초기투자액셀러레이터협회(이하 KAIA)는 지난 7월 24일 팁스타운 명우빌딩 유니온스퀘어에서 ‘AC의 미래! AI와 벤처스튜디오?’를 주제로 세미나를 개최했다. 본 행사는 오프라인 70여 명, 온라인 50여 명 등 총 120여 명이 참여했다.
이번 세미나는 데이터 기반 AI/ML 기술을 활용한 액셀러레이션 모델의 진화와 벤처스튜디오 방식의 창업지원 전략을 집중 조명했다. 특히 글로벌 트렌드와 국내 적용 가능성에 대한 발표와 토론이 활발히 이어졌다.
발표 세션에서는 더인벤션랩 김진영 대표, 마크앤컴퍼니 홍경표 대표, 팩트시트 함세희 대표, WILT Venture Builder의 원대로 대표 등이 연사로 참여해 다양한 시각을 공유했다.
첫 발표를 맡은 김진영 대표는 AI 시대의 벤처스튜디오와 투자 전략의 변화 양상을 조망하며, 데이터 기반 창업이 직관 중심의 전통 모델을 대체하고 있다고 강조했다. 특히 디지털 지표 분석과 글로벌 트렌드 기반 전략을 통해 창업과 투자의 효율성이 높아지고 있다고 설명했다.
이어 홍경표 대표는 바텀업과 탑다운 전략을 활용한 스타트업 발굴 방식을 비롯해, 성장 분석, 경쟁사 비교, 고객 데이터 기반 투자 전략 등 데이터 중심 투자 방법론을 폭넓게 소개했다. 특히 AI와 내부 시스템을 활용한 자동화된 성장 예측과 사후 모니터링 방식도 함께 제시하며, 정량적이고 과학적인 투자 접근의 중요성을 강조했다.
다음으로 함세희 대표는 AI 기반 투자 관리 플랫폼 ‘팩트시트’를 통해 ‘기업정보 자동 업데이트 AI 에이전트, 스타트업 가치평가 AI 에이전트’ 프로토타입을 선보이며 투자 업무의 실질적인 혁신 방안을 제시했다.
마지막으로 원대로 대표는 글로벌 창업 환경 변화와 함께, AI 네이티브 벤처 스튜디오의 확산과 시스템 기반 창업의 가능성을 조망하며 국내 스타트업 생태계의 진화 방향을 제언했다.
이어진 패널토론에는 KAIA 전화성 회장(씨엔티테크 대표), KAIA 명승은 부회장(벤처스퀘어 대표), 원대로 대표, 김진영 대표 등 네 명이 참여해 데이터 기반 액셀러레이션의 구조 혁신과 벤처스튜디오의 미래 방향성에 대한 논의를 펼쳤다.
초기투자액셀러레이터협회 전화성 회장은 “벤처 스튜디오 모델은 대한민국 액셀러레이터 시장에 새로운 성장의 기회를 제시하는 전략적 접근”이라며, “AI와 데이터 기반 혁신이 AC 업계의 미래 경쟁력을 결정지을 것”이라고 강조했다.

