ICT 전문기업 유큐브(대표 김정범)가 벤처캐피탈(VC) 및 투자금융사로부터 첫 외부 투자 유치에 성공하며 상장 준비에 본격적인 시동을 걸었다. 이번 시리즈A 투자 유치에는 GB벤처스와 IBK캐피탈이 공동으로 참여했으며, 총 20억 원 규모로 실행됐다.
유큐브는 이번 투자를 시작으로 오는 9월까지 시리즈A 라운드를 마무리할 계획이며, 포스트밸류에이션 400억 원을 목표로 추가 투자 유치에 박차를 가하고 있다.
유큐브는 SI, SM 사업 분야에서 매년 2배 이상의 성장을 거듭하며 지난해 374억 원의 매출액을 달성하는 등 안정적인 실적을 기반으로 투자 유치에 성공했다.
유큐브는 올 초 KB증권을 IPO 주관사로 선정하고, IPO를 위한 준비에 속도를 내고 있다. 이번 시리즈A 투자를 통해 공공 AX사업(AI 전환)과 양자암호화 기반 국방 분야로의 진출을 본격화하고 있으며, 향후 미래 성장동력 강화를 통해 기업가치를 두 배 이상 끌어올리겠다는 비전을 제시했다.
유큐브는 공공 분야 AX 사업을 연달아 수주하며 시장 선도 기업으로 자리매김 중이다. 지난 5월에는 행정안전부의 ‘2025년 지능형 업무관리플랫폼 구축 사업’과 한국지능정보사회진흥원의 ‘범정부 초거대 AI 공통 기반 구현 사업’ 등 대형 AI 프로젝트를 연이어 수주했다. 이와 함께 자체 솔루션인 ‘큐브아이AX에이전트(CUBE i AX Agent)’와 ‘큐브아이웍스(CUBE i Works)’를 통해 AX 전환을 지원하고 있다. 또한, 국방 분야에서는 양자암호화 기술을 활용한 통합 보안 솔루션 ‘큐브아이Q-KDS(CUBE i Q-KDS)’를 통해 시장 공략을 본격화하고 있다.

ICT specialist Ucube (CEO Kim Jeong-beom) has successfully secured its first external investment from venture capital (VC) and investment banks, kicking off preparations for its IPO. GB Ventures and IBK Capital jointly participated in this Series A round, which totaled 2 billion won.
Starting with this investment, Ucube plans to complete its Series A round by September and is accelerating efforts to attract additional investment with a post-valuation target of 40 billion won.
Ucube has successfully attracted investment based on its stable performance, including achieving sales of 37.4 billion won last year, with annual growth of more than twofold in the SI and SM business sectors.
Earlier this year, Ucube selected KB Securities as its IPO lead manager and is accelerating its IPO preparations. Through this Series A investment, the company is accelerating its expansion into the public AX business (AI transformation) and quantum cryptography-based defense sectors. The company also announced a vision to more than double its corporate value by strengthening its future growth engines.
CUBE is solidifying its position as a market leader by securing a series of public sector AX projects. In May, it secured a series of large-scale AI projects, including the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's "2025 Intelligent Work Management Platform Construction Project" and the Korea Intelligence Information Society Agency's "Government-wide Large-Scale AI Common Infrastructure Implementation Project." Furthermore, CUBE is supporting the AX transition through its proprietary solutions, "CUBE i AX Agent" and "CUBE i Works." Furthermore, in the defense sector, the company is actively targeting the market with "CUBE i Q-KDS," an integrated security solution leveraging quantum cryptography technology.

Par ailleurs, dans le secteur de la défense, l'entreprise cible activement le marché avec « CUBE i Q-KDS », une solution de sécurité intégrée exploitant la technologie de cryptographie quantique.
