뉴패러다임인베스트먼트(공동대표 배상승, 박제현)는 28일, 글로벌 셀러 대상 AI 환급 자동화 솔루션을 개발한 스타트업 ㈜리펀디(대표 박신욱)에 시드 투자를 단행했다고 밝혔다.
리펀디는 해외 오픈마켓에서 활동하는 구매대행 셀러를 위해 할인차액 환급 및 캐시백 과정을 자동화하는 AI 기반 솔루션을 제공하고 있다. 자체 기술을 통해 판매 상품의 가격 변동을 실시간으로 추적하고, 셀러가 별도의 절차 없이 차액 환급을 받을 수 있도록 전 과정을 자동화한 것이 특징이다.
리펀디에 따르면, 자사 솔루션 도입 이후 셀러들의 환급 신청 시간이 기존 평균 하루 1시간에서 클릭 한 번으로 단축됐으며, 환급 성공률은 20%에서 80% 수준으로 향상됐다. 현재 유료 고객 수는 3,000명을 돌파했으며, 85%의 리텐션율을 기록하고 있다.
리펀디는 일본어·영어 기반 다국어 서비스를 운영하며 글로벌 시장 확장에 박차를 가하고 있다. 특히 단순 환급 서비스를 넘어, 셀러 업무 전반의 자동화를 목표로 ‘AI 셀러 에이전트’로의 진화를 추진 중이다.
박신욱 대표는 “글로벌 셀러들이 놓치고 있는 숨은 수익을 찾아주는 솔루션으로, 반복 업무의 90% 이상을 자동화할 수 있다”며 “이번 투자 유치를 계기로 일본, 미국 등 주요 시장 진출을 본격화하겠다”고 밝혔다.