The Korea Accelerator Association (KAIA) held a seminar titled "The Future of AC! AI and Venture Studios?" on July 24th at the Union Square in the Myungwoo Building in Tipstown. The event was attended by approximately 120 participants, including approximately 70 in person and 50 online.
This seminar focused on the evolution of acceleration models leveraging data-driven AI/ML technologies and venture studio-style startup support strategies. Presentations and discussions on global trends and their potential for domestic application were particularly lively.
In the presentation session, The Invention Lab CEO Jinyoung Kim, Mark & Company CEO Kyungpyo Hong, Factsheet CEO Sehee Ham, and WILT Venture Builder CEO Daero Won participated as speakers and shared various perspectives.
CEO Kim Jin-young, who gave the first presentation, examined the changing landscape of venture studios and investment strategies in the AI era, emphasizing that data-driven startups are replacing traditional models centered on intuition. He specifically explained that digital indicator analysis and global trend-based strategies are increasing the efficiency of startups and investments.
CEO Hong Kyung-pyo then presented a broad range of data-driven investment methodologies, including startup discovery methods utilizing bottom-up and top-down strategies, growth analysis, competitor comparisons, and customer data-driven investment strategies. He also presented automated growth forecasting and post-launch monitoring methods utilizing AI and internal systems, emphasizing the importance of a quantitative and scientific investment approach.
Next, CEO Ham Se-hee presented a practical innovation plan for investment work by introducing prototypes of an 'AI agent for automatic updating of corporate information and an AI agent for startup valuation' through the AI-based investment management platform 'Fact Sheet'.
Finally, CEO Won suggested the direction of evolution for the domestic startup ecosystem, looking at the expansion of AI-native venture studios and the potential for system-based startups alongside the changing global startup environment.
The panel discussion that followed was attended by four people, including KAIA Chairman Jeon Hwa-seong (CEO of CNT Tech), KAIA Vice Chairman Myeong Seung-eun (CEO of Venture Square), CEO Won Dae-ro, and CEO Kim Jin-young, who discussed the structural innovation of data-based acceleration and the future direction of venture studios.
Jeon Hwa-seong, Chairman of the Korea Startup Accelerator Association, said, “The venture studio model is a strategic approach that presents new growth opportunities to the Korean accelerator market,” and emphasized that “AI and data-driven innovation will determine the future competitiveness of the AC industry.”

発表セッションでは、ザインベンションラップキム・ジンヨン代表、マークアンドカンパニーホン・ギョンピョ代表、ファクトシートハン・セヒ代表、WILT Venture Builderのウォンデ代表などが講師として参加し、様々な視点を共有した。
最初の発表を引き受けたキム・ジンヨン代表は、AI時代のベンチャースタジオと投資戦略の変化の様相を眺望し、データ基盤創業が直観中心の伝統モデルに代わっていると強調した。特にデジタル指標分析とグローバルトレンドベースの戦略を通じて、創業と投資の効率性が高まっていると説明した。
続いてホン・ギョンピョ代表はボトムアップとトップダウン戦略を活用したスタートアップ発掘方式をはじめ、成長分析、競合他社比較、顧客データ基盤投資戦略などデータ中心投資方法論を幅広く紹介した。特にAIと内部システムを活用した自動化された成長予測と事後モニタリング方式も併せて提示し、定量的かつ科学的な投資アプローチの重要性を強調した。
次にハム・セヒ代表はAIベースの投資管理プラットフォーム「ファクトシート」を通じて「企業情報自動更新AIエージェント、スタートアップ価値評価AIエージェント」プロトタイプを披露し、投資業務の実質的な革新案を提示した。
最後に、元大代表はグローバル創業環境の変化とともに、AIネイティブベンチャースタジオの拡散とシステムベースの創業の可能性を眺め、国内スタートアップエコシステムの進化方向を提言した。
続いたパネル討論にはKAIA電話省会長(シエンティテック代表)、KAIA名勝は副会長(ベンチャースクエア代表)、ウォンデイ代表、キム・ジンヨン代表など4人が参加してデータ基盤アクセラレーションの構造革新とベンチャースタジオの未来方向性について議論を広げた。
初期投資アクセラレータ協会電話省会長は「ベンチャースタジオモデルは大韓民国アクセラレータ市場に新たな成長の機会を提示する戦略的アプローチ」とし、「AIとデータ基盤の革新がAC業界の未来競争力を決定するだろう」と強調した。

韩国加速器协会（KAIA）于7月24日在蒂普斯敦明宇大厦联合广场举办了题为“AC的未来！AI与创业工作室？”的研讨会。约120人出席了此次活动，其中约70人到场，50人通过线上平台参与。
本次研讨会聚焦于利用数据驱动的AI/ML技术的加速模式的演变，以及创业工作室式的初创企业扶持策略。关于全球趋势及其在国内应用潜力的演讲和讨论尤为热烈。
在演讲环节，The Invention Lab 首席执行官 Jinyoung Kim、Mark & Company 首席执行官 Kyungpyo Hong、Factsheet 首席执行官 Sehee Ham 和 WILT Venture Builder 首席执行官 Daero Won 作为演讲者参与并分享了各种观点。
首位发言的金振永代表分析了AI时代风险投资工作室和投资策略的变化，并强调数据驱动型初创企业正在取代以直觉为中心的传统模式。他特别指出，数字指标分析和基于全球趋势的战略正在提高初创企业和投资的效率。

