삼양라운드스퀘어㈜(대표 장석훈)와 제주스타트업협회(회장 양일석)가 18일 삼양라운드스퀘어 본사에서 제주 스타트업 역량 강화를 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다.
양측은 이번 협약을 통해 삼양라운드스퀘어의 글로벌 유통망·마케팅 전략·제조 노하우와 제주스타트업협회의 지역 기반 혁신 창업기업 네트워크를 결합하여 스타트업의 지속 가능한 성장 모델을 구축할 방침이다.
협약서에는 ▲공동 기획행사 및 사회적 가치 확산 활동 ▲지역 현안 해결을 위한 문제해결형 혁신 프로젝트 ▲글로벌 유통망 활용 신제품·서비스 공동 개발 ▲콜라보 마케팅 및 캠페인 추진 ▲유망 스타트업 투자·액셀러레이팅 연계 ▲푸드테크 기반 공동 R&D·오픈이노베이션 등 7개 협력 분야가 명시됐다.
장석훈 삼양라운드스퀘어 대표는 “제주 지역 스타트업의 혁신 기술과 당사의 글로벌 네트워크가 만난다면, 푸드테크 산업의 새로운 지평을 열 수 있을 것”이라며 “상생과 사회적 가치를 추구하는 ESG 원칙 아래 협력을 강화해 나가겠다”고 말했다.
양일석 제주스타트업협회 회장(어니스트마케팅 대표)도 “대기업과 지역상생의 모델을 구축하고, 제주의 유망 스타트업들이 글로벌 시장으로 도약할 수 있도록 다양한 지원과 기회를 제공하겠다”며 “이번 MOU가 지역 균형 발전의 좋은 본보기가 되길 기대한다”고 밝혔다.

Samyang Round Square Signs Business Agreement with Jeju Startup Association
Samyang Round Square Co., Ltd. (CEO Jang Seok-hoon) and Jeju Startup Association (Chairman Yang Il-seok) signed a business agreement (MOU) to strengthen Jeju startup capabilities at Samyang Round Square headquarters on the 18th.
Through this agreement, both parties plan to build a sustainable growth model for startups by combining Samyang Round Square’s global distribution network, marketing strategy, and manufacturing know-how with Jeju Startup Association’s regional network of innovative startup companies.
The agreement specifies seven areas of cooperation, including ▲joint planning events and social value expansion activities ▲problem-solving innovation projects to resolve regional issues ▲joint development of new products and services utilizing global distribution networks ▲promotion of collaborative marketing and campaigns ▲investment and acceleration of promising startups ▲joint R&D and open innovation based on food tech.
Jang Seok-hoon, CEO of Samyang Round Square, said, “If the innovative technologies of Jeju regional startups and our global network meet, we will be able to open new horizons for the food tech industry,” adding, “We will strengthen cooperation under the ESG principles of pursuing coexistence and social value.”
Yang Il-seok, Chairman of Jeju Startup Association (CEO of Earnest Marketing), also said, “We will establish a model of coexistence between large corporations and the region and provide various support and opportunities so that promising Jeju startups can leap into the global market,” adding, “I hope this MOU will become a good example of balanced regional development.”

サムヤンラウンドスクエア(代表チャン・ソクフン)と済州スタートアップ協会(会長ヤン・イルソク)が18日、サムヤンラウンドスクエア本社で済州スタートアップ力量強化のための業務協約(MOU)を締結した。

チャン・ソクフン三陽ラウンドスクエア代表は「済州地域スタートアップの革新技術と当社のグローバルネットワークが出会えば、フードテック産業の新たな地平を開くことができるだろう」とし「共生と社会的価値を追求するESG原則の下で協力を強化していく」と話した。
ヤン・イルソク済州スタートアップ協会会長（アーニストマーケティング代表）も「大企業と地域共生のモデルを構築し、済州の有望なスタートアップがグローバル市場に飛躍できるように多様な支援と機会を提供する」とし「今回のMOUが地域バランス発展の良い本見になることを期待する」と明らかにした。

三养Round Square株式会社（代表理事长张锡勋）与济州创业协会（会长杨日锡）18日在三养Round Square总部签署了旨在加强济州创业力的事业协议书（MOU）。
通过此次协议，双方计划将三养Round Square的全球分销网络、营销战略和制造技术与济州创业协会的区域创新型初创企业网络相结合，打造初创企业的可持续增长模式。

Samyang Round Square signe un accord commercial avec l'association des startups de Jeju
Samyang Round Square Co., Ltd. (PDG Jang Seok-hoon) et Jeju Startup Association (président Yang Il-seok) ont signé un accord commercial (MOU) pour renforcer les capacités des startups de Jeju au siège de Samyang Round Square le 18.
Grâce à cet accord, les deux parties prévoient de construire un modèle de croissance durable pour les startups en combinant le réseau de distribution mondial, la stratégie marketing et le savoir-faire de fabrication de Samyang Round Square avec le réseau régional de startups innovantes de la Jeju Startup Association.
