하이비젼시스템(대표이사 최두원)은 글로벌 종합물류기업 세방과 자기주식을 상호 맞교환하며 전략적 파트너십을 구축한다고 21일 공시를 통해 밝혔다. 양사는 각각 약 45억 원 규모의 자기주식을 교환하며, 향후 사업 협력 범위를 확대해 나갈 계획이다.
이번 지분 맞교환은 양사 간 협력 관계를 더욱 공고히 하기 위한 조치로, 특히 2차전지 분야 및 물류 사업 부문에서의 공동 사업 확대가 주요 목적이다. 하이비젼시스템은 지난 2021년 2차전지 사업 부문을 신설한 이후, 2022년부터 세방 그룹 계열사인 세방리튬배터리와 공급 계약을 체결하며 협력 관계를 이어오고 있다.
이와 함께 2022년에는 2차전지 보조 배터리 생산라인(P-LBM)을 개발하고 수주한 데 이어, 2023년부터는 본격적으로 2차전지 배터리 모듈 생산라인(BMA : Battery Module Assembly)에 대한 공급을 진행하고 있으며, 현재까지 총 3개 라인을 수주한 상태다.
향후 양사는 2차전지 외에도 종합물류 부문으로 사업 협력 범위를 넓혀 나갈 예정이다. 세방은 중량물 특수 운송 장비(SPMT)를 포함한 중량물 운송 역량, 글로벌 항만 및 창고 네트워크, 위험물 및 배터리 물류 관리 경험 등을 바탕으로 통합 물류·설비 솔루션을 구축할 계획이다. 하이비젼시스템은 고속 모션 제어 기술과 딥러닝 기반 비전 알고리즘을 활용해 검사 및 운송 과정에서 기술적 차별화를 추진하며, ‘물류-검사 원스톱 솔루션’을 선보일 예정이다.
하이비젼시스템 최두원 대표이사는 “이번 맞교환을 통해 2차전지 생산설비에 이어 종합물류 분야로까지 협력 관계를 확장하게 된 것을 의미 있게 생각한다”며, “양사의 기술력과 역량을 결합해 시너지를 극대화하겠다”고 밝혔다.

HiVision System and Sebang to Exchage 4.5 Billion Won in Shares
HiVision Systems (CEO Choi Doo-won) announced on the 21st through a public disclosure that it will establish a strategic partnership by exchanging treasury stocks with global integrated logistics company Sebang . The two companies will exchange treasury stocks worth approximately 4.5 billion won each and plan to expand the scope of business cooperation in the future.
This equity swap is a measure to further strengthen the cooperative relationship between the two companies, and its main purpose is to expand joint business, especially in the secondary battery and logistics business sectors. Since establishing the secondary battery business sector in 2021, HiVision Systems has continued its cooperative relationship by signing a supply contract with Sebang Lithium Battery, an affiliate of Sebang Group, since 2022.
In addition, following the development and receipt of an order for a secondary battery auxiliary battery production line (P-LBM) in 2022, the company will begin supplying secondary battery module production lines (BMA: Battery Module Assembly) in earnest starting in 2023, and has received orders for a total of three lines to date.
In the future, the two companies plan to expand the scope of their business cooperation beyond secondary batteries to the integrated logistics sector. Sebang plans to build an integrated logistics and facility solution based on its heavy-duty transport capabilities, including special purpose heavy-duty transport equipment (SPMT), global port and warehouse network, and experience in hazardous materials and battery logistics management. HiVision Systems will pursue technological differentiation in the inspection and transport process by utilizing high-speed motion control technology and deep learning-based vision algorithms, and will present a ‘logistics-inspection one-stop solution.’
HiVision Systems CEO Choi Doo-won said, “I think it is meaningful that through this exchange, we have expanded our cooperative relationship from secondary battery production facilities to the comprehensive logistics sector,” and added, “We will maximize synergy by combining the technologies and capabilities of both companies.”