随后的小组讨论由KAIA会长全华成（CNT Tech代表）、KAIA副会长明承恩（Venture Square代表）、代表元大路、代表金振英4人参加，就基于数据加速的结构性创新和风险工作室的未来方向进行了讨论。
韩国创业加速器协会会长全华成表示，“创业工作室模式是给韩国加速器市场带来新增长机会的战略方针”，并强调“人工智能和数据驱动的创新将决定空调行业未来的竞争力”。

La Korea Accelerator Association (KAIA) a organisé un séminaire intitulé « L'avenir d'AC! AI et des Venture Studios ? » le 24 juillet à Union Square, dans le bâtiment Myungwoo à Tipstown. Environ 120 participants ont assisté à l'événement, dont environ 70 en présentiel et 50 en ligne.
Ce séminaire s'est concentré sur l'évolution des modèles d'accélération exploitant les technologies d'IA/ML basées sur les données et les stratégies d'accompagnement des startups de type « venture studio ». Les présentations et les discussions sur les tendances mondiales et leur potentiel d'application nationale ont été particulièrement animées.
Lors de la séance de présentation, Jinyoung Kim, PDG de The Invention Lab, Kyungpyo Hong, PDG de Mark & Company, Sehee Ham, PDG de Factsheet, et Daero Won, PDG de WILT Venture Builder, ont participé en tant qu'orateurs et ont partagé divers points de vue.
Le PDG Kim Jin-young, qui a donné la première présentation, a analysé l'évolution du paysage des studios de capital-risque et des stratégies d'investissement à l'ère de l'IA, soulignant que les startups axées sur les données remplacent les modèles traditionnels centrés sur l'intuition. Il a notamment expliqué que l'analyse des indicateurs numériques et les stratégies basées sur les tendances mondiales accroissent l'efficacité des startups et des investissements.
Le PDG Hong Kyung-pyo a ensuite présenté un large éventail de méthodologies d'investissement basées sur les données, notamment des méthodes de découverte de startups utilisant des stratégies ascendantes et descendantes, des analyses de croissance, des comparaisons avec la concurrence et des stratégies d'investissement basées sur les données clients. Il a également présenté des méthodes automatisées de prévision de croissance et de suivi post-lancement utilisant l'IA et des systèmes internes, soulignant l'importance d'une approche d'investissement quantitative et scientifique.
Ensuite, le PDG Ham Se-hee a présenté un plan d'innovation pratique pour le travail d'investissement en introduisant des prototypes d'un « agent d'IA pour la mise à jour automatique des informations d'entreprise et d'un agent d'IA pour l'évaluation des startups » via la plate-forme de gestion d'investissement basée sur l'IA « Fact Sheet ».
Enfin, le PDG Won a suggéré la direction de l'évolution de l'écosystème des startups nationales, en examinant l'expansion des studios de capital-risque natifs de l'IA et le potentiel des startups basées sur des systèmes parallèlement à l'évolution de l'environnement mondial des startups.
La table ronde qui a suivi a réuni quatre personnes, dont le président de KAIA, Jeon Hwa-seong (PDG de CNT Tech), le vice-président de KAIA, Myeong Seung-eun (PDG de Venture Square), le PDG Won Dae-ro et le PDG Kim Jin-young, qui ont discuté de l'innovation structurelle de l'accélération basée sur les données et de l'orientation future des studios de capital-risque.
Jeon Hwa-seong, président de la Korea Startup Accelerator Association, a déclaré : « Le modèle de venture studio est une approche stratégique qui offre de nouvelles opportunités de croissance au marché coréen des accélérateurs », et a souligné que « l'IA et l'innovation basée sur les données détermineront la compétitivité future de l'industrie de la climatisation. »
