낭만아지트는 IBK기업은행이 주관하는 스타트업 액셀러레이팅 프로그램 ‘IBK창공 UNIST 캠프’의 2025년 하반기 혁신창업기업으로 최종 선정됐다고 밝혔다.
‘IBK창공’은 전국 7개 거점에서 성장 가능성이 높은 혁신창업기업을 선정해, ▲IBK금융그룹의 투자 및 금융 연계 지원 ▲IR 컨설팅 및 데모데이 참여 ▲전문 멘토링 ▲지식재산, 세무, 법률 등 실무 자문 ▲국내외 판로 및 마케팅 지원 등 폭넓은 액셀러레이팅 프로그램을 지원한다.
낭만아지트의 서비스 ‘머뭄(mumum)’은 부동산 특화된 생성형 AI를 기반으로 미래 매물 추천, 현재 매물 추천, 부동산 상담, 매물 위험도 분석 등 종합적인 기능을 제공하는 부동산 플랫폼이다. 단순 매물 탐색을 넘어 안전하고 편리한 주거 경험을 돕는 서비스로, 현재 국내 주요 부동산 기업과 협력해 서비스 범위를 확장 중이다.
낭만아지트는 이번 프로그램을 통해 IBK기업은행의 네트워크와 전문 액셀러레이팅을 기반으로 글로벌 진출 및 사업 확장에 박차를 가할 계획이다. 오는 8월부터 머뭄의 매물 추천 서비스를 시작하며, IBK창공의 투자 및 사업화 지원과의 시너지 효과가 기대된다.