ハイビジョンシステム（代表取締役チェ・ドゥウォン）は、グローバル総合物流企業の税方と自己株式を相互に交換し、戦略的パートナーシップを構築すると21日公示を通じて明らかにした。両社はそれぞれ約45億ウォン規模の自己株式を交換し、今後の事業協力範囲を拡大していく計画だ。

今後両社は二次電池のほか、総合物流部門で事業協力の範囲を広げていく予定だ。セバンは、重量物特殊輸送機器（SPMT）を含む重量物輸送能力、グローバル港湾および倉庫ネットワーク、危険物およびバッテリー物流管理経験などを基に統合物流・設備ソリューションを構築する計画だ。ハイビジョンシステムは、高速モーション制御技術とディープラーニングベースのビジョンアルゴリズムを活用して検査および輸送過程で技術的差別化を推進し、「物流-検査ワンストップソリューション」を披露する予定だ。
ハイビジョンシステムチェドゥウォン代表取締役は「今回の交替を通じて二次電池生産設備に続き、総合物流分野へまで協力関係を拡張することになったことを意味あると思う」とし、「両社の技術力と力量を組み合わせて相乗効果を最大化する」と明らかにした。

HiVision Systems（代表：崔斗元） 21日通过公开信息宣布，将与全球综合物流公司世邦（Sebang）通过交换库存股建立战略合作伙伴关系。两家公司将分别交换价值约45亿韩元的库存股，并计划在未来扩大业务合作范围。
此次股权互换旨在进一步加强两家公司之间的合作关系，主要目的是扩大联合业务，尤其是在二次电池和物流业务领域。HiVision Systems自2021年成立二次电池业务部门以来，自2022年起与世邦集团旗下的世邦锂电池公司签订了供货合同，继续保持合作关系。

HiVision System et Sebang vont échanger 4,5 milliards de wons d'actions
HiVision Systems (PDG Choi Doo-won) a annoncé le 21 janvier, par voie de communiqué public, la création d'un partenariat stratégique avec Sebang, société mondiale de logistique intégrée, par l'échange d'actions propres. Les deux entreprises échangeront chacune des actions propres d'une valeur d'environ 4,5 milliards de wons et prévoient d'élargir leur coopération commerciale à l'avenir.
Cet échange d'actions vise à renforcer la coopération entre les deux entreprises et vise principalement à développer leurs activités communes, notamment dans les secteurs des batteries secondaires et de la logistique. Depuis la création du secteur des batteries secondaires en 2021, HiVision Systems a poursuivi sa coopération en signant un contrat d'approvisionnement avec Sebang Lithium Battery, filiale du groupe Sebang, en 2022.
De plus, suite au développement et à la réception d'une commande pour une ligne de production de batteries auxiliaires secondaires (P-LBM) en 2022, la société commencera à fournir sérieusement des lignes de production de modules de batteries secondaires (BMA : Battery Module Assembly) à partir de 2023, et a reçu des commandes pour un total de trois lignes à ce jour.
À l'avenir, les deux entreprises prévoient d'étendre leur coopération commerciale au-delà des batteries secondaires, pour inclure le secteur de la logistique intégrée. Sebang prévoit de développer une solution intégrée de logistique et d'installations, s'appuyant sur ses capacités de transport lourd, notamment ses équipements de transport lourd à usage spécifique (SPMT), son réseau mondial de ports et d'entrepôts, et son expérience en gestion logistique des matières dangereuses et des batteries. HiVision Systems poursuivra sa différenciation technologique dans les processus d'inspection et de transport en utilisant une technologie de contrôle de mouvement à grande vitesse et des algorithmes de vision basés sur l'apprentissage profond, et présentera une solution unique pour l'inspection et la logistique.
Choi Doo-won, PDG de HiVision Systems, a déclaré : « Je pense qu'il est significatif que grâce à cet échange, nous ayons étendu notre relation de coopération des installations de production de batteries secondaires au secteur logistique complet », et a ajouté : « Nous maximiserons la synergie en combinant les technologies et les capacités des deux entreprises. »
