제주창조경제혁신센터(센터장 이병선, 이하 제주센터)는 제주 전략산업과 연계해 성장 가능성이 높은 유망 스타트업을 발굴하고 지원하기 위한 투자기업 모집에 나선다고 22일 밝혔다.
제주센터는 스타트업의 성장 단계에 따라 초기 단계부터 시리즈 투자까지 직접투자를 진행하며, 이를 통해 시장 진입 및 확장, 후속 투자 유치 등 기업의 성장을 체계적으로 지원한다는 계획이다.
투자 이후에는 ▲프리팁스(Pre-TIPS) 및 팁스(TIPS), 융자(LIPS) 연계 ▲재무·법률 전문가 컨설팅 ▲글로벌 진출 및 후속 투자사 연결 ▲업무공간 제공 및 주소지 등록 등 다양한 성장지원 프로그램을 제공한다.
모집 대상은 기술력과 사업성을 기반으로 시장 경쟁력을 갖춘 스타트업이나, 글로벌 시장 진출을 추진 중인 기업이다. 신청은 오는 7월 25일(금) 오후 5시까지 제주센터 공식 홈페이지를 통해 접수할 수 있으며, 최종 투자 계약은 9월 중 체결될 예정이다.
제주센터는 지금까지 총 46개사에 52억 6,000만 원 규모의 투자를 집행했다. 이 가운데 11개사는 제주센터 추천을 통해 중소벤처기업부의 기술창업 투자 프로그램인 팁스(TIPS)에, 3개사는 융자 연계 프로그램 립스(LIPS)에 선정됐다.
제주센터 관계자는 “센터의 직접투자와 후속지원 프로그램을 통해 유망 스타트업들이 안정적으로 성장할 수 있도록 돕고 있다”며 “올 하반기 투자 유치를 희망하는 스타트업의 많은 관심과 참여를 바란다”고 말했다.

Jeju Center, Recruiting Investment Companies for Promising Startups
The Jeju Center for Creative Economy and Innovation (Director Lee Byeong-seon, hereinafter referred to as the Jeju Center) announced on the 22nd that it will begin recruiting investment companies to discover and support promising startups with high growth potential in connection with Jeju’s strategic industries.
Jeju Center plans to carry out direct investments from the initial stages to series investments according to the growth stage of startups, and through this, systematically support the growth of companies, including market entry and expansion, and attracting follow-up investments.
After the investment, we provide various growth support programs such as ▲Pre-TIPS, TIPS, and LIPS linkage ▲Financial and legal expert consulting ▲Global expansion and connection with follow-up investors ▲Provision of office space and address registration.
The target of the recruitment is a startup with market competitiveness based on technology and business viability, or a company that is pursuing entry into the global market. Applications can be submitted through the Jeju Center official website until 5:00 PM on Friday, July 25, and the final investment contract is expected to be signed in September.
Jeju Center has invested a total of 5.26 billion won in 46 companies so far. Among them, 11 companies were selected for TIPS, a technology startup investment program of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, through Jeju Center’s recommendation, and 3 companies were selected for LIPS, a loan-linked program.
A Jeju Center official said, “We are helping promising startups grow steadily through the center’s direct investment and follow-up support programs,” and “We hope to see a lot of interest and participation from startups hoping to attract investment in the second half of this year.”

募集対象は技術力と事業性をベースに市場競争力を備えたスタートアップや、グローバル市場進出を推進中の企業だ。申請は来る7月25日(金)午後5時まで済州センター公式ホームページを通じて受付することができ、最終投資契約は9月中に締結される予定だ。
済州センターはこれまで総46社に52億6,000万ウォン規模の投資を執行した。このうち11社は済州センター推薦を通じて中小ベンチャー企業部の技術創業投資プログラムであるティップス(TIPS)に、3社は融資連携プログラムリップス(LIPS)に選ばれた。

Le Centre de Jeju pour l'économie créative et l'innovation (directeur Lee Byeong-seon, ci-après dénommé le Centre de Jeju) a annoncé le 22 qu'il commencerait à recruter des sociétés d'investissement pour découvrir et soutenir des startups prometteuses à fort potentiel de croissance en lien avec les industries stratégiques de Jeju.
Le Jeju Center prévoit de réaliser des investissements directs depuis les étapes initiales jusqu'aux investissements en série en fonction du stade de croissance des startups, et ainsi de soutenir systématiquement la croissance des entreprises, y compris l'entrée sur le marché et l'expansion, et d'attirer des investissements de suivi.
Après l'investissement, nous proposons divers programmes de soutien à la croissance tels que ▲Liaison pré-TIPS, TIPS et LIPS ▲Conseil d'experts financiers et juridiques ▲Expansion mondiale et connexion avec les investisseurs de suivi ▲Fourniture d'espaces de bureaux et enregistrement d'adresse.
Le recrutement vise les startups compétitives sur le marché grâce à leur technologie et leur viabilité commerciale, ou les entreprises souhaitant pénétrer le marché mondial.
