에듀테크 기업 북아이피스(공동대표 윤미선·김관백)가 베트남 하노이국립외국어대학교 한국어 및 한국문화학부와 한국어 교육 및 글로벌 문화 교류를 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 25일 밝혔다.
협약식은 북아이피스 윤미선 공동대표와 하노이국립외국어대학교 한국문화학부 쩐 티 흐엉(Tran Thi Huong) 학부장이 참석한 가운데 진행됐다. 양 기관은 2025년 9월 한국에서 운영 예정인 시범 프로그램의 커리큘럼 구성과 참가 학생 유치 방안에 대해 협의했다.
이와 관련해 북아이피스는 지난 23일 하노이국립외국어대학교 재학생들을 대상으로 한국어 교육 프로그램 설명회를 원격으로 개최했다. 설명회에서는 한국관광공사 및 문화체육관광부 등 유관 기관과 연계한 캠프형 프로그램의 운영 방안이 공유됐다. 해당 프로그램은 학습과 놀이를 결합한 형태로 구성될 예정이다.
양 기관은 이번 협약을 시작으로 장기적인 교육 협력 확대 및 교류 강화 방안도 함께 검토 중이다. 하노이국립외국어대학교는 베트남 내 대표적인 외국어 특성화 국립대학으로, 한국어 전공 학생 수가 많은 대학 중 하나다.
한편 북아이피스는 지난 6월 베트남 현지를 방문해 한국어 교육 수요에 대한 시장 조사를 실시했다. 현지 대학 한국어학과 교수진과의 면담은 물론, 한국어 학원 및 서점과도 실무 협의를 진행하며 교육 콘텐츠 현지화를 위한 기반을 마련했다.
북아이피스 측은 이번 협약을 통해 베트남 내 한국어 학습 수요에 대응하고, 정식 저작권을 기반으로 한 교육 콘텐츠 보급을 확대해 나갈 계획이라고 밝혔다.

North Eyes, Hanoi National University of Foreign Studies and Korean Language Education Cooperation MOU Signed
Edtech company Bookipis (Co-CEOs Mi-sun Yoon and Gwan-baek Kim) announced on the 25th that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with the Department of Korean Language and Culture at Hanoi National University of Foreign Languages in Vietnam for Korean language education and global cultural exchange.
The signing ceremony was held with the attendance of Co-CEO of North IPIS Yoon Mi-sun and Dean of the Department of Korean Culture at Hanoi National University of Foreign Studies Tran Thi Huong. The two organizations discussed the curriculum composition of the pilot program scheduled to be operated in Korea in September 2025 and ways to attract participating students.
In relation to this, on the 23rd, Bookipis remotely held a briefing session on the Korean language education program for students at Hanoi National University of Foreign Languages. At the briefing session, the operation plan for the camp-type program in cooperation with related organizations such as the Korea Tourism Organization and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism was shared. The program will be structured in a form that combines learning and play.
Starting with this agreement, the two institutions are also reviewing ways to expand long-term educational cooperation and strengthen exchanges. Hanoi National University of Foreign Languages is a representative national university specializing in foreign languages in Vietnam, and is one of the universities with a large number of Korean language major students.
Meanwhile, Bookipis visited Vietnam in June and conducted a market survey on the demand for Korean language education. In addition to interviews with professors in Korean language departments at local universities, they also held practical consultations with Korean language schools and bookstores, laying the foundation for localizing educational content.
The North Eyes side stated that through this agreement, they plan to respond to the demand for Korean language learning in Vietnam and expand the distribution of educational content based on official copyright.

北アイピース、ハノイ国立外国語大学と韓国語教育協力MOU締結
エデュテク企業北アイピース（共同代表ユン・ミソン・キム・グァンベク）がベトナムハノイ国立外国語大学韓国語及び韓国文化学部と韓国語教育及びグローバル文化交流のための業務協約（ＭＯＵ）を締結したと２５日明らかにした。
協約式は、北アイピースのユン・ミソン共同代表とハノイ国立外国語大学韓国文化学部のチェン・ティ・フアン（Tran Thi Huong）学部長が参加した中で行われた。両機関は2025年9月、韓国で運営予定のパイロットプログラムのカリキュラム構成と参加学生誘致方案について協議した。
これに関連して、北アイピースは23日、ハノイ国立外国語大学在学生を対象に韓国語教育プログラム説明会を遠隔で開催した。説明会では、韓国観光公社や文化体育観光部などの関連機関と連携したキャンプ型プログラムの運営方案が共有された。このプログラムは、学習と遊びを組み合わせた形で構成される予定だ。
両機関は今回の条約を皮切りに長期的な教育協力拡大及び交流強化方案も共に検討中だ。ハノイ国立外国語大学はベトナム内の代表的な外国語特性化国立大学で、韓国語専攻学生数の多い大学の一つだ。
一方、北アイピースは6月にベトナム現地を訪問し、韓国語教育需要に対する市場調査を実施した。現地大学韓国語学科教授陣との面談はもちろん、韓国語学院及び書店とも実務協議を進め、教育コンテンツのローカライゼーションのための基盤を設けた。
北アイピース側は今回の条約を通じてベトナム内の韓国語学習需要に対応し、正式著作権を基盤とした教育コンテンツの普及を拡大していく計画だと明らかにした。

