프리미엄 청소장비 전문기업 카처(Alfred Kärcher SE & Co. KG)의 한국지사인 한국카처㈜는 오는 7월 30일(수)부터 8월 2일(토)까지 서울 코엑스(COEX)에서 열리는 ‘2025 코리아빌드위크(KOREA BUILD WEEK)’ 내 ‘건물유지관리산업전(FACILITIES MANAGEMENT EXPO)’에 참가한다고 29일 밝혔다.
‘건물유지관리산업전’은 ㈜메쎄이상이 주최하며, 건물의 유지·관리·보수를 위한 청소·위생, 설비, 보안, 방역 등 관련 산업의 최신 제품과 기술을 소개하는 전문 전시회다. 해당 전시는 ‘코리아빌드위크’와 동시에 개최되며, 건축 설계·시공사, 공공기관, 관련 협회, 건물주 등 주요 바이어들과의 실질적인 비즈니스 네트워킹을 위한 장으로 운영된다.
한국카처는 이번 전시회에서 산업 및 건물 유지관리 분야에 적합한 다양한 클리닝 솔루션을 선보일 예정이다. 또한 지속가능하고 위생적인 작업 환경 조성을 위한 기술 및 제품 상담도 현장에서 제공할 계획이다.
전시 기간 중 한국카처 부스에서는 ‘CLEARANCE 행사’도 함께 진행된다. 본 행사는 한정 수량으로, 외관상 사용감이 있거나 전시용으로 사용된 제품을 상태에 따라 ‘극미사용’, ‘일부 사용감’, ‘사용감 있음’으로 구분해 최대 50% 할인된 가격에 판매한다. 할인 대상 품목은 현장 부스를 통해 확인할 수 있다.
한국카처 관계자는 “카처는 국내 산업 현장의 위생 및 청결 수준 향상을 위해 기술 개발과 컨설팅을 지속하고 있다”며 “이번 전시회 참가를 통해 고객과의 접점을 확대하고, 새로운 비즈니스 기회를 모색하고자 한다”고 밝혔다.

Korea Karcher participates in the '2025 Korea Build Week' building maintenance industry exhibition
Kärcher Korea Co., Ltd., the Korean branch of premium cleaning equipment specialist Alfred Kärcher SE & Co. KG, announced on the 29th that it will participate in the 'FACILITIES MANAGEMENT EXPO' within the '2025 KOREA BUILD WEEK' held at COEX in Seoul from Wednesday, July 30th to Saturday, August 2nd.
Hosted by Messe E-Sang Co., Ltd., the Building Maintenance Industry Expo showcases the latest products and technologies in cleaning, sanitation, equipment, security, and quarantine related industries for building maintenance, management, and repair. Held concurrently with Korea Build Week, the exhibition serves as a platform for practical business networking with key buyers, including architectural designers and construction companies, public institutions, related associations, and building owners.
At this exhibition, Kärcher Korea will showcase a variety of cleaning solutions suitable for industrial and building maintenance applications. It will also provide on-site technical and product consultations to help create a sustainable and hygienic work environment.
During the exhibition, the Korea Kärcher booth will also host a "CLEARANCE" event. This event will offer a limited number of items, including those that appear worn or were used for display purposes, at discounts of up to 50%. Items with visible signs of wear will be categorized as "very unused," "partially used," or "used." Discounted items will be available at the booth.
A Karcher Korea representative stated, “Karcher is continuing to develop technologies and provide consulting to improve the level of hygiene and cleanliness in domestic industrial sites,” and “Through this exhibition, we hope to expand our contact points with customers and explore new business opportunities.”

Organisé par Messe E-Sang Co., Ltd., le Building Maintenance Industry Expo présente les derniers produits et technologies liés au nettoyage, à l'assainissement, aux équipements, à la sécurité et à la quarantaine pour la maintenance, la gestion et la réparation des bâtiments.
