디지털 헬스케어 솔루션 기업 메디팔은 베트남 하노이에 위치한 H+ 인터내셔널 메디컬센터 헬스케어 & 폴리클리닉(이하 H+하노이)과 병의원 재진 환자 관리 B2B SaaS(Software as a Service) 솔루션 ‘애프터닥(Afterdoc)’ 공급 계약을 체결했다고 28일 밝혔다.
이번 계약은 메디팔의 베트남 시장 첫 진출 사례로, 급속히 성장 중인 베트남 디지털 헬스케어 시장 내 입지를 확보하기 위한 전략적 행보로 풀이된다. 글로벌 시장조사기관 IMARC 그룹에 따르면, 베트남 디지털 헬스 시장은 2024년 기준 약 25억 달러 규모에서 2034년까지 약 95억 달러로 성장할 것으로 전망된다.
메디팔이 2021년 선보인 애프터닥은 병의원이 환자 진료 이후에도 지속적으로 소통하고, 치료 주기에 맞춘 맞춤형 예후 관리를 자동화할 수 있도록 지원하는 솔루션이다. 이를 통해 환자 만족도를 높이고, 병의원에는 재방문율 및 운영 효율성 제고 효과를 제공한다.
애프터닥을 도입한 H+하노이는 H+양지병원의 첫 해외 분원으로, 2024년 12월 베트남 하노이에 개원했다. 총 3,000㎡ 규모의 의료시설로 내과, 외과, 응급의학과 등 12개 진료과를 갖추고 있으며, 향후 첨단 디지털 헬스케어 기술을 기반으로 한 환자 맞춤형 협진 체계 구축을 추진하고 있다.
김상일 H+양지병원 병원장은 “이번 솔루션 도입은 병원 운영 효율성과 환자 경험 관리 고도화를 동시에 달성하기 위한 전략”이라며, “현지에서도 디지털 헬스케어 선도 병원으로 자리매김할 수 있을 것”이라고 밝혔다.
메디팔 강종일 대표는 “H+양지병원의 첫 해외 분원에 솔루션을 공급하게 된 것은 의미 있는 이정표”라며, “이번 베트남 진출을 계기로 글로벌 애프터케어 서비스 시장에서의 경쟁력을 더욱 확대해 나가겠다”고 말했다.

Medipal to supply 'hospital re-examination patient management solution' to H+ Hanoi, Vietnam
Medipal , a digital healthcare solution company, announced on the 28th that it signed a contract to supply 'Afterdoc', a B2B SaaS (Software as a Service) solution for hospital re-examination patient management, to H+ International Medical Center Healthcare & Polyclinic (hereinafter H+ Hanoi) located in Hanoi, Vietnam.
This contract is Medipal’s first case of entering the Vietnamese market, and is interpreted as a strategic move to secure a position in the rapidly growing Vietnamese digital healthcare market. According to global market research firm IMARC Group, the Vietnamese digital health market is expected to grow from approximately USD 2.5 billion in 2024 to approximately USD 9.5 billion by 2034.
Afterdoc, launched by Medipal in 2021, is a solution that allows hospitals and clinics to continuously communicate with patients after treatment and automate customized prognosis management according to the treatment cycle. This increases patient satisfaction and provides hospitals with the effect of improving revisit rates and operational efficiency.
H+ Hanoi, which introduced Afterdoc, is the first overseas branch of H+ Yangji Hospital and opened in Hanoi, Vietnam in December 2024. It is a medical facility with a total area of 3,000㎡ and has 12 departments including internal medicine, surgery, and emergency medicine. In the future, it is promoting the establishment of a patient-tailored collaborative treatment system based on cutting-edge digital healthcare technology.
Kim Sang-il, the director of H+ Yangji Hospital, said, “The introduction of this solution is a strategy to simultaneously achieve hospital operational efficiency and advanced patient experience management,” and “It will allow us to establish ourselves as a leading hospital in digital healthcare in the local area.”
Medipal CEO Kang Jong-il said, “It is a meaningful milestone to be able to supply solutions to the first overseas branch of H+ Yangji Hospital,” and added, “We will use this entry into Vietnam as an opportunity to further expand our competitiveness in the global aftercare service market.”

Medipal , une société de solutions de santé numérique, a annoncé le 28 avoir signé un contrat pour fournir « Afterdoc », une solution SaaS (Software as a Service) B2B pour la gestion des patients lors des réexamens hospitaliers, à H+ International Medical Center Healthcare & Polyclinic (ci-après H+ Hanoi) situé à Hanoi, au Vietnam.
Ce contrat constitue la première entrée de Medipal sur le marché vietnamien et est interprété comme une initiative stratégique visant à consolider sa position sur le marché vietnamien de la santé numérique, en pleine expansion. Selon le cabinet d'études de marché international IMARC Group, le marché vietnamien de la santé numérique devrait passer d'environ 2,5 milliards de dollars américains en 2024 à environ 9,5 milliards de dollars américains en 2034.
Afterdoc, lancé par Medipal en 2021, est une solution qui permet aux hôpitaux et cliniques de communiquer en continu avec les patients après leur traitement et d'automatiser la gestion personnalisée du pronostic en fonction du cycle de traitement. Cela augmente la satisfaction des patients et permet aux hôpitaux d'améliorer leurs taux de réexamen et leur efficacité opérationnelle.
