웨이브샤인테크는 21일 한국투자액셀러레이터(이하 한투AC)로부터 시드(Seed) 투자를 유치했다고 밝혔다. 이번 투자에는 한투AC가 단독으로 참여했으며, 투자금은 핵심 인재 채용, 제품 고도화, 지식재산권 확보, 글로벌 시장 진출 준비 등에 활용될 예정이다.
웨이브샤인테크는 배터리 기반의 초저전력 지능형 표면 기술을 개발하고 있다. 이 기술은 기존의 유선 통신망이나 고출력 중계기 없이도 통신 음영 지역을 해소할 수 있도록 설계됐다. 타일형 구조로 확장이 가능하며, 건물 내부, 지하 공간, 도서 지역, 옥외 환경뿐 아니라 위성·드론 통신 등 다양한 환경에서 통신 보조 인프라로 적용될 수 있다.
회사는 KT, LG전자 등 국내 주요 통신·전자기업과의 PoC(개념 검증) 협력을 통해 기술력을 검증한 바 있으며, 현재 양산화 준비 및 미국, 일본 등 해외 시장 진출에 속도를 내고 있다. 또한, CES 2026 등 주요 글로벌 전시회 참가를 통해 제품 인지도를 높이고 해외 파트너십을 확대할 계획이다.

Wave Shine Tech announced on the 21st that it had received seed investment from Korea Investment Accelerator (hereinafter referred to as Hantu AC) . WaveShineTech is developing battery-based, ultra-low-power intelligent surface technology. This technology is designed to eliminate communication dead zones without existing wired communication networks or high-power repeaters. It can be expanded into a tile-like structure and can be applied as a communication auxiliary infrastructure in various environments such as inside buildings, underground spaces, islands, and outdoor environments, as well as satellite and drone communications.
The company has verified its technological prowess through PoC (proof of concept) collaborations with major domestic telecommunications and electronics companies such as KT and LG Electronics, and is currently accelerating preparations for mass production and entry into overseas markets such as the US and Japan. In addition, it plans to increase product awareness and expand overseas partnerships by participating in major global exhibitions such as CES 2026.

WaveShineTech développe une technologie de surface intelligente à batterie et à très faible consommation d'énergie. Cette technologie est conçue pour éliminer les zones mortes de communication sans réseaux filaires ni répéteurs haute puissance.
