nous continuerons de coopérer avec les universités régionales pour empêcher les jeunes talents d'affluer vers la zone métropolitaine et pour les aider à s'installer dans la région. »
