글로벌 IT 솔루션 유통 및 기술 서비스 기업 ㈜아이펠스(대표 조현민)는 LG전자(대표 조주완)와 소프트웨어 솔루션 마스터 공급계약(Master Supply Agreement)을 체결하고, 북미를 중심으로 한 글로벌 시장 공략에 본격 착수했다고 22일 밝혔다.
이번 계약을 통해 아이펠스는 LG전자의 OTA(Over-the-Air) 디바이스 관리(DM) 소프트웨어 솔루션을 글로벌 고객사에 공급할 수 있는 권한을 확보했다. 아이펠스는 이를 바탕으로 북미를 포함한 다양한 지역의 고객사에 맞춤형 구축, 기술지원, 유지보수 등 통합 서비스를 제공할 계획이다.
아이펠스는 임베디드 시스템 개발 및 원격 유지보수 분야에서 검증된 기술력을 보유한 기업으로, LG에너지솔루션, LS ELECTRIC 등 국내외 주요 제조사를 대상으로 OTA 기반 프로젝트를 수행한 바 있다. 이번 협업을 통해 고객 맞춤형 컨설팅부터 업데이트 프로세스 설계, 사후 운영까지 제품 생애주기 전반을 지원하는 글로벌 기술 파트너로서의 역할을 강화할 방침이다.
또한 아이펠스는 자체 인재 매칭 플랫폼인 ‘DigiJob’을 통해 육성한 필리핀 현지 IT 인력을 본 프로젝트에 투입한다. 해당 인력은 OTA 기술 이해도와 글로벌 프로젝트 경험을 바탕으로 현지 고객 대응 역량과 운영 효율성을 갖춘 것으로 평가된다. 향후 양사는 공동 마케팅, 현지 지원 거점 확대, 신규 기능 공동 개발 등 협력 범위를 단계적으로 확대해 나갈 예정이다.
아이펠스 조현민 대표는 “이번 협력을 통해 북미 시장 내 입지를 강화하고, 글로벌 고객에게 최적화된 서비스를 제공하겠다”고 말했다.
LG전자 관계자는 “북미 시장에서 실행력을 갖춘 파트너와 협력하게 되어 기대가 크며, 이번 계약이 LG전자 솔루션의 글로벌 확장을 위한 전환점이 될 것으로 본다”고 밝혔다.

Eifels Signs Supply Agreement with LG Electronics for 'Software Solution Master'
Ipels Co., Ltd. (CEO Hyunmin Cho), a global IT solution distribution and technology service company, announced on the 22nd that it has signed a software solution master supply agreement (MSA) with LG Electronics (CEO Joowan Cho) and has begun full-scale conquest of the global market centered on North America.

In addition, Eifels will deploy local IT personnel in the Philippines, trained through its own talent matching platform, 'DigiJob', to this project. These personnel are evaluated to have local customer response capabilities and operational efficiency based on their understanding of OTA technology and global project experience. In the future, the two companies plan to gradually expand the scope of their cooperation, including joint marketing, expansion of local support bases, and joint development of new functions.