North Eyes与河内外国语大学及韩国语教育合作MOU签署
教育科技公司Bookipis（联合代表理事：尹美善、金冠白） 25日表示，与越南河内外国语大学韩语文化系签署了关于韩语教育及全球文化交流的业务协议（MOU）。
北国际教育学院（IPIS）联合首席执行官尹美顺与河内外国语大学韩国文化系主任陈氏香出席了签字仪式。双方就计划于2025年9月在韩国实施的试点项目的课程设置及吸引学生的方式进行了讨论。
与此相关，Bookipis于23日以远程方式举行了河内外国语大学学生韩语教育项目说明会。说明会上，介绍了与韩国旅游发展局、文化体育观光部等相关机构合作开展的露营式项目的运营计划。该项目将以学习与娱乐相结合的形式进行。
以此协议为契机，两校还将探讨扩大长期教育合作、加强交流的途径。河内国立外国语大学是越南具有代表性的外语类国立大学，也是韩语专业学生数量较多的大学之一。
同时，Bookipis于6月访问越南，对韩国语教育需求进行了市场调查。除了采访当地大学韩语系教授外，还与韩国语学校和书店进行了实际咨询，为教育内容的本地化奠定了基础。
North Eyes方面表示，通过此次协议，计划响应越南的韩语学习需求，扩大基于官方版权的教育内容的分发。

Signature d'un protocole d'accord entre North Eyes, l'Université nationale des études étrangères de Hanoi et l'enseignement de la langue coréenne
La société Edtech Bookipis (co-PDG Mi-sun Yoon et Gwan-baek Kim) a annoncé le 25 avoir signé un accord commercial (MOU) avec le Département de langue et culture coréennes de l'Université nationale des langues étrangères de Hanoi au Vietnam pour l'enseignement de la langue coréenne et les échanges culturels mondiaux.
La cérémonie de signature s'est déroulée en présence de Yoon Mi-sun, co-PDG de North IPIS, et de Tran Thi Huong, doyenne du département de culture coréenne de l'Université nationale des études étrangères de Hanoï. Les deux organisations ont discuté de la composition du programme pilote, qui sera mis en œuvre en Corée en septembre 2025, et des moyens d'attirer les étudiants participants.
À ce propos, le 23, Bookipis a organisé à distance une séance d'information sur le programme d'enseignement du coréen destiné aux étudiants de l'Université nationale des langues étrangères de Hanoï. Lors de cette séance, le plan d'action de ce programme de type camp, en coopération avec des organisations concernées telles que l'Office coréen du tourisme et le ministère de la Culture, des Sports et du Tourisme, a été présenté. Le programme sera structuré de manière à allier apprentissage et jeu.
À partir de cet accord, les deux institutions étudient également les moyens d'étendre leur coopération éducative à long terme et de renforcer leurs échanges. L'Université nationale des langues étrangères de Hanoï est une université nationale représentative spécialisée en langues étrangères au Vietnam et compte parmi les universités comptant un grand nombre d'étudiants en coréen.
Parallèlement, Bookipis s'est rendu au Vietnam en juin et a mené une étude de marché sur la demande d'enseignement du coréen. Outre des entretiens avec des professeurs des départements de coréen des universités locales, l'équipe a également mené des consultations pratiques avec des écoles et des librairies de langue coréenne, jetant ainsi les bases de la localisation des contenus pédagogiques.
La partie North Eyes a déclaré que grâce à cet accord, elle envisage de répondre à la demande d'apprentissage de la langue coréenne au Vietnam et d'élargir la distribution de contenu éducatif basé sur le droit d'auteur officiel.
